Abstract

一种转向电机，其包括弹簧减震阀，以及与弹簧减震阀盖合形成型腔的分油盘，型腔内设有缓冲组件；分油盘下侧还设有油缸组件，其包括油缸和设于油缸内的弹性油囊，以及于油缸内并与弹性油囊固定连接的活塞，该活塞可沿油缸的轴向滑动；并且，分油盘中还设有过油通道，弹簧减震阀伸出具有内腔的中空柱，中空柱的腔内插设具有阀芯的换向阀，中空柱上还设有与过油通道连通的过油口，该过油口上开设有与其连通的进油槽，且阀芯伸入中空柱内与过油口和进油槽配合。该转向电机采用了油道组合设计，简化了结构，另外采用弹性油囊，减小了减震机构的摩擦磨损，从而延长了转向电机的使用寿命，节约了成本。
