本发明公开了一种超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其包括一根中心股,所述中心股外对称包捻有八根内层股,所述八根内层股外涂裹有树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层外对称包捻有八根外层股。上述超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳是由八根外层股包捻树脂金属绳芯捻制而成,树脂金属绳芯是由树脂均匀包裹在金属绳芯外而成。这种结构的钢丝绳具有较高的抗冲击性,直径均匀性并且提高了钢丝绳的承载能力。对比目前市场上相同直径和强度等级的电梯用钢丝绳,该结构钢丝绳直径均匀性提高15%,抗冲击性提高10%,承载能力提高5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯用钢丝绳,尤其是涉及一种超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳。
背景技术
目前,在电梯行业,随着楼层的高度上升,电梯的运行速度逐渐加快,对钢丝绳的要求也越来越高,有些载重大、运行速度快的电梯,要求钢丝绳的直径均匀性、承载能力和柔韧性能都要好,而增加钢丝绳的直径虽然会提高钢丝绳的承载能力,但很大程度上提高了电梯的运行成本,浪费了材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其具有抗冲击性好、直线均匀性好和承载能力高的特点,以解决现有技术中超高速电梯用钢丝绳存在的诸多不足。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其包括一根中心股,所述中心股外对称包捻有八根内层股,所述八根内层股外涂裹有树脂涂层,所述树脂涂层外对称包捻有八根外层股。
特别地,所述外层股是由外层十二根外层钢丝、六根填充钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心丝呈填充式捻制而成,外层股内钢丝呈线接触状态。
特别地,所述树脂涂层的厚度为0.5mm~1.5mm。
特别地,所述内层股是由六根钢丝对称地包捻一根中心钢丝捻制而成。
特别地,所述中心股是六根外层粗钢丝、六根外层细钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝呈瓦林吞式捻制而成。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳是由八根外层股包捻树脂金属绳芯捻制而成,树脂金属绳芯是由树脂均匀包裹在金属绳芯外而成。这种结构的钢丝绳具有较高的抗冲击性,直径均匀性并且提高了钢丝绳的承载能力。对比目前市场上相同直径和强度等级的电梯用钢丝绳,该结构钢丝绳直径均匀性提高15%,抗冲击性提高10%,承载能力提高5%。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参阅图1和图2所示,本实施例中,一种超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳包括一根中心股1,所述中心股1外对称包捻有八根内层股2,所述八根内层股2外涂裹有树脂涂层3,所述树脂涂层3外对称包捻有八根外层股4。
所述外层股4是由外层十二根外层钢丝、六根填充钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心丝呈填充式捻制而成,外层股内钢丝呈线接触状态。
所述树脂涂层3的厚度为0.5mm~1.5mm,其包裹于金属绳芯外,形成树脂金属绳芯。所述金属绳芯由八根内层股包捻一根中心股1而成,所述内层股2是由六根钢丝对称地包捻一根中心钢丝捻制而成。
所述中心股1是六根外层粗钢丝、六根外层细钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝呈瓦林吞式捻制而成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述外层股是由外层十二根外层钢丝、六根填充钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心丝呈填充式捻制而成,外层股内钢丝呈线接触状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述树脂涂层的厚度为0.5mm~1.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述内层股是由六根钢丝对称地包捻一根中心钢丝捻制而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超高速电梯用树脂涂层金属芯钢丝绳,其特征在于,所述中心股是六根外层粗钢丝、六根外层细钢丝、六根内层钢丝包捻一根中心钢丝呈瓦林吞式捻制而成。
