本发明涉及热升华技术领域,具体涉及一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水。
背景技术
热升华墨水首先被涂在载体材料或者转印纸上,转印纸一般由具有吸墨性硅涂层的高级书写纸组成,而目前的热升华墨水因墨层较厚,容易堵塞打印头。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有研究技术的不足,提供了一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水。
技术方案:一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水,所述的热升华墨水由下列重量份数的各组分组成:热升华性染料5-10份、稳定剂1-5份、连结料5-6份、有机溶剂4-9份,黏度调节剂10-15份,分散剂5-9份,消泡剂5-9份,防腐剂1-9份,表面活性剂3-5份、流平剂4-6份。
作为优选,所述的稳定剂为稀土稳定剂。
作为优选,所述的连结料由合成树脂、干性植物油和矿物油合成。
作为优选,所述的有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇中的一种或几种。
作为优选,黏度调节剂为甘油、木糖醇、麦芽醇中的至少一种。
作为优选,分散剂为聚丙烯酸。
作为优选,消泡剂为乳化硅油。
作为优选,流平剂为EFK流平剂。

一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水,由下列重量份数的各组分组成:热升华性染料5份、稳定剂1份、连结料5份、有机溶剂4份,黏度调节剂10份,分散剂5份,消泡剂5份,防腐剂1份,表面活性剂3份、流平剂4份。稳定剂为稀土稳定剂,连结料由合成树脂、干性植物油和矿物油合成,有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇中的一种或几种,黏度调节剂为甘油、木糖醇、麦芽醇中的至少一种,分散剂为聚丙烯酸,消泡剂为乳化硅油,流平剂为EFK流平剂,合成树脂为季戊四醇松香脂、石油、沥青中的一种或几种。

一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水,由下列重量份数的各组分组成:热升华性染料10份、稳定剂5份、连结料6份、有机溶剂9份,黏度调节剂15份,分散剂9份,消泡剂9份,防腐剂9份,表面活性剂5份、流平剂6份。稳定剂为稀土稳定剂,连结料由合成树脂、干性植物油和矿物油合成,有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇中的一种或几种,黏度调节剂为甘油、木糖醇、麦芽醇中的至少一种,分散剂为聚丙烯酸,消泡剂为乳化硅油,流平剂为EFK流平剂,合成树脂为季戊四醇松香脂、石油、沥青中的一种或几种。

一种防止阻塞打印头的热升华墨水,由下列重量份数的各组分组成:热升华性染料6份、稳定剂3份、连结料5.5份、有机溶剂5份,黏度调节剂12份,分散剂6份,消泡剂6份,防腐剂6份,表面活性剂4份、流平剂5份。稳定剂为稀土稳定剂,连结料由合成树脂、干性植物油和矿物油合成,有机溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇、叔丁醇中的一种或几种,黏度调节剂为甘油、木糖醇、麦芽醇中的至少一种,分散剂为聚丙烯酸,消泡剂为乳化硅油,流平剂为EFK流平剂,合成树脂为季戊四醇松香脂、石油、沥青中的一种或几种。
