本发明公开了纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:包括转动设置的上蜡辊,上蜡辊与上蜡电机传动连接,上蜡辊的下方设有腊盒,上蜡辊的前后设有导辊,导辊让纸张在上蜡辊的上表面形成一个上包角或在上蜡辊的下表面形成一个下包角,纸张上蜡后的输送通道上设有刮刀对着纸张的上蜡表面对纸张进行刮蜡,刮刀与加热部件连接。本发明可实现纸张的高速涂蜡,并使纸张上蜡均匀、有效控制上蜡量、上蜡效果稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于纸张涂蜡的纸张高速涂蜡装置。
背景技术
在纸张印刷后为保护印刷表面,最新采用的方法有在纸张的表面进行涂蜡。现有技术的对纸张表面进行涂蜡的装置,由于设计上存在缺陷,不能实现纸张的高速涂蜡,包括纸张的单面高速涂蜡和纸张的正反面高速涂蜡,另外,纸张在高速涂蜡过程中不能使纸张上蜡均匀,上蜡量不易有效控制,上蜡效果很不稳定。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种可实现纸张的高速涂蜡,并使纸张上蜡均匀、有效控制上蜡量、上蜡效果稳定的纸张高速涂蜡装置。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:包括转动设置的上蜡辊,上蜡辊与上蜡电机传动连接,上蜡辊的下方设有腊盒,上蜡辊的前后设有导辊,导辊让纸张在上蜡辊的上表面形成一个上包角或在上蜡辊的下表面形成一个下包角,纸张上蜡后的输送通道上设有刮刀对着纸张的上蜡表面对纸张进行刮蜡,刮刀与加热部件连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的工作原理是:上蜡辊的下方设有腊盒,通过加热腊盒使腊盒内的蜡达到滴点,上蜡辊的下部浸入蜡中;在对纸张进行单面高速涂蜡时,导辊让纸张在上蜡辊的上表面形成一个上包角,这样当上蜡电机驱动上蜡辊高速转动后,上蜡辊的辊筒表面会覆盖一层蜡,由于上蜡辊的转速与纸张的输送速度保持一个速度差,使纸张与上蜡辊之间形成一定的摩擦力,于是上蜡辊将蜡均匀地传递到纸张表面,然后,通过加热的刮刀将纸张表面多余的蜡刮掉,刮刀加热可使纸张表面的蜡再次均匀分布,并通过摩擦力使蜡渗透到纸张里,这样一来,不仅使纸张上蜡均匀、有效控制上蜡量,而且能够实现纸张高速涂蜡过程中始终保持上蜡效果的稳定;在对纸张进行正反面高速涂蜡时,导辊让纸张在上蜡辊的下表面形成一个下包角,于是纸张在贴着上蜡辊下表面的同时会进入腊盒内,然后通过上蜡辊的高速转动使纸张正反面均匀上蜡,再通过加热刮刀将纸张正面和反面多余的蜡刮掉,其原理同单面上蜡。
作为优选,纸张上蜡、刮蜡后的输送通道上设有转动设置的冷水辊,冷水辊与冷水辊电机传动连接,冷水辊内设循环冷却水通道。冷水辊的设置可使纸张表面的蜡迅速冷却得以固化,更好满足纸张高速涂蜡的生产要求。
作为优选,冷水辊设有两条,两条冷水辊之间通过齿轮啮合传动,其中一条冷水辊与冷水辊电机传动连接。两条冷水辊的设计能够更好满足纸张正反面涂蜡后的迅速冷却固化。
作为优选,腊盒具有双层盒壁设计,双层盒壁之间围出导热油存放空间,导热油由电加热管进行加热。上述设计的目的是实现腊盒的间接加热方式,通过电加热管首先加热导热油,再由导热油的油温来对腊盒内的蜡进行加热,使蜡达到生产要求的滴点。

附图表示了本发明的技术方案及其实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。
如图1所示,本发明的纸张高速涂蜡装置,用于纸张单面的高速涂蜡,包括转动设置的上蜡辊3,上蜡辊3与上蜡电机4传动连接,上蜡辊3的下方设有腊盒1,腊盒1内存放蜡10,上蜡辊3的前后设有导辊2和导辊5,导辊2和导辊5可调节设置,导辊2和导辊5让纸张在上蜡辊3的上表面形成一个上包角,纸张上蜡后的输送通道上设有刮刀6对着纸张的上蜡表面对纸张进行刮蜡,刮刀6与加热部件连接,纸张上蜡、刮蜡后的输送通道上设有转动设置的冷水辊7和冷水辊8,冷水辊设有两条,两条冷水辊之间通过齿轮啮合传动,其中一条冷水辊8与冷水辊电机9传动连接,冷水辊内设循环冷却水通道;腊盒1具有双层盒壁设计,双层盒壁之间围出导热油11存放空间,导热油11由电加热管12进行加热。
如图2所示,本发明的纸张高速涂蜡装置,用于纸张正反面的高速涂蜡,包括转动设置的上蜡辊3,上蜡辊3与上蜡电机4传动连接,上蜡辊3的下方设有腊盒1,腊盒1内存放蜡10,上蜡辊3的前后设有导辊2和导辊5,导辊2和导辊5让纸张在上蜡辊3的下表面形成一个下包角,纸张上蜡后的输送通道上设有刮刀13对着纸张的上蜡正面对纸张进行刮蜡,设有刮刀6对着纸张的上蜡反面对纸张进行刮蜡,刮刀6、13与加热部件连接,纸张上蜡、刮蜡后的输送通道上设有转动设置的冷水辊7和冷水辊8,冷水辊设有两条,两条冷水辊之间通过齿轮啮合传动,其中一条冷水辊8与冷水辊电机9传动连接,冷水辊内设循环冷却水通道;腊盒1具有双层盒壁设计,双层盒壁之间围出导热油11存放空间,导热油11由电加热管12进行加热。

1.纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:包括转动设置的上蜡辊,上蜡辊与上蜡电机传动连接,上蜡辊的下方设有腊盒,上蜡辊的前后设有导辊,导辊让纸张在上蜡辊的上表面形成一个上包角或在上蜡辊的下表面形成一个下包角,纸张上蜡后的输送通道上设有刮刀对着纸张的上蜡表面对纸张进行刮蜡,刮刀与加热部件连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:纸张上蜡、刮蜡后的输送通道上设有转动设置的冷水辊,冷水辊与冷水辊电机传动连接,冷水辊内设循环冷却水通道。
3.如权利要求2所述的纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:冷水辊设有两条,两条冷水辊之间通过齿轮啮合传动,其中一条冷水辊与冷水辊电机传动连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的纸张高速涂蜡装置,其特征在于:腊盒具有双层盒壁设计,双层盒壁之间围出导热油存放空间,导热油由电加热管进行加热。
