背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。
拉拔是用外力作用于被拉金属的前端,将金属坯料从小于坯料断面的模孔中拉出,以获得相应的形状和尺寸的制品的一种塑性加工方法。由于拉拔多在冷态下进行,因此也叫冷拔或冷拉。金属拉拔过程中使用润滑剂可减轻拔丝机械强度,提高拔丝速度和产品质量,针对不同的加工材料最好选用专用拉拔油,因此本发明针对镍合金材料的拉拔加工提供一种专用润滑油组合物。

本发明能有效减少工件与模具的摩擦,降低磨损,具有强韧的油膜,可有效减少叫模、划痕、划伤、烧结焊合、破裂等现象的发生。超强的极压润滑效果,在高温状态下具有良好的热稳定性。同时具有良好的光洁功能,提高加工精度,保护模具,延长模具寿命,有一定的冷却效果,能有效控制黑色油泥的产生。

Claims (1)

1.一种镍合金材料拉拔油,其特征在于,各组分的质量百分数为:
组分 质量百分数含量 基础油 余量 抗氧剂 2.5~3.5% 抗磨剂 1.8~3.2% 防锈剂 0.5~1.5% 金属减活剂 3.5~5.0% 分散剂 3.0~4.5% 抗泡剂 0.001~0.002% 抗乳化剂 1.5~2.0% 摩擦改进剂 1.4~2.6% 粘度指数改进剂 0.5~1.5% 极压抗磨剂 2.0~2.5% 油性剂 0.5~1.5%
上述各组分的质量百分数总和为百分之一百;
所述基础油为质量比30~50%HVI650润滑油基础油与70~50%15号全损耗系统用油复合,
所述抗氧剂为质量比40~60%抗氧剂T501、20~30%亚磷酸酯168与40~10%2,6-二叔丁基混合酯复合,三组分的质量百分数总和为百分之一百;
所述抗磨剂为质量比70~60%二烷基硫代磷酸盐T206与30~40%己二酸二戊酯复合,
所述防锈剂为质量比65~50%多烷基苯磺酸钠与35~50%烷基丁二酸半酯复合,
所述金属减活剂为质量比20~30%苯三唑型T551与80~70%N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺复合,
所述分散剂为质量比75~60%苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物与25~40%硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺复合,
所述抗泡剂为质量比25~50%丙烯酸酯与75~50%苯基乙基硅油复合,
所述抗乳化剂为质量比40~60%改性聚醚高分子物KR12与60~40%聚环氧乙烷含氮衍生物DM114复合,
所述摩擦改进剂为质量比45~60%二烷基二硫代羟基乙酸钼与55~40%烷基亚磷酸酯复合,
所述粘度指数改进剂为质量比40~20%乙丙共聚物与60~80%氢化苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物复合,
所述为极压抗磨剂为质量比60~70%亚磷酸二正丁酯与40~30%环烷酸铅复合,
所述油性剂为质量比20~60%硬脂酸乙酯与80~40%烷基三苯基硫代磷酸酯复合。
