Abstract
本发明涉及一种以改性壳聚糖为成膜物质的生态环保的无味内墙涂料,该涂料是由改性壳聚糖、贝壳粉、钛白粉、硅藻土、甘油、生物碱、消泡剂、分散剂、水组成。其特征是:按重量比为:改性壳聚糖70‑200份,硅藻土100‑200份,钛白粉100‑150份,贝壳粉40‑80份,甘油10‑40份,生物碱1‑5份,消泡剂1‑10份,分散剂1‑10份,水350‑600份。本发明采用改性壳聚糖作为成膜物质能够提高涂料的抑菌活性、抗氧化性、保湿性能,省却了加入防腐剂、保湿剂等化学物质,简化了涂料的组成。避免了胶乳中未反应的挥发性有机单体产生的有害气味以及环境污染问题,保证了本发明产品无味、绿色、环保的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于装饰用内墙涂料,具体涉及以改性壳聚糖为成膜物质的生态环保无味内墙涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强,人们对生活环境的要求越来越高,尤其是对市内环境、空气质量的要求,因此对内墙涂料的要求也向着无味、无毒、无害、环保功能型方向发展。但是目前内墙涂料使用胶乳作为成膜物质,而胶乳中未反应的挥发性有机单体会产生有害气味,因此在使用乳胶漆内墙涂料后需要晾晒一段时间后才能使用,而且挥发性有机单体也会造成环境污染问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种以改性壳聚糖为主要成膜填料的绿色涂料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种以改性壳聚糖为成膜物质的生态环保无味内墙涂料,该涂料是由改性壳聚糖、贝壳粉、钛白粉、硅藻土、甘油、生物碱、消泡剂、分散剂、水组成。其特征是:按重量比为:改性壳聚糖70-200份,硅藻土100-200份,钛白粉100-150份,贝壳粉40-80份,甘油10-40份,生物碱1-5份,消泡剂1-10份,分散剂1-10份,水350-600份。
本发明使用的改性壳聚糖是由壳聚糖与半乳糖、果糖、葡萄糖中的一种、或两种、或三种通过接枝反应制备的;
本发明使用的改性壳聚糖作为成膜物质,无需使用乳胶漆中胶乳作为成膜物质,从而避免了胶乳中未反应的挥发性有机单体产生有害气味以及环境污染问题,保证涂料无味、绿色的特性。
本发明使用的壳聚糖是由贝壳粉中提取出来的,使用贝壳粉作为基料能够保证与改性壳聚糖的生物相容性。而改性壳聚糖是由壳聚糖与半乳糖、果糖、葡萄糖进行接枝反应得到的,不仅改善了壳聚糖的水溶性,而且提高了其与贝壳粉等无机填料的相容性。
本发明使用的改性壳聚糖自身具有防腐、保湿等功能,省却了加入防腐剂、保湿剂等化学物质,简化了涂料的组成;
本发明还提供了一种以改性壳聚糖为主要成膜填料的绿色涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)根据上述的配比称取原料;
(2)将甘油、水、改性壳聚糖加入至反应釜中进行溶解,搅拌时间控制在5-20min;
(3)再掺加贝壳粉、钛白粉、硅藻土、分散剂至反应釜中搅拌分散完全,搅拌时间控制在10-30min;
(4)最后向搅拌装置中加入生物碱、消泡剂,搅拌5-15min,搅拌终止现象为停止搅拌5min后无明显的气泡,出料。以上均为常温操作
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用改性壳聚糖为主要成膜物质,无需使用乳胶漆中常用的胶乳作为成膜物质,从而避免了胶乳中因存在未反应的挥发性有机单体产生的环境污染问题,能够保证涂料无味、绿色环保。
本发明使用的改性壳聚糖是由壳聚糖与半乳糖、果糖、葡萄糖进行接枝反应得到的,不但提高了壳聚糖的抗菌性和抗氧化性,而且能够提高其水溶性、成膜性和保湿性,因此该涂料不需要加入保湿剂、防腐剂、成膜剂等其它化学物质,避免了有害化学成分的加入。
本发明不含甲醛、氨、苯类等有毒物质,挥发性有机物(VOC)达到零排放,绿色环保。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
将甘油15.5kg、改性壳聚糖110kg、水415kg加入至反应釜中进行溶解,搅拌时间控制在5-20min;再掺加硅藻土160g、钛白粉110kg、贝壳粉50kg、分散剂2.4kg至反应釜中搅拌分散完全,搅拌时间控制在10-30min;最后向搅拌装置中加入生物碱2kg、消泡剂3.5kg,搅拌5-15min,搅拌终止现象为停止搅拌5min后无明显的气泡。以上均为常温操作。改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖接枝果糖、半乳糖得到的产品。
实施例2
将甘油31.2kg、改性壳聚糖85kg、水368kg加入至反应釜中进行溶解,搅拌时间控制在5-20min;再掺加硅藻土190kg、钛白粉120kg、贝壳粉70kg、分散剂4.8kg至反应釜中搅拌分散完全,搅拌时间控制在10-30min;最后向搅拌装置中加入生物碱2.5kg、消泡剂1.7kg,搅拌5-15min,搅拌终止现象为停止搅拌5min后无明显的气泡。以上均为常温操作。改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖接枝果糖、葡萄糖得到的产品。
实施例3
将甘油20.7g、改性壳聚糖146kg、水429kg加入至反应釜中进行溶解,搅拌时间控制在5-20min;再掺加硅藻土100kg、钛白粉180kg、贝壳粉60kg、分散剂3.8kg至反应釜中搅拌分散完全,搅拌时间控制在10-30min;最后向搅拌装置中加入生物碱3.9kg、消泡剂2.8g,搅拌5-15min,搅拌终止现象为停止搅拌5min后无明显的气泡。以上均为常温操作。改性壳聚糖是壳聚糖接枝半乳糖、葡萄糖得到的产品。
对比例为市场销售乳胶漆涂料,目前市场在售的多为乳胶漆。

1.一种以改性壳聚糖为成膜物质的生态环保无味内墙涂料,该涂料是由改性壳聚糖、贝壳粉、钛白粉、硅藻土、甘油、生物碱、消泡剂、分散剂、水组成。其特征是:按重量比为:改性壳聚糖70-200份,硅藻土100-200份,钛白粉100-150份,贝壳粉40-80份,甘油10-40份,生物碱1-5份,消泡剂1-10份,分散剂1-10份,水350-600份,改性壳聚糖是由壳聚糖与半乳糖、果糖、葡萄糖中的一种、或两种、或三种通过接枝反应制备的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态环保无味内墙涂料,其特征在于:使用改性壳聚糖作为成膜物质。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的生态环保无味内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)根据权利要求1所述的配比称取原料;
(2)将甘油、水、改性壳聚糖加入至反应釜中进行溶解,搅拌时间控制在5-20min;
(3)再掺加贝壳粉、分散剂至反应釜中搅拌分散完全,搅拌时间控制在10-30min;
(4)最后向搅拌装置中加入消泡剂,搅拌5-15min,搅拌终止现象为停止搅拌5min后无明显的气泡,出料。以上均为常温操作。
