本发明涉及润滑剂组合物,具体是一种热稳定性良好附着性强普通车辆齿轮润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。添加剂是近代高级润滑油的精髓,正确选用合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。根据润滑油要求的质量和性能,对添加剂精心选择,仔细平衡,进行合理调配,是保证润滑油质量的关键。
车辆齿轮油通常用于汽车手动变速器、后桥主减速器及差速器的润滑油。齿轮油的作用是在齿轮的齿齿接触面上形成油膜或牢固的吸附膜和化学反应膜,以保证正常的润滑并防止齿面间胶合。随着咬合方式不同,齿轮上润滑油膜的形式有显著差异。正、斜和螺旋伞等齿轮齿面上容易形成润滑油膜,双曲线齿轮体积较小,传递的动力大,齿面相对滑动速度大,齿面上难以形成润滑油膜,是最难润滑的摩擦副之一,因此本发明针对车辆齿轮的润滑要求提供一种润滑油组合物。
