本发明公开了一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,包括底座,底座上部依次设置有传输机构、转运机构、存储架以及控制机构,运输机构、转运机构、存储架均与控制机构电连接;转运机构包括设置在底座上部的支腿,支腿上部架设有横梁,横梁上部设置有行走滑槽,行走滑槽内设置有行走小车,行走小车中部通过连接件连接有转运部,转运部包括连接在连接件下部的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴连接有伸缩轴,伸缩轴的下端连接有L型的转运架,转运架的长臂上设置有间隔分布的隔板,隔板与长臂形成的空间内部设置有推送件。本发明通过转运机构和存储架的相互配合实现光伏板的精确推送以及存储,其不仅提高存储效率,还避免光伏板的损坏,结构简单,自动化程度高。

本发明涉及光伏板制造技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置。
背景技术:
太阳能作为一种低碳可再生能源,可免费使用,也无需运输,对环境无任何污染。与常规能源相比,其使用方便且成本低廉,太阳能光伏板组件用于把太阳能直接转换为电能,为电设备供电或者向电网输送电能,满足当今社会电能的需要。
太阳能光伏电池板(又称太阳能光伏板)是太阳能电站的核心设备,若干太阳能电池板组成的太阳能电池板组件通过连接装置固定在一个支架上,太阳能电池板组件可以通过支架装置固定在屋面、地面等多种场合。
太阳能电池板在生产出来后,需要进行储存,以便后续安装,存储过程中要将电池板插入存储架,以往的存储过程均是人工插入的,不仅效率低,还可能造成电池板的损坏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置包括底座,底座上部依次设置有传输机构、转运机构、存储架以及控制机构,传输机构、转运机构、存储架均与控制机构电连接;转运机构包括设置在底座上部的支腿,支腿上部架设有横梁,横梁上部设置有行走滑槽,行走滑槽内设置有行走小车,行走小车中部通过连接件连接有转运部,转运部包括连接在连接件下部的驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴连接有伸缩轴,伸缩轴的下端连接有L型的转运架,转运架的长臂上设置有间隔分布的隔板,隔板与长臂形成的空间内部设置有推送件;转运架的短臂上设置有定位件,存储架上设置有与定位件相配合的凹槽,定位件和凹槽能够进行对接,以实现精确转运。
行走小车包括车架,车架的下部通过转轴连接有行走轮。
传输机构包括悬吊支架,悬吊支架的上部连接有伸缩机构,伸缩机构的端部设置有轴承座,轴承座上连接有滚筒,滚筒上套设有传送皮带。
靠近传输机构的支腿上设置有竖直槽体,传输机构的悬吊支架的另一端通过升降滑块连接在竖直槽体上。
推送件包括推动气缸,推动气缸的活塞杆上设置有推板,推动气缸25与控制机构电连接。
存储架包括两个对称设置有的架体,架体下部设置有行走轮机构,架体之间连接有伸缩杆,架体的内侧设置有多个支撑板。
转运机构的侧面设置有人工梯子,人工梯子的上端滑动设置在横梁上,其下端具有滑轮。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过转运机构和存储架的相互配合实现光伏板的精确推送以及存储,其不仅提高存储效率,还避免了光伏板的损坏,其结构简单,自动化程度高。

如图1-3所示,一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置包括底座10,底座10上部依次设置有传输机构、转运机构2、存储架3以及控制机构,传输机构、转运机构2、存储架3均与控制机构电连接;转运机构2包括设置在底座10上部的支腿11,支腿11上部架设有横梁12,横梁12上部设置有行走滑槽,行走滑槽内设置有行走小车,行走小车中部通过连接件144连接有转运部,转运部包括连接在连接件144下部的驱动电机21,驱动电机21的输出轴连接有伸缩轴22,伸缩轴22的下端连接有L型的转运架23,转运架23的长臂上设置有间隔分布的隔板24,隔板24与长臂形成的空间内部设置有推送件;转运架23的短臂上设置有定位件,存储架3上设置有与定位件相配合的凹槽,定位件和凹槽能够进行对接,以实现精确转运。
行走小车包括车架141,车架141的下部通过转轴142连接有行走轮143。
传输机构包括悬吊支架131,悬吊支架131的上部连接有伸缩机构132,伸缩机构132的端部设置有轴承座133,轴承座133上连接有滚筒134,滚筒134上套设有传送皮带135。
靠近传输机构的支腿11上设置有竖直槽体111,传输机构的悬吊支架131的另一端通过升降滑块136连接在竖直槽体111上。
推送件包括推动气缸25,推动气缸25的活塞杆上设置有推板26,推动气缸25与控制机构电连接。
存储架3包括两个对称设置有的架体31,架体31下部设置有行走轮机构,架体31之间连接有伸缩杆32,架体31的内侧设置有多个支撑板33。
转运机构的侧面设置有人工梯子4,人工梯子4的上端滑动设置在横梁12上,其下端具有滑轮。

1.一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,其特征在于:包括底座(10),底座(10)上部依次设置有传输机构、转运机构(2)、存储架(3)以及控制机构,传输机构、转运机构(2)、存储架(3)均与控制机构电连接;转运机构(2)包括设置在底座(10)上部的支腿(11),支腿(11)上部架设有横梁(12),横梁(12)上部设置有行走滑槽,行走滑槽内设置有行走小车,行走小车中部通过连接件(144)连接有转运部,转运部包括连接在连接件(144)下部的驱动电机(21),驱动电机(21)的输出轴连接有伸缩轴(22),伸缩轴(22)的下端连接有L型的转运架(23),转运架(23)的长臂上设置有间隔分布的隔板(24),隔板(24)与长臂形成的空间内部设置有推送件;转运架(23)的短臂上设置有定位件,存储架(3)上设置有与定位件相配合的凹槽,定位件和凹槽能够进行对接,以实现精确转运。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,其特征在于:行走小车包括车架(141),车架(141)的下部通过转轴(142)连接有行走轮(143)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,其特征在于:传输机构包括悬吊支架(131),悬吊支架(131)的上部连接有伸缩机构(132),伸缩机构(132)的端部设置有轴承座(133),轴承座(133)上连接有滚筒(134),滚筒(134)上套设有传送皮带(135)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,其特征在于:推送件包括推动气缸(25),推动气缸(25)的活塞杆上设置有推板(26),推动气缸(25)与控制机构电连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种太阳能光伏板的转运装置,其特征在于:靠近传输机构的支腿(11)上设置有竖直槽体(111),传输机构的悬吊支架(131)的另一端通过升降滑块(136)连接在竖直槽体(111)上。
