Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种在砌体上通过侧切(Hinterschneidung)制出钻孔的钻头,该钻头具有一个其上带有在钻头杆身侧端突出的端面切刃的钻头头部,并且在距离钻头头部一段距离处、在钻头杆身上设有一个用作摆动支承的加粗部,在距该加粗部大致相同距离的部位设有一个凸缘状的深度限定部。
为了通过在孔底进行侧切而制出钻孔,使用一种其钻头头部具有在钻头杆身侧端突出的端面切刃的钻头。这种钻头可装卡在冲击式钻机上并用于形成钻孔和侧切。一个位于钻头杆身端部的深度限定部用于限制钻头的钻入深度。一个在钻头杆身上形成的凸缘可以用作深度限定部,为了保护壁表面,在凸缘上套上一个用塑料制成的、弹性的环形缓冲构件。一个设在钻头头部和深度限定部之间的、钻头杆身的加粗部,在进行侧切(Ausreiben  der  Hinterschneidung)时贴靠孔壁,起摆动支承的作用。钻头在钻孔内的摆动通过钻头杆身从其加粗部分别朝钻头头部和深度限定部的方向均匀地缩小来实现。
当在墙上向下钻较深的孔时,由排屑槽从杆身加粗部方向外排出的钻屑有可能卡在朝深度限定部方向变细的钻头杆身和钻孔壁之间,使钻头卡在钻孔中不能活动或很难活动。这样,即不能把钻头抽出以清除钻屑,又不能使钻头摆动以形成侧切。
本发明的目的在于改进开头所述类型的钻头,使其不再出现卡死在钻孔内的情况。
实现这一目的的技术方案在于,钻头杆身在连接加粗部的部位、沿朝深度限定部的方向具有至少一个形成锐角过渡的、缩小了直径的圆柱形阶梯段。通过紧挨着加粗部设置的并形成锐角过渡的阶梯段,在钻头杆身与钻孔壁之间形成足够的空间,用以容纳排屑槽排不出的钻屑。此外,由于该阶梯段为圆柱形,从而避免形成由于钻屑塞紧而导致钻头卡住的楔面。此外,阶梯段的锐角过渡还形成一个刮棱,在钻头提起和抽出时,该刮棱可把钻孔壁上的钻屑刮到退屑槽内。
如果是很长的钻头,大约在从加粗部到深度限定部这一节段的中间部位再设一个与第一阶梯段相连的、直径进一步缩小了的第二阶梯段是有利的,这另一阶梯段的直径在靠近深度限定部的地方重新扩大到第一阶梯段的直径。通过这一措施,提供了第二个刮棱和额外的用于容纳钻屑的空间。
下面借助附图对本发明进行详细说明。该附图示出本发明的钻头的构造。
钻头1具有一个形成在钻头杆身上的凸缘状的深度限定部2。为了使深度限定部在跟壁表面3接触时具有缓冲作用,在其上套有一个作为缓冲构件的塑料盖4。在塑料盖4内嵌装有一个金属盘5以将塑料盖4支承在深度限定部2上。
钻头1具有一个钻头头部6,该钻头头部带有在钻头杆身侧端突出的端面切刃7和8,这两个端面切刃用以按公知的方法在钻孔9的孔底形成侧切。钻头杆身具有一个加粗部10,在进行侧切时,加粗部10在钻孔9内部构成摆动支点。钻头1以加粗部10的最宽部位贴在孔壁上并围绕此摆动支点侧向摆动。
钻头杆身在紧挨着加粗部10的部位、沿朝深度限定部的方向具有一个圆柱形的、缩小了直径的阶梯段11。通过该阶梯段的锐角过渡形成刮棱12,在从钻孔中提起和抽出钻头1时,该刮棱把钻屑从孔壁上刮下来,这些刮下来的钻屑和钻孔时产生的钻屑由排屑槽13从钻孔中排出。
大约在从加粗部到深度限定部这一节段的中间部位设有另一个与第一阶梯段相连的、直径进一步缩小了的第二阶梯段14,其直径在靠近深度限定部2的地方重新扩大到第一阶梯段11的直径。两个阶梯段11和14的直径的缩小量以能够提供形成侧切所需的钻头摆动量为准。

Claims (2)

1、一种在砌体上通过侧切制出钻孔的钻头,该钻头具有一个其上带有在钻头杆身侧端突出的端面切刃的钻头头部,并在距离钻头头部一段距离处、在钻头杆身上设有一个用作摆动支承的加粗部,在距该加粗部大致相同距离的部位设有一个凸缘状的深度限定部,其特征在于,钻头杆身在连接加粗部(11)的部位、沿朝深度限定部的方向具有至少一个形成锐角过渡(12)的、缩小了直径的圆柱形阶梯段(11)。
2、按权利要求1的钻头,其特征在于,大约在从加粗部到深度限定部这一节段的中间部位设置有另一个与第一阶梯段(11)相连的、直径进一步缩小了的第二阶梯段(14),其直径在靠近深度限定部(2)的地方重新扩大到第一阶梯段(11)的直径。
