Abstract
本发明公开了一种微型电动冷链物流车,包括车架,所述车架上安装有整车控制器和电机驱动装置,电机驱动装置上安装有传动轴,在传动轴的一端设有后桥驱动装置,所述车架的顶部设有乘客舱和冷藏式双层货柜;所述乘客舱的一侧设有冷藏式双层货柜,在冷藏式双层货柜的一端安装有空调冷冻设备;在冷藏式双层货柜的侧面安装有LED显示屏。本微型电动冷链物流车,本改装设计基于畅销微型中置后驱货车底盘,技术成熟可靠,维修保养等售后方便,传统微型货车基础上,取消传统汽车的动力及排气系统,减少尾气排放对环境的污染,配备大块液晶LED显示屏可以作为广告宣传用,成本较低,车子行驶在人口密集区域,可起到良好的推广作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷冻物品运输设备技术领域,具体是一种微型电动冷链物流车。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,冷冻食品的需求增长迅速,加之电子商务快速的发展,冷链物流将冷冻食品配送到居民小区需求迫切。目前大部分冷链物流车是大型箱体车,不适应目前城乡道路拥堵的路况,且运营维护成本较高,对环境的影响较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微型电动冷链物流车,具有降低维护成本、减少环境污染的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的运营维护成本较高、对环境的影响较大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种微型电动冷链物流车,包括车架,所述车架上安装有整车控制器和电机驱动装置,电机驱动装置上安装有传动轴,在传动轴的一端设有后桥驱动装置,后桥驱动装置上设有转轴,转轴的两端均安装有车轮,车轮接触连接在地面上;所述车架上还安装有电池;所述车架的顶部设有乘客舱和冷藏式双层货柜,乘客舱位于整车控制器的上方,在乘客舱的顶部安装有Wifi系统;所述乘客舱的一侧设有冷藏式双层货柜,冷藏式双层货柜位于电池的上方,在冷藏式双层货柜的一端安装有空调冷冻设备,空调冷冻设备位于Wifi系统的正上方;所述冷藏式双层货柜的下方设有外接电源设备,在冷藏式双层货柜的侧面安装有LED显示屏。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述整车控制器的控制形式采用独立型式。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电池为锂电池。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电机驱动装置采用中置后驱的驱动方式。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果:
本微型电动冷链物流车,本改装设计基于畅销微型中置后驱货车底盘,技术成熟可靠,维修保养等售后方便,传统微型货车基础上,取消传统汽车的动力及排气系统,减少尾气排放对环境的污染,电动车的“三电”系统均采用主流供应商的成熟产品,在量产前可基于现有底盘快速匹配及试验验证,整车的重要参数按道路用车标准设计,满足日常配送的道路要求及续航要求,仓储厢配备空调制冷系统及采用保温冷藏式双层货柜,满足仓储需求,配备大块液晶LED显示屏可以作为广告宣传用,成本较低,车子行驶在人口密集区域,可起到良好的推广作用,综上本改装设计,技术所用成熟,依靠所采购零部件的规模效应,成本较低,集多功能于一体,是物流“最后一公里”有益补充。

请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种微型电动冷链物流车,包括车架13,车架13上安装有整车控制器1和电机驱动装置2,整车控制器1的控制形式采用独立型式,可实现复杂控制策略,试制调教优化设计方便,拆装方便有利售后,电机驱动装置2采用中置后驱的驱动方式,取消发动机及相关附件水箱、油箱及排气系统等,保留传动轴3及后桥驱动装置4,在原发动机位置加装电机驱动装置2作为驱动装置,电机驱动装置2采用大扭矩直驱电机,操纵性、可靠性好,综合性价比高,电机驱动装置2上安装有传动轴3,在传动轴3的一端设有后桥驱动装置4,后桥驱动装置4通过传动轴3传递电机驱动装置2的动力,后桥驱动装置4上设有转轴41,转轴41的两端均安装有车轮12,车轮12接触连接在地面上,后桥驱动装置4驱动转轴41带动车轮12转动,使车子行走;车架13上还安装有电池5,电池5为锂电池,布置采用整包布置,该布置空间利用率高,可布置电量大,且便于安装及热管理,布置时校核好离地间隙,可适当修改货厢地板等;车架13的顶部设有乘客舱6和冷藏式双层货柜11,乘客舱6位于整车控制器1的上方,在原有的基础上,保留乘客舱6及车身外覆盖件等,针对加装“三电”系统安装要求,对车架13等进行改装,满足结构安装需求,在乘客舱6的顶部安装有Wifi系统7,方便上网;乘客舱6的一侧设有冷藏式双层货柜11,冷藏式双层货柜11位于电池5的上方,取消货厢,加装冷藏式双层货柜11,满足仓储需求,在冷藏式双层货柜11的一端安装有空调冷冻设备8,空调冷冻设备8给冷藏式双层货柜11提供冷冻需要的冷气,造型可设计成具有扰流作用,空调冷冻设备8位于Wifi系统7的正上方;冷藏式双层货柜11的下方设有外接电源设备9,外接电源设备9与外界供电设备连接,给电池5充电,满足充电需求,在冷藏式双层货柜11的侧面安装有LED显示屏10,作为广告宣传用,本微型电动冷链物流车,为响应国家节能减排的政策,解决“最后一公里”物流问题,在传统微型货车基础上,取消传统汽车的动力及排气系统,减少尾气排放对环境的污染,匹配成熟的“三电”系统,并配备冷藏式双层货柜11及LED显示屏10,既节能环保实现低温配送至居民区,又能进行广告宣传,极大提高企业运营效率,降低成本。

1.一种微型电动冷链物流车,包括车架(13),其特征在于:所述车架(13)上安装有整车控制器(1)和电机驱动装置(2),电机驱动装置(2)上安装有传动轴(3),在传动轴(3)的一端设有后桥驱动装置(4),后桥驱动装置(4)上设有转轴(41),转轴(41)的两端均安装有车轮(12),车轮(12)接触连接在地面上;所述车架(13)上还安装有电池(5);所述车架(13)的顶部设有乘客舱(6)和冷藏式双层货柜(11),乘客舱(6)位于整车控制器(1)的上方,在乘客舱(6)的顶部安装有Wifi系统(7);所述乘客舱(6)的一侧设有冷藏式双层货柜(11),冷藏式双层货柜(11)位于电池(5)的上方,在冷藏式双层货柜(11)的一端安装有空调冷冻设备(8),空调冷冻设备(8)位于Wifi系统(7)的正上方;所述冷藏式双层货柜(11)的下方设有外接电源设备(9),在冷藏式双层货柜(11)的侧面安装有LED显示屏(10)。
