本发明提供了一种防卡滞低压保护限压阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有互相连通的上阀腔和下阀腔;所述下阀腔的下端设有用于进油的P口,所述下阀腔内从下至上依次装有钢球、第二弹簧和第二碗型塞,钢球通过第二弹簧的作用力与P口密封配合,第二碗型塞的中部设有通孔;所述上阀腔的腔壁设有用于泄油的A口,所述上阀腔内从下至上依次装有阀芯、弹簧和碗型塞;所述阀芯为带有下端面的圆筒结构,阀芯的侧壁设有可与A口相通的通孔。本发明同时还提供了一种安装有上述限压阀的机油泵。

Description

防卡滞低压保护限压阀及机油泵
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机润滑系统,特别涉及一种限压阀以及安装有限压阀的机油泵。
背景技术
限压阀在发动机润滑系统中主要作用为:当油压超过一定压力时,多余的机油通过限压阀外泄从而达到保护系统的目的。现有技术中机油泵的限压阀结构通常如图1所示:由阀体1、阀芯2、弹簧4、碗型塞5组成。其中阀体1和阀芯2是小间隙配合,高压油通过P口作用于阀芯2,随着压力增大到一定程度,压力油推动阀芯2向上运动,使P口与A口相通,让高压油外泄来保护系统。但实际应用中因机油中的杂质等因素影响,阀芯2与阀体1之间的运动容易发生卡滞,当阀芯2在向下运动关闭泄压的过程中发生卡滞时,压力油会持续泄露,从而引起系统油压偏低,严重的会导致发动机拉瓦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种防卡滞低压保护限压阀。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种安装有这种限压阀的机油泵。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明关于限压阀的技术方案是:一种防卡滞低压保护限压阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有互相连通的上阀腔和下阀腔;所述下阀腔的下端设有用于进油的P口,所述下阀腔内从下至上依次装有钢球、第二弹簧和第二碗型塞,钢球通过第二弹簧的作用力与P口密封配合,第二碗型塞的中部设有通孔;所述上阀腔的腔壁设有用于泄油的A口,所述上阀腔内从下至上依次装有阀芯、弹簧和碗型塞;所述阀芯为带有下端面的圆筒结构,阀芯的侧壁设有可与A口相通的通孔。
上述技术方案的工作原理是:正常情况下,随着P口的压力增大,压力油推动钢球克服第二弹簧的弹力向上运动,压力油便进入到下阀腔,进而推动阀芯向上运动,使P口与A口相通,高压油得以外泄,确保系统压力不偏高;当系统油压降低时,阀芯在弹簧的弹力作用下从上向下运动,使A口关闭,压力油停止外泄,确保系统压力需求。当系统压力下降,阀芯自上往下运动过程中出现阀芯和阀体卡滞的现象时,压力油仍然会通过A口泄压,系统压力下降到一定程度时,钢球在第二弹簧的弹力作用下关闭P口,防止压力油外泄,达到保护系统最低压力的要求,很好地保护发动机安全。
优选地,阀芯的开启泄油压力为P2,钢球的开启泄油压力为P1, P2>P1。采用这样的设计,便于压力油推开钢球顺畅地进入下阀腔。
本发明关于机油泵的技术方案是:一种机油泵,包括泵体,所述泵体上安装有上述技术方案中所述的防卡滞低压保护限压阀。

实施例1
如图2所示的一种防卡滞低压保护限压阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有互相连通的上阀腔和下阀腔;所述下阀腔的下端设有用于进油的P口,所述下阀腔内从下至上依次装有钢球3、第二弹簧6和第二碗型塞7,钢球3通过第二弹簧6的作用力与P口密封配合,第二碗型塞7的中部设有通孔;所述上阀腔的腔壁设有用于泄油的A口,所述上阀腔内从下至上依次装有阀芯2、弹簧4和碗型塞5;所述阀芯2为带有下端面的圆筒结构,阀芯2的侧壁设有可与A口相通的通孔。
其中阀体1和阀芯2是小间隙配合,碗型塞5和第二碗型塞7与阀体1均为过盈配合。设置钢球3开启泄油压力为P1(P1为系统最低安全压力),阀芯2开启泄油压力为P2,P2>P1。正常情况下,随着P口压力增大到P1时,压力油推动钢球3向上运动,压力油流入下阀腔,当压力达到P2时,压力油推动阀芯2向上运动使P口与A口相通,高压油外泄,确保系统压力不偏高。当系统油压降低小于P2时,阀芯2从上向下运动,使A口关闭,压力油停止外泄,确保系统压力需求。如上所述,当系统压力下降,阀芯2自上往下运动过程中出现卡滞现象时,压力油仍然会通过A口泄压,系统压力下降到一定程度时,钢球3在第二弹簧6的弹力作用下关闭P口,防止压力油外泄,达到保护系统最低压力的要求,很好地保护发动机安全。
实施例2
一种机油泵,包括泵体,所述泵体上安装有实施例1中所述的防卡滞低压保护限压阀。本领域技术人员可以根据需要将限压阀的阀体嵌入到泵体中,也可以将限压阀的阀体和泵体一体成型。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实现方案,除此之外,本发明还可以其它方式实现,在不脱离本技术方案构思的前提下任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。
为了让本领域普通技术人员更方便地理解本发明相对于现有技术的改进之处,本发明的一些附图和描述已经被简化,并且为了清楚起见,本申请文件还省略了一些其它元素,本领域普通技术人员应该意识到这些省略的元素也可构成本发明的内容。

1.一种防卡滞低压保护限压阀,用于发动机润滑系统,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)内设有互相连通的上阀腔和下阀腔;所述下阀腔的下端设有用于进油的P口,所述下阀腔内从下至上依次装有钢球(3)、第二弹簧(6)和第二碗型塞(7),钢球(3)通过第二弹簧(6)的作用力与P口密封配合,第二碗型塞(7)的中部设有通孔;所述上阀腔的腔壁设有用于泄油的A口,所述上阀腔内从下至上依次装有阀芯(2)、弹簧(4)和碗型塞(5);所述阀芯(2)为带有下端面的圆筒结构,阀芯(2)的侧壁设有可与A口相通的通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防卡滞低压保护限压阀,其特征在于:阀芯(2)的开启泄油压力为P2,钢球(3)的开启泄油压力为P1, P2>P1。
3.一种机油泵,包括泵体,其特征在于:所述泵体上安装有如权利要求1或2所述的防卡滞低压保护限压阀。
