一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种常见病，多发病，多由先天禀赋不足，素体阴虚，复英饮食不节，情志不逐或劳欲过度所致，以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢，紊乱性疾病，中医称消渴证，因阴虚燥热，五脏虚弱，导致多食，多饮，多尿及形体消瘦的三多一少，典型症壮腰痛，四肢酸痛，手足义感，麻木，皮肤瘙痒，性欲减退，严重者可并发心脏，肾脏及视网膜病变，并可产生酮症酸中毒而导致昏迷，死亡。中医糖尿病将它分为阴虚热盛型、气阴两虚型和阴阳两虚型等。现有技术中治疗糖尿病的药物大部分是治标不治本的依赖性药物。服用时，患者需联合多种药物来达到降糖的目的。大部分的药品在患者服用较长时间以后，由于药物副作用会给患者的各部脏器带来新的病变。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效降低血糖、使用安全可靠的治疗糖尿病的中药组合物。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：西洋参100g、生晒参150g、南沙参300g、北沙参300g、太子参300g、党参300g、生黄芪300g、茯神150g、焦白术100g、生甘草30g、当归100g、川穹100g、生白芍200g、生地黄200g、熟地黄200g、泽泻100g、山药300g、牡丹皮60g、山茱萸150g、枸杞子250g、制黄精300g、制首乌300g、炒杜仲300g、续断肉60g、炒狗脊150g、焦谷芽100g、焦麦芽100g、焦山楂100g、焦山楂100g、焦鸡内金100g、炒仁（后下）30g、白莲仁（后下）30g、石斛300g、麦冬150g、玄参100g、芦根100g、桃胶300g、菊花150g、密蒙花150g。槟榔150g、青葙子150g、茯苓皮60g、葫芦壳60g、三棱60g、莪术60g、炒莱菔子300g、陈皮100g、阿胶300g、木糖醇200g、（收膏时用）、红枣100g、核桃肉150g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将数十味中药加水煎煮后，除去药渣，反复浓缩药液，缩小体积，再加胶性药物、糖和蜂蜜等熬成稠厚半固体状药膏，开水冲服，早晚各服1匙。
本发明以生地黄、熟地黄、当归、苍穹、泽泻、山药、牡丹皮、山茱萸滋阴补肾，石斛、冬麦、芦根、五味子、西洋参、省晒参、南沙参、北沙参、太子参清热生津养阴的作用。枸杞子、炒杜仲、续断肉、炒狗脊、桑寄生、阿胶、加强补肾之力，生晒参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、甘草、大枣、白莲子、培养后天以养先天；用谷芽、麦芽、山楂、鸡内金、莱菔子以消食健脾、菊花、青葙子、蜜蒙花以清肝热，炒仁、气机梳理气机，三棱、莪术活血化瘀，葫芦壳茯苓皮以渗湿利水，使全方补而滞祛余邪。

实施例：一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：西洋参100g、生晒参150g、南沙参300g、北沙参300g、太子参300g、党参300g、生黄芪300g、茯神150g、焦白术100g、生甘草30g、当归100g、川穹100g、生白芍200g、生地黄200g、熟地黄200g、泽泻100g、山药300g、牡丹皮60g、山茱萸150g、枸杞子250g、制黄精300g、制首乌300g、炒杜仲300g、续断肉60g、炒狗脊150g、焦谷芽100g、焦麦芽100g、焦山楂100g、焦山楂100g、焦鸡内金100g、炒仁（后下）30g、白莲仁（后下）30g、石斛300g、麦冬150g、玄参100g、芦根100g、桃胶300g、菊花150g、密蒙花150g。槟榔150g、青葙子150g、茯苓皮60g、葫芦壳60g、三棱60g、莪术60g、炒莱菔子300g、陈皮100g、阿胶300g、木糖醇200g、（收膏时用）、红枣100g、核桃肉150g。

王某，男，53岁，2015年1月就诊，主诉2型糖尿病史10年，近期服用二甲双胍片0.25g，每日3次，格列齐特缓释片30mg，每日1次口服，近期空腹血糖控制在8.5-9.0 mmol/L。今年体力比往年差，双眼视力模糊，要背酸痛。胃纳可，二便尚调，夜寐尚安。检查：脉缓略滑，舌质嫩红，中裂，苔少。血压110/80mmHg。中医诊断消渴。西医诊断：2型糖尿病。中医辩证：肾阴虚亏。治则：补肾养阴生津。服用本发明配方，早晚各服1匙，开水冲服，注意事项：如有感冒发热，伤食、泄泻等，应暂停服用，愈后再服。随访半年，诸症消失。
