技术领域
本发明涉及一种枕式包装机,具体涉及一种枕式包装机的端封装置,或者说是纵封装置。
背景技术
如图10所示,枕包袋是一种日常生活中经常使用到塑料包装袋,比如面包、巧克力、药版等物品都是通过这种形式的包装袋进行包装。这种枕包袋是由枕式包装机制作形成,其制作过程简单讲如下:一卷塑料膜拉出来,经成型器的成型,形成包裹住物品的形状,这时塑料膜的两侧边部分重叠在一起,接着进入中封工序,由中封装置对塑料膜的这重叠部分进行热封,这样塑料膜的两侧边被热封在一起,形成横向封合边,最后塑料膜进入端封工序,由端封装置将塑料膜裁切下来,当然在裁切的同时对袋口(即端口)进行热封(形成纵向封合边),这样就形成一个个密封的枕包袋。
端封装置包括有上刀组件与下刀组件,在上刀组件与下刀组件的两侧还设有前带输送机构与后带输送机构,上刀组件与下刀组件上下往复配合动作,完成薄膜的热封与裁切;薄膜是在前带输送机构与后带输送机构上输送,当上刀组件与下刀组件裁切时,前带输送机构与后带输送机构分离,让切刀切断中间的薄膜;而当上刀组件与下刀组件远离时,前带输送机构与后带输送机构合并,让薄膜继续往前输送;如此往复动作,切下一个个枕包袋。然而,目前市场上普通枕式包装机的端封装置,由于结构原因,存在热封不充分、无法裁切等问题。
另外,一般端封装置的上刀模与下刀模都为普通的加热式热封模,这种热封模存在如下几点不足:1、升温慢,开机后需要热封模达到一定温度才能正常工作;2、周边有热辐射,容易造成包装袋内的药品药性产生变化;3、当停机时,还有余热存在,为防止薄膜受影响,还要将上刀模与下刀模分离开,在操作上十分不便;4、较薄的塑料膜在停机时容易受余热影响;5、能耗高,由于热辐射的存在,这部分热能的损失即为电能的损失。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明创新提供了一种具有良好热封效果而且采用超声热封方式的枕式包装机的端封装置。该枕式包装机的端封装置包括有机架、上刀组件与下刀组件,其特征在于:所述机架上安装有两个相对设置的导向板,每个导向板的内侧面上设有上下对称的上D型环形槽与下D型环形槽,上D型环形槽的直线槽段与下D型环形槽的直线槽段相邻近且平行;上刀组件包括有上刀架,所述上刀架的两端都设有上导件,两个上导件分别匹配设置在两个导向板的上D型环形槽内;下刀组件包括有下刀架,所述下刀架的两端都设有下导件,两个下导件分别匹配设置在两个导向板的下D型环形槽内;所述上刀组件与下刀组件都通过驱动机构的驱动对应在上D型环形槽与下D型环形槽的导向下运动。
所述驱动机构包括有动力源以及与动力源传动连接的上传动组件与下传动组件;所述上传动组件包括有上传动件、上传动轴以及上齿轮,所述上传动件与上齿轮分别连接在上传动轴的两端,所述上传动件具有上槽口,所述上导件与上刀架之间连有上连接件,所述上连接件上设有上导块,所述上导块匹配设在上槽口内。
所述下传动组件包括有下传动件、下传动轴以及下齿轮,所述下传动件与下齿轮分别连接在下传动轴的两端,所述下传动件具有下槽口,所述下导件与下刀架之间连有下连接件,所述下连接件上设有下导块,所述下导块匹配设在下槽口内。
所述下齿轮与上齿轮啮合,所述下齿轮或上齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,所述主动齿轮一侧安装有从动同步轮,所述从动同步轮通过同步带与主动同步轮传动连接,所述主动同步轮与动力源传动连接。
所述两个导向板之间设有前带输送机构与后带输送机构,所述前带输送机构包括前底座、前固定座、前滑动座、前滑轨以及前输送带,所述前固定座与前滑轨安装在前底座上,所述前滑动座可滑动设置在前滑轨上,所述前固定座与前滑动座上都设有前被动辊,所述前输送带设在前固定座与前滑动座上,并饶设在前被动辊与前主动辊上,所述前主动辊与输送带动力源传动连接,所述前滑动座与前滑动座传动机构传动连接。

按照本发明提供的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,通过改变上下刀组件的运动形式,使端封封合时间得以延长,保障端封密封性达到GMP认证要求;另外通过采用超声加热的热封方式,使热封的效果达到最佳,而且超声加热没有热辐射,保证包装物不受影响。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该枕式包装机的端封装置包括有机架1、上刀组件5与下刀组件6,另外还包括有前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4。上面已说过,薄膜从前带输送机构3输送到后带输送机构4上,这样一直往前输送;当上刀组件5与下刀组件6上下动作裁切时,前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4分离,让切刀从中间切断薄膜;而当上刀组件5与下刀组件6离开时,前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4合并,让薄膜继续往前输送;如此往复动作,切下一个个如图10所示的枕包袋。
一般端封装置的上刀组件5与下刀组件6闭合热封都是一瞬间完成的,之后立即分离,由于热传导需要一定的时间,因此对于较厚的薄膜来说,很难在这么短的时间内完成热封,即时完成热封,其效果也是不理想的,可能会出现密封问题。
为了解决这个问题,本发明改变了上刀组件5与下刀组件6的运动方式,以使热封的时间获得延长。其具体结构改进如下:如图1与2所示,在机架1上安装有两个相对设置的导向板2,上刀组件5与下刀组件6就设在这两个导向板2之间,每个导向板2的内侧面上设有上下对称的上D型环形槽20与下D型环形槽21,如图5所示,上D型环形槽20的直线槽段与下D型环形槽21的直线槽段相邻近且平行;如图3与图4所示,上刀组件5包括有上刀架50,在上刀架50的两端都设有上导件51,两个上导件51分别匹配设置在两个导向板2的上D型环形槽20内;下刀组件6包括有下刀架60,下刀架60的两端都设有下导件61,两个下导件61分别匹配设置在两个导向板2的下D型环形槽21内;上刀组件5与下刀组件6都通过驱动机构的驱动对应在上D型环形槽20与下D型环形槽21的导向下运动。
工作时,驱动机构驱动上刀组件5沿上D型环形槽20的轨迹作D型环形式上下动作,驱动机构同样驱动下刀组件6沿下D型环形槽21的轨迹作D型环形式上下动作;当两者的导轮在D型环形槽的直线槽段时,上刀组件5与下刀组件6闭合,并对薄膜进行热封,而由于直线槽段的存在,上刀组件5与下刀组件6的闭合状态就会持续一段时间,这样热封时间就得以延长,从而使热封效果达到最佳,尤其是对于较厚的薄膜。
上刀组件5与下刀组件6的运动是由驱动机构驱动的,并在直线导轨7上作上下运动。驱动机构包括有动力源以及与动力源传动连接的上传动组件与下传动组件;上传动组件用于传动上刀组件5,而下传动组件用于传动下刀组件6;上传动组件的结构与下传动组件的结构一样,为了不重复,下面只就上传动组件的结构进行说明:如图3所示,该上传动组件包括有上传动件83、上传动轴82以及上齿轮81,上传动件83与上齿轮81分别连接在上传动轴82的两端,而上传动轴82安装在轴承座组件85(包括轴承座与轴承)内,该上传动件83(可以为圆盘结构)具有上槽口84,而上导件51与上刀架50之间连有上连接件52(可以与上导件51为一体,这时上连接件52与上刀架50可转动连接;也可以作为轮轴设在上导件51上,这时上导件51可以为轴承),在上连接件52上设有上导块,该上导块就匹配设在上槽口84内。这样当上齿轮81被驱动转动时,上传动轴82便传动上传动件83转动,上传动件83转动又通过位于其上槽口84内的上导块53推动上连接件52移动,这样上连接件52上的上导件51就在上D型环形槽20内移动一起,最终驱使上刀组件5沿D型轨迹移动,并通过直线导轨7保持垂直。
下刀组件6同样沿这样的轨迹动作,只是运动形式与上刀组件5上下对称。下刀组件6是由下传动组件传动,而下传动组件包括有下齿轮91,该下齿轮91与上齿轮81啮合;这样其中一个齿轮顺时针转动时,另一个齿轮逆时针转动;为了驱动一个齿轮转动,下齿轮91或上齿轮81与主动齿轮12啮合,在主动齿轮12一侧安装从动同步轮13,该从动同步轮13通过同步带与主动同步轮11传动连接,这样通过动力源(电机10)驱动主动同步轮11转动,下齿轮91与上齿轮81就转动起来。
如上面所述,前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4输送薄膜,并配合上刀组件5与下刀组件6作分开或闭合的动作。前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4也设在两个导向板2之间,前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4的结构相同,为了不重复叙述,下面也只对前带输送机构3进行说明:如图8所示,前带输送机构3包括前底座30、前固定座32、前滑动座31、前滑轨33以及前输送带(从图1中可以看到),前固定座32与前滑轨33安装在前底座30上,前滑动座31可滑动设置在前滑轨33上,前固定座32与前滑动座31上都设有前被动辊35,前输送带设在前固定座32与前滑动座31上,并饶设在前被动辊35与前主动辊34上,其中前主动辊34与输送带动力源传动连接,而前滑动座31与前滑动座传动机构传动连接。输送带动力源驱动前主动辊34转动,从而带动前输送带转动,由此实现薄膜的输送;而前滑动座传动机构传动前滑动座31在前滑轨33上移动,从而实现前滑动座31前后移动,后带输送机构的后滑动座42也通过后滑动座传动机构实现前后移动,如图9所示。这样前带输送机构3的前输送带与后带输送机构4的后输送带就能实现相对移动或反向移动,这样便能配合上刀组件5与下刀组件6作分开或闭合的动作。
前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4的动作可以由单独的动力源驱动,也可以借助下刀组件6的传动实现前后动作。采用后者可以更加节省成本,而且在动作上同步性更好。为此,后滑动座传动机构与前滑动座传动机构都与下刀架60传动连接,前滑动座传动机构与后滑动座传动机构的结构相同,同样为了不重复,下面只就前滑动座传动机构进行说明:该前滑动座传动机构包括有前滑动导板36与前随动轮62,如图8所示,前滑动导板36安装在前滑动座31上,如图7所示,前随动轮62安装在下刀架60上,在前滑动导板36上设有前斜导槽360,前随动轮62匹配设于该前斜导槽360内。当下刀架60上下移动时,前滑动座传动机构便能传动前滑动座31前后移动,后滑动座传动机构便能传动后滑动座42前后移动,这样前带输送机构3与后带输送机构4的动作便能与上刀组件5与下刀组件6的动作相协调。
如图6与7所示,上刀组件5包括有上刀模54与切刀;而下刀组件包括有下刀模61。本发明的上刀模54与下刀模61都为超声热封刀模。超声热封方式拥有同样超高速封合响应,避免以往加热封合技术缺陷,随膜厚度的增加造成封合响应速度下降,来弥补封合时间,达到密封防漏;而且对热辐射敏感的药品不产生任何影响,超声波是在非可听范围内的高频振动,这种高频振动在薄膜中产生分子内摩擦,打破分子链,重新组合,使接触面密封更牢固,密封时间更持久,且停机或待机时,超声波也停止工作,立即停止发波,不产生热辐射,保持药品表面温度为常温,解决以往高频封合停机或待机时热辐射影响。另外,超声波密封技术能够很好地处理大范围的可用包装膜:单结构或复杂的层状结构,预先印刷膜或只有注册商标的裸色膜;通过使用超声波技术,可以减少薄膜成本达30%以上。

Claims (10)

1.一种枕式包装机的端封装置,包括有机架(1)、上刀组件(5)与下刀组件(6),其特征在于:所述机架(1)上安装有两个相对设置的导向板(2),每个导向板(2)的内侧面上设有上下对称的上D型环形槽(20)与下D型环形槽(21),上D型环形槽(20)的直线槽段与下D型环形槽(21)的直线槽段相邻近且平行;上刀组件(5)包括有上刀架(50),所述上刀架(50)的两端都设有上导件(51),两个上导件(51)分别匹配设置在两个导向板(2)的上D型环形槽(20)内;下刀组件(6)包括有下刀架(60),所述下刀架(60)的两端都设有下导件(61),两个下导件(61)分别匹配设置在两个导向板(2)的下D型环形槽(21)内;所述上刀组件(5)与下刀组件(6)都通过驱动机构的驱动对应在上D型环形槽(20)与下D型环形槽(21)的导向下运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括有动力源以及与动力源传动连接的上传动组件与下传动组件;所述上传动组件包括有上传动件(83)、上传动轴(82)以及上齿轮(81),所述上传动件(83)与上齿轮(81)分别连接在上传动轴(82)的两端,所述上传动件(83)具有上槽口(84),所述上导件(51)与上刀架(50)之间连有上连接件(52),所述上连接件(52)上设有上导块(53),所述上导块(53)匹配设在上槽口(84)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述下传动组件包括有下传动件、下传动轴以及下齿轮(91),所述下传动件与下齿轮(91)分别连接在下传动轴的两端,所述下传动件具有下槽口,所述下导件与下刀架之间连有下连接件,所述下连接件上设有下导块,所述下导块匹配设在下槽口内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述下齿轮(91)与上齿轮(81)啮合,所述下齿轮(91)或上齿轮与(81)主动齿轮(12)啮合,所述主动齿轮(12)一侧安装有从动同步轮(13),所述从动同步轮(13)通过同步带与主动同步轮(11)传动连接,所述主动同步轮(11)与动力源传动连接。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述两个导向板(2)之间设有前带输送机构(3)与后带输送机构(4),所述前带输送机构(3)包括前底座(30)、前固定座(32)、前滑动座(31)、前滑轨(33)以及前输送带,所述前固定座(30)与前滑轨(33)安装在前底座(30)上,所述前滑动座(31)可滑动设置在前滑轨(33)上,所述前固定座(32)与前滑动座(31)上都设有前被动辊(35),所述前输送带设在前固定座(32)与前滑动座(31)上,并饶设在前被动辊(35)与前主动辊(34)上,所述前主动辊(34)与输送带动力源传动连接,所述前滑动座(31)与前滑动座传动机构传动连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述前滑动座传动机构包括有前滑动导板(36)与前随动轮(62),所述前滑动导板(36)安装在前滑动座(31)上,所述前随动轮(62)安装在下刀架(60)上,所述前滑动导板(36)上设有前斜导槽(360),所述前随动轮(62)匹配设于前斜导槽(360)内。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述后带输送机构包括后底座(40)、后固定座(41)、后滑动座(42)、后滑轨(43)以及后输送带,所述后固定座(41)与后滑轨(43)安装在后底座(40)上,所述后滑动座(42)可滑动设置在后滑轨(43)上,所述后固定座(41)与后滑动座(42)上都设有后被动辊(45),所述后输送带设在后固定座(41)与后滑动座(42)上,并饶设在后被动辊(45)与后主动辊(44)上,所述后主动辊(44)与输送带动力源传动连接,所述后滑动座(42)与后滑动座传动机构传动连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述后滑动座传动机构包括有后滑动导板(46)与后随动轮(63),所述后滑动导板(46)安装在后滑动座(42)上,所述后随动轮(63)安装在下刀架(60)上,所述后滑动导板(46)上设有后斜导槽(460),所述后随动轮(63)匹配设于后斜导槽(460)内。
9.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述上刀组件还包括有上刀模(54)与切刀;所述下刀组件还包括有下刀模(61)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种枕式包装机的端封装置,其特征在于:所述上刀模(54)与下刀模(61)都为超声热封刀模。
