Abstract

本发明提供一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,纳米银线的直径在20~100nm,长度在20~50um,用羟丙基甲基纤维素和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液;②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入粘合剂六羟甲基三聚氰胺和稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,复合形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液;③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃~120℃烘焙10~20min;本发明用水热合成法制备纳米银线,成本低廉;使纳米银线均匀分布并负载在袜子本体纤维之间,具有广谱抗菌和防臭效果。

Description

一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及服装纺织品纳米抗菌技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺。
背景技术
银是一种抗菌消毒效果非常好的金属单质,被成功用于医学和公共卫生的历史悠久,可以追溯到6000年前。银自古以来就被用于加速伤口愈合、治疗感染、净化水和保存饮料等。纳米态银为粒径在1-100nm的颗粒,由于其更大的表面积和更高的表面能,使得纳米银具有相较单质银更高的抗菌活性,可在很低的浓度下达到卓越的抗菌效果。目前,球状纳米银已经广泛应用于抗菌领域,但球状纳米银的另一个孪生态纳米银线在抗菌领域的应用尚不广泛。纳米银线是直径在1-100nm,长度在微米级的纳米态材料,在制备上具备比纳米银颗粒更好的稳定性,应用在抗菌纺织品领域,纳米银线相较纳米银颗粒也具备与织物纤维更好的嵌套、依附效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在满足纳米银线在抗菌纺织品领域的应用需求,而提供一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,纳米银线的直径在20~100nm,长度在20~50um,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液,纳米银线与水的质量之比为0.01%~0.05%;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入粘合剂六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)和稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),复合形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液,六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)与纳米银线分散溶液中水的质量之比为0.01%-0.04%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与纳米银线分散溶液中水的质量之比为0.01%-0.05%;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃~120℃烘焙10~20min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
所述袜子本体的主要成分为精梳棉。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明用水热合成法制备纳米银线,成本低廉;使纳米银线均匀分布并负载在袜子本体纤维之间,具有广谱抗菌和防臭效果,抑菌率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,将0.5克制得的直径50nm、长度20um的纳米银线分散到1000克水中形成分散体系,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入0.5克稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和0.2克六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM),形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃烘焙10min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
制得的纳米银线抗菌防臭袜抑菌率达90%。
实施例2一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,将0.5克制得的直径100nm、长度50um的纳米银线分散到1000克水中形成分散体系,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入0.5克稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和0.2克六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM),形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃烘焙10min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
制得的纳米银线抗菌防臭袜抑菌率达85%。
实施例3一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,将0.5克制得的直径30nm、长度20um的纳米银线分散到1000克水中形成分散体系,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入0.5克稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和0.1克六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM),形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃烘焙10min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
制得的纳米银线抗菌防臭袜抑菌率达99%。
实施例4一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,将0.5克制得的直径30nm、长度30um的纳米银线分散到1000克水中形成分散体系,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入0.5克稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和0.2克六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM),形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃烘焙10min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
制得的纳米银线抗菌防臭袜抑菌率达98%。
上面对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①用水热合成法制备纳米银线,纳米银线的直径在20~100nm,长度在20~50um,用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作分散剂使纳米银线稳定分散于水溶液,制得纳米银线分散溶液,纳米银线与溶液中水的质量之比为0.01%~0.05%;
②向纳米银线分散溶液中加入粘合剂六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)和稳定剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP),复合形成改性纳米银线抗菌溶液,六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)与纳米银线分散溶液中水的质量之比为0.01%-0.04%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与纳米银线分散溶液中水的质量之比为0.01%-0.05%;
③将改性纳米银线抗菌溶液通过浸渍处理工艺黏结在袜子本体内表面,然后100℃~120℃烘焙10~20min,烘干即得到纳米银线抗菌防臭袜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米银线抗菌防臭袜的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述袜子本体的主要成分为精梳棉。
