Abstract

本发明涉及机械采油技术领域,属于一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳。该发明能够有效解决普通柔性绳抗拉强度不够、耐磨性差等问题。本发明由绳芯(1)、胶粘固化层(2)和涂塑层(3)组成;胶粘固化层(2)将绳芯(1)和涂塑层(3)胶结为一体;绳芯(1)是由不锈钢钢丝绳(4)和弹性纤维材料(5)组成,涂塑层(3)是由外部强化钢丝绳(6)和涂塑材料(7)组成。本发明具有耐磨损、抗拉强度高、韧性好等优点,能够很好适用于超长冲程抽油机。

一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳
技术领域
本发明涉及机械采油技术领域,具体来说是一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳。
背景技术
超长冲程抽油机是一种新型举升方式,非常适用于低产低效井,然而关键部件柔性绳易磨损、钢丝绳抗拉强度差等问题,轻则出现导致井口漏油污染环境,重则拉断导致地面及井下设备损坏,严重影响超长冲程抽油机的使用寿命。现有专利柔性钢丝绳,在内层钢丝绳和外层钢丝绳之间填充聚乙烯,然而该柔性钢丝绳易与盘根盒及天车轮发生刚性磨损,导致钢丝断丝、抗拉强度差,造成超长冲程抽油机使用寿命低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供耐磨性好、抗拉强度高及使用寿命长的一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:它由绳芯、胶粘固化层和涂塑层组成;通过胶粘固化层将绳芯和涂塑层胶结为一体;绳芯是由不锈钢钢丝绳和弹性纤维材料组成,绳芯内部由多股不锈钢钢丝绳以瓦林吞式排列,不锈钢钢丝绳之间空隙填充弹性纤维材料;涂塑层是由外部强化钢丝绳和涂塑材料组成,涂塑材料加热与外部强化钢丝绳固化后融为一体结构。
所述的涂塑层为复合高分子耐磨性材料,外部强化钢丝绳为镀锌钢丝绳。
所述柔性绳外径为24mm~32mm。
本发明与已有技术相比具有如下优点:
1)本发明涂塑层材料为复合高分子耐磨性材料耐老化、耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能突出。
2)本发明通过绳芯内部填充弹性纤维材料,极大地增加了柔性绳的柔韧性,弯曲性能得到极大增强。
3)本发明听过胶粘固化层将绳芯和涂塑层胶结为一体结构,粘合度高,不易脱胶。

具体实施方式:以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述,本发明由绳芯1、胶粘固化层2和涂塑层3组成;通过胶粘固化层2将绳芯1和涂塑层3胶结为一体;绳芯1是由不锈钢钢丝绳4和弹性纤维材料5组成,绳芯内部由多股不锈钢钢丝绳4以瓦林吞式排列,不锈钢钢丝绳4之间空隙填充弹性纤维材料5;涂塑层3是由外部强化钢丝绳6和涂塑材料7组成,涂塑材料7加热与外部强化钢丝绳6固化后融为一体结构。
所述的涂塑层3为复合高分子耐磨性,外部强化钢丝绳6为镀锌钢丝绳。
所述柔性绳外径为24mm~32mm。
现场应用时将本发明的一端与超长冲程抽油机的滚筒连接,另一端通过天车轮至井口,最后连接井下抽油杆,实现滚筒转动带动柔性绳及井下抽油泵往复运动实现井液的举升,本发明耐磨性好、抗拉强度高、涂塑层不脱胶,能够有效延长超长冲程抽油机使用寿命。

1.一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳,其特征在于:它由绳芯(1)、胶粘固化层(2)和涂塑层(3)组成;通过胶粘固化层(2)将绳芯(1)和涂塑层(3)胶结为一体;绳芯(1)是由不锈钢钢丝绳(4)和弹性纤维材料(5)组成,绳芯内部由多股不锈钢钢丝绳(4)以瓦林吞式排列,不锈钢钢丝绳(4)之间空隙填充弹性纤维材料(5);涂塑层(3)是由外部强化钢丝绳(6)和涂塑材料(7)组成,涂塑材料(7)加热与外部强化钢丝绳(6)固化后融为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳,其特征在于:所述的涂塑层(3)为复合高分子耐磨性材料,外部强化钢丝绳(6)为镀锌钢丝绳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于超长冲程抽油机的柔性绳,其特征在于:所述柔性绳外径为24mm~32mm。
