Abstract

本发明涉及重防腐涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料及其制备方法;所述涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂E44 25‑50,硅烷偶联剂KH570 2‑5,消泡剂BYK052 0.2‑0.5,气相二氧化硅1‑3,锌粉20‑30,氧化石墨烯2‑6,沉淀硫酸钡15‑20,分散剂1‑3,改性胺固化剂20‑30,溶剂10‑15;本发明提供的涂料具有良好的封闭性,防腐性,恒久的导静电性和耐介质腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及重防腐涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
重防腐涂料是指相对常规防腐涂料而言,能在相对苛刻腐蚀环境里应用,并具有能达到比常规防腐涂料更长保护期的一类防腐涂料。重防腐涂料作为防腐涂料的骄子,自20世纪60~70年代开始应用以来,得到了迅速发展,被广泛应用于新兴海洋工程、现代交通运输、能源工业、大型工业企业、市政设施等领域。
然而随着市场的深度发展,现有重防腐涂料的封闭性及拉伸强度等已不能满足日渐增长的市场要求。因此,有必要对重防腐涂料的各项性能进行改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料,具有良好的封闭性,防腐性,恒久的导静电性和耐介质腐蚀性;此外,本发明还配套提供了它的制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:

一种石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氧化石墨烯浸入溶剂中,超声分散,然后倒入环氧树脂E44中混合均匀,得到氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液;
(2)将氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液放入分散器中,分散不少于45min;
(3)向分散后的氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液中添加硅烷偶联剂KH570,消泡剂BYK052,气相二氧化硅,锌粉,沉淀硫酸钡和分散剂,设置分散转速为2200-2800psi,搅拌混合均匀,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料适用于重防腐领域,通过氧化石墨烯对环氧树脂的改性处理,可明显提高涂料的性能;本发明配方合理,制得的涂料具有良好的封闭性,防腐性,有恒久的导静电性,和耐介质腐蚀性。经测试:粘结强度:15Mpa;弯曲2mm;抗冲击强度:50CM;表面电阻率107,体积电阻率107

实施例1:
一种石墨烯改性环氧树脂涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氧化石墨烯浸入溶剂中,超声分散,然后倒入环氧树脂E44中混合均匀,得到氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液;
(2)将氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液放入分散器中,分散不少于45min;
(3)向分散后的氧化石墨烯环氧树脂液中添加硅烷偶联剂KH570,消泡剂BYK052,气相二氧化硅,锌粉,沉淀硫酸钡和分散剂,设置分散转速为2200-2800psi,搅拌混合均匀,即得。
具体使用时,加入改性胺固化剂进行固化即可。

粘结强度:15Mpa;弯曲2mm;抗冲击强度:50CM;表面电阻率107,体积电阻率107耐介质腐蚀性优良。
