Abstract

一体式低温铝角阀,包括阀体、下阀盖,阀体内设阀座、阀芯和阀杆,阀杆上部位于下阀盖内,阀杆上设导向套,阀体下端设进口及阀座安装孔,所述阀体与下阀盖为一体设置;阀芯的最大外径d1、导向套的外径d、阀座安装孔的内径d2、进口的内径d3满足:d1<d<d2<d3;阀座截面为⊥型,阀座底部向外延伸,延伸区位于进口内。本发明将位于冷箱板内的阀体和下阀盖设为一个整体,取消螺栓组连接,因此完全消除了螺栓组泄露的可能,也就不需要因为阀体泄露进行扒砂维修,降低了空分系统的运营成本;同时对阀芯3的最大外径d1、导向套4的外径d、阀座安装孔13的内径d2做出d1<d<d2的限定,保证不会增加阀的加工和安装工艺难度。

一体式低温铝角阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体涉及一种应用于空气分离设备的一体式低温铝角阀。
背景技术
低温铝角阀置于空分设备中的冷箱中,冷箱内填充珠光砂来隔热。当低温铝角阀发生故障时,需要扒出珠光砂,然后进行检修,此类检修费用多达数十万乃至上百万元。针对这一问题,专利“201320159746.8”、专利“201210504164.9”和专利“201220173721.9”提出了一些优化方案,如图1所示,现有方案中阀体1与下阀盖6两者是分离的,通过螺栓组5连接,空分设备长时间运行后,低温铝角阀长期工作过程中,受振动,蠕变等影响,螺栓组5松动的可能性会不断增大,螺栓组5的微小松动就可能引起泄露,因此容易引起阀体泄露的故障,需要扒砂维修。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种应用于空气分离设备的一体式低温铝角阀。
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一体式低温铝角阀,包括阀体、下阀盖,阀体内设阀座、阀芯和阀杆,阀杆上部位于下阀盖内,阀杆上设导向套,阀体下端设进口及阀座安装孔,所述阀体与下阀盖为一体设置;阀芯的最大外径d1、导向套的外径d、阀座安装孔的内径d2、进口的内径d3满足:d1<d<d2<d3;阀座截面为⊥型,阀座底部向外延伸,延伸区位于进口内。
所述阀座外侧为密封螺纹。
所述阀座内侧有斜度。
本发明将位于冷箱板内的阀体和下阀盖设为一个整体,冷箱板的内部没有螺栓组连接,因此完全消除了螺栓组泄露的可能,因此,消除了冷箱板内部阀体泄露的可能性,也就不需要因为阀体泄露进行扒砂维修,降低了空分系统的运营成本;同时对阀芯3的最大外径d1、导向套4的外径d、阀座安装孔13的内径d2做出d1<d<d2的限定,保证了不会增加阀的加工和安装工艺难度。

具体实施方式
一体式低温铝角阀,如图1-2所示,包括阀体1,阀体1下端设进口12,进口上方的阀体一侧设出口14,进口12上方设阀座安装孔13,阀座安装孔内设阀座2,阀座2内设与其配合的阀芯3,阀芯3上端与阀杆7连接,阀杆7中上部位于下阀盖6内,阀杆7上设导向套4,上述部件位于冷箱板8内,位于冷箱板8外的为阀杆7和下阀盖6上部,阀杆7上部通过上螺栓组10与上阀盖11连接,阀杆7上部设导向盘9;如图2所示,本发明取消了螺栓组,将阀体1与下阀盖为一体设置,冷箱板6内部就不存在螺栓组,因此就消除了螺栓组连接部分泄露的可能性,消除原有阀体1与下阀盖螺栓组连接存在泄漏的可能性,使阀的可靠性更高。
同时出于安装方便的要求,将阀座截面设计成⊥型,如图2所示,这样初次安装阀座时可以将阀座从进口12处装入阀体;阀座底部向外延伸,延伸区15位于进口内,向外延伸区方便阀座与阀体焊接,加强阀座与阀体的连接牢固性。阀座外侧优选为密封螺纹,可与阀体螺纹连接,阀座内侧有斜度,便于与阀芯安装,也便于阀座拆卸。
将阀体与下阀盖设置为一体后,整体部件较长,阀体内部精加工不方便,因此,将阀芯3的最大外径d1、导向套4的外径d、阀座安装孔13的内径d2、进口12的内径d3满足:d1<d<d2<d3,阀芯3的最大外径d1<导向套4的外径d保证阀芯3可通过d面(阀体上与导向套4接触的面),即保证可将整个阀芯3从阀体1抽出来,便于维修;导向套4的外径d<阀座安装孔13的内径d2,保证车刀可以从进口12、d2面进入阀体,对阀体1上的d面进行精加工。满足d1<d<d2<d3的另一优点是首次安装阀座、阀芯等部件方便,即可以先将阀芯、阀杆和导向套由阀的底部即进口12装入阀体,再将阀座由底部装入阀体,拆卸时从阀座的顶部向上抽出阀芯,阀座在使用期内(20年左右)一般不会更换。
因此,本发明既完全消除了螺栓组泄露的可能,又保证了不会增加阀的加工和安装工艺难度。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一体式低温铝角阀,包括阀体、下阀盖,阀体内设阀座、阀芯和阀杆,阀杆上部位于下阀盖内,阀杆上设导向套,阀体下端设进口及阀座安装孔,其特征在于:所述阀体与下阀盖为一体设置;阀芯的最大外径d1、导向套的外径d、阀座安装孔的内径d2、进口的内径d3满足:d1<d<d2<d3;阀座截面为⊥型,阀座底部向外延伸,延伸区位于进口内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一体式低温铝角阀,其特征在于:所述阀座外侧为密封螺纹。
