本发明涉及升降装置支撑技术领域,具体为一种分体式弹簧座,其能够有效减轻碰撞力度,提高使用寿命的同时提高生产操作的安全性,其包括两个弹簧底座,两个所述弹簧底座之间通过至少两根刚性横梁连接,所述弹簧底座上端安装有圆盘,所述圆盘内设置有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧底部焊接安装于所述圆盘底部,所述缓冲弹簧顶部焊接固定有盖板,所述盖板下端安装有导杆,所述圆盘中间开有导向孔,所述导杆下端穿过所述导向孔并通过锁紧螺母锁紧。

本发明涉及升降装置支撑技术领域,具体为一种分体式弹簧座。
背景技术
升降装置是起吊工程中常见的装置,升降装置在升起后复位到底架时,由于升降装置底部和底架均是金属,两者接触属于刚性碰撞,长时间会造成损伤,而且当升降装置失控往下掉时,会给底架产生很大的冲击力,产生较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种分体式弹簧座,其能够有效减轻碰撞力度,提高使用寿命的同时提高生产操作的安全性。
其技术方案是这样的:一种分体式弹簧座,其特征在于,其包括两个弹簧底座,两个所述弹簧底座之间通过至少两根刚性横梁连接,所述弹簧底座上端安装有圆盘,所述圆盘内设置有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧底部焊接安装于所述圆盘底部,所述缓冲弹簧顶部焊接固定有盖板,所述盖板下端安装有导杆,所述圆盘中间开有导向孔,所述导杆下端穿过所述导向孔并通过锁紧螺母锁紧。
其进一步特征在于,两个所述弹簧底座向内倾斜呈八字形布置;
所述缓冲弹簧至少设置三圈。
采用本发明的结构后,两个弹簧底座通过刚性横梁连接成一起,并且分别安装有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧上端焊接有盖板,当升降平台撞击到盖板,由于盖板与缓冲弹簧焊接在一起,并且盖板有导杆和导向孔的导向作用,确保从上往下垂直挤压缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧不会发生侧弯现象,缓冲弹簧起到有效缓冲作用,大大减轻了碰撞力度,提高了使用寿命,提高了生产操作的安全性;缓冲弹簧至少设置三圈后,进一步保证缓冲效果。

见图1,图2所示,一种分体式弹簧座,其包括两个弹簧底座1,两个弹簧底座1之间通过两根刚性横梁2连接,弹簧底座1上端安装有圆盘3,圆盘3内设置有缓冲弹簧4,缓冲弹簧4至少设置三圈,缓冲弹簧4底部焊接安装于圆盘3底部,缓冲弹簧4顶部焊接固定有盖板5,盖板5下端安装有导杆6,圆盘3中间开有导向孔,导杆6下端穿过导向孔并通过锁紧螺母7锁紧;两个弹簧底座1向内倾斜呈八字形布置,进一步保证支撑缓冲效果。

1.一种分体式弹簧座,其特征在于,其包括两个弹簧底座,两个所述弹簧底座之间通过至少两根刚性横梁连接,所述弹簧底座上端安装有圆盘,所述圆盘内设置有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧底部焊接安装于所述圆盘底部,所述缓冲弹簧顶部焊接固定有盖板,所述盖板下端安装有导杆,所述圆盘中间开有导向孔,所述导杆下端穿过所述导向孔并通过锁紧螺母锁紧。
