Abstract
本发明提供一种回程链路的建立方法、基站和设备,该方法包括:基站根据回程分流建立请求消息向第一LPN发送分流承载请求消息;基站接收第一LPN发送的分流承载确认消息;基站向第一UE‑relay发送分流承载配置消息;基站将接收的业务承载的ID和业务承载的第二S1配置信息通过MME发送给核心网网元,从而降低了基站的上下行资源的回程负载。
