Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)水洗退浆,织物原料采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理,烘干后含水率控制在10%±5,并控制pH值在5.0‑7.5;2)定型,定型时加入0.5%酚黄变助剂,带液量控制在50%;3)配置涂层浆料,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇40~60%、二水氯化钙15~25%、尼龙废丝8~12%、酚黄变助剂1~3‰,其余为填料;4)涂层凝固成膜后,轧至含水率70%,再浸轧3%酚黄变助剂,120‑150℃烘干。本发明通过在定型时加入酚黄变助剂、在涂层浆料中加入酚黄变助剂以及浸轧时加入酚黄变助剂,解决了尼龙涂层带的酚黄变问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术,尤其涉及尼龙涂层带生产工艺。
背景技术
酚黄变一般是指白色或浅色尼龙织物在储存过程中生产的一种出现的类似于柠檬黄的亮黄色。而产生酚黄变的原因是在聚乙烯薄膜等包装物上含有易挥发的苯酚抗氧化剂。这类物质挥发到织物上,在一定条件下形成与空气中的氮氧化物发生反应,形成黄色物质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,解决尼龙涂层带的酚黄变问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)水洗退浆,织物原料采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理,烘干后含水率控制在10%±5,并控制pH值在5.0-7.5;
2)定型,定型时加入0.5%酚黄变助剂,带液量控制在50%;
3)配置涂层浆料,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇40~60%、二水氯化钙15~25%、尼龙废丝8~12%、酚黄变助剂1~3‰,其余为填料;
4)涂层凝固成膜后,轧至含水率70%,再浸轧3%酚黄变助剂,120-150℃烘干。
优选的,选用70D/24F纱线作为织物原料,设定密度为40×25/cm。
优选的,所述填料为白炭黑、硅藻土、硫酸钡、高岭土中任意一种或者多种。
优选的,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇50%、二水氯化钙20%、尼龙废丝10%、酚黄变助剂2‰,其余为填料。
本发明采用的技术方案,通过在定型时加入酚黄变助剂、在涂层浆料中加入酚黄变助剂以及浸轧时加入酚黄变助剂,解决了尼龙涂层带的酚黄变问题,由于酚黄变助剂不是一次加入,而是在定型、涂层、浸轧分次加入,可以强化尼龙涂层带的耐酚黄变效果。
具体实施方式
耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)水洗退浆,织物原料采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理,烘干后含水率控制在10%±5,并控制pH值在5.0-7.5;
2)定型,定型时加入0.5%酚黄变助剂,带液量控制在50%;
3)配置涂层浆料,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇40~60%、二水氯化钙15~25%、尼龙废丝8~12%、酚黄变助剂1~3‰,其余为填料;
4)涂层凝固成膜后,轧至含水率70%,再浸轧3%酚黄变助剂,120-150℃烘干。

1.耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)水洗退浆,织物原料采用连续式水洗退浆工艺处理,烘干后含水率控制在10%±5,并控制pH值在5.0-7.5;
2)定型,定型时加入0.5%酚黄变助剂,带液量控制在50%;
3)配置涂层浆料,所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇40~60%、二水氯化钙15~25%、尼龙废丝8~12%、酚黄变助剂1~3‰,其余为填料;
4)涂层凝固成膜后,轧至含水率70%,再浸轧3%酚黄变助剂,120-150℃烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,其特征在于:选用70D/24F纱线作为织物原料,设定密度为40×25/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,其特征在于:所述填料为白炭黑、硅藻土、硫酸钡、高岭土中任意一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐酚黄变尼龙涂层带生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层浆料的质量组成为:甲醇50%、二水氯化钙20%、尼龙废丝10%、酚黄变助剂2‰,其余为填料。
