本发明公开了一种带有振动装置的制砖布料机，包括有间歇式输送带、多个砖模、布料斗和螺旋上料器，多个砖模并排设在间歇式输送带上，相邻砖模之间没有缝隙，所述布料斗设在砖模的上方，布料斗的下端口与砖模之间的间隙小于0.5mm；还包括搅拌装置，包括混料仓、电机和两个搅拌轴；还包括振动装置，所述振动装置包括振动棒和升降机构，间歇式输送带将砖模向右移动，将布料后的砖模，移动到振动棒的下方，升降机构带动振动棒向下插入到砖模中进行振动。由于增设了振动装置，使料在砖模中填的更充实，为下一工序的补料提供了可能，从而保证了产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制砖机，具体是一种带有振动装置的制砖布料机。
背景技术
现有的制砖布料机，不是连续化布料，故布料的效率不高，制砖的工作效率当然不会高；现有的搅拌装置采用搅拌叶搅拌的方式，不具有翻料的功能，故搅拌不够均匀。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种连续化上料作业并使料在砖模中填的更充实的带有振动装置的制砖布料机。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
带有振动装置的制砖布料机，包括有间歇式输送带、多个砖模、布料斗和螺旋上料器，多个砖模并排设在间歇式输送带上，相邻砖模之间没有缝隙，所述布料斗设在砖模的上方，布料斗的下端口与砖模之间的间隙小于0.5mm，所述螺旋上料器将砖料送入布料斗中，布料斗中的砖料落入砖模中，间歇式输送带向右行进，布料斗的下端口的右侧壁上设有刮料板，所述刮料板，用以将砖模中的砖料抹平；
还包括搅拌装置，包括混料仓、电机和两个搅拌轴，所述混料仓的底部设有排料斗，排料斗排出的砖料送入螺旋上料器的进料斗中，所述两个搅拌轴并排水平设在混料仓的底部，每个搅拌轴上设有两段旋向相板的搅拌螺旋，电机用以带动搅拌轴转动；
还包括振动装置，所述振动装置包括振动棒和升降机构，间歇式输送带将砖模向右移动，将布料后的砖模，移动到振动棒的下方，升降机构带动振动棒向下插入到砖模中进行振动。
进一步地，所述布料斗的下端口中的前侧边和后侧边分别设有软胶条，所述软胶条将下端口与砖模之间的间隙封住。
进一步地，所述振动棒设有4个，由升降机构同时带动。
本发明的有益效果在于：由于增设了振动装置，使料在砖模中填的更充实，为下一工序的补料提供了可能，从而保证了产品质量；由于间歇式输送带带动砖模从布料斗的下端口穿过，布料斗和刮料板的配合，可以使螺旋上料器不停地上料，使布料斗中在工作过程中一直有砖料，实现了连续化上料作业，提高了布料的工作效率；由于采用两个旋向相板的搅拌螺旋结构，不仅使搅拌更均匀，而且还便于排料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，带有振动装置的制砖布料机，包括有间歇式输送带1、多个砖模2、布料斗3和螺旋上料器4，多个砖模2并排设在间歇式输送带1上，相邻砖模2之间没有缝隙，所述布料斗3设在砖模2的上方，布料斗的下端口与砖模之间的间隙小于0.5mm，减少砖料的外泄，所述螺旋上料器4将砖料送入布料斗3中，间歇式输送带1向右行进，布料斗3的下端口的右侧壁上设有刮料板5，所述刮料板5，用以将砖模2中的砖料抹平。
所述布料斗3的下端口中与间歇式输送带的侧边平行的两个侧边设有软胶条6，所述软胶条6将下端口与砖模之间的间隙封住，避免了砖料从两侧边泄出。
还包括搅拌装置，包括混料仓7、电机8和两个搅拌轴9，所述混料仓7的底部设有排料斗10，排料斗10排出的砖料送入螺旋上料器4的进料斗中，所述两个搅拌轴9并排水平设在混料仓7的底部，每个搅拌轴9上设有两个旋向相板的搅拌螺旋11，电机8用以带动搅拌轴9转动。当电机转动，带动两个搅拌轴9上的搅拌螺旋11，使砖料向中间移动，然后向上移动，最后外翻；当电机反转时，两个搅拌轴9上的搅拌螺旋11，使砖料向两侧并向下移动，最后从排料斗排出。
还包括振动装置，所述振动装置包括振动棒12和升降机构13，间歇式输送带1将砖模2向右移动，将布料后的砖模2，移动到振动棒12的下方，升降机构13带动振动棒12向下插入到砖模2中进行振动。升降机构具体采用气缸带动振动棒升降的结构形式。
所述振动棒12设有4个，由升降机构13同时带动。

1.一种带有振动装置的制砖布料机，其特征在于：包括有间歇式输送带、多个砖模、布料斗和螺旋上料器，多个砖模并排设在间歇式输送带上，相邻砖模之间没有缝隙，所述布料斗设在砖模的上方，布料斗的下端口与砖模之间的间隙小于0.5mm，所述螺旋上料器将砖料送入布料斗中，布料斗中的砖料落入砖模中，间歇式输送带向右行进，布料斗的下端口的右侧壁上设有刮料板，所述刮料板，用以将砖模中的砖料抹平；
还包括搅拌装置，包括混料仓、电机和两个搅拌轴，所述混料仓的底部设有排料斗，排料斗排出的砖料送入螺旋上料器的进料斗中，所述两个搅拌轴并排水平设在混料仓的底部，每个搅拌轴上设有两段旋向相板的搅拌螺旋，电机用以带动搅拌轴转动；

2.根据权利要求1所述的带有振动装置的制砖布料机，其特征在于：所述布料斗的下端口中的前侧边和后侧边分别设有软胶条，所述软胶条将下端口与砖模之间的间隙封住。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有振动装置的制砖布料机，其特征在于：所述振动棒设有4个，由升降机构同时带动。
