Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,经热压复合、表面处理后制备成上基层;(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;(3)将制得的上基层和地垫层通过胶水复合,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。采用本发明方法制得的适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板具有隔音、防潮、保温、微弹脚感、不怕重压等,较常见PVC地板具有节约能耗、传热快、超强静态压力、步行噪音及冲击噪音低等优异性能,可广泛用作各种地暖地板。

一种适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC弹性地板技术领域,尤其涉及一适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
地板,由木料或其他材料做成。按地板材质和用途可以分为实木地板、实木复合地板、强化复合地板、竹地板、软木地板、地暖地板、塑料地板、防静电地板、竹木复合地板、曲线地板以及自然山水风水地板等。
随着人们生活质量的提高,越来越多消费者在进行装修时选择使用地暖。而目前市场上的常见的铺地材料配合地暖的使用都存在一定的缺陷,例如实木地板和普通强化地板由于随温湿度变化生产的尺寸不稳定性,一般就不建议用于铺设于地暖上,而石材、瓷砖等虽然其导热系数高易于地暖的传热,但同样原因其散热也快,整体的能耗上还是相对较高,同时石材还存在人们担心的辐射问题。并且地暖的使用还加速了地板中有害物质的挥发,如木材地板中常见的甲醛,化纤地毯中的染料等都是消费者在选择用于地暖铺装地板时需重点关注的指标。
而弹性PVC地板具有零甲醛、防水防滑、防火阻燃、受热后尺寸相对稳定、防虫防霉、易打理等优势,已经成为欧美等发达国家中家装的常见铺地材料。如专利CN103950267A公开了一种PVC发泡塑料复合板及其生产方法和应用,其依次包括耐磨层、装饰层、底料层、胶水层和发泡层,具有密度低、强度高、各层之间附着力好以及优异的隔热隔音、阻燃性能,主要用于墙面装饰材料;专利CN104074339A公开了一种防潮隔音弹性塑料地板及其制备方法,包括耐磨层、装饰层、第一底料层和隔音防潮层以及第二底料层,防潮隔音弹性材料采用发泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或发泡聚乙烯或其他发泡高分子材料,具有隔音、吸音、防潮、保温、微弹脚感、不怕重压、耐酸碱腐蚀等特点。
但现有的PVC弹性地板用于地暖时还存在导热慢、能耗相对高、步行噪音和冲击噪音改善有限的缺点,如果铺装时为改善隔音效果,增加隔音棉,整体地板铺装后又不耐压,在长时间受压后,地板易变形。因此,如何开发出一种性能优异的适用于地暖的PVC弹性地板成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种新型的用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板及其制备方法,该地板相比现有的PVC地板具有能耗低、传热快以及优异的耐压和隔音性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,经热压复合、表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层通过胶水复合,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
进一步地,本发明弹性地板的耐磨层、装饰层和基材层的热压复合与一般的PVC加工过程一致,可通过加热加压工艺成型为上基层,所述上基层的总厚度范围2.0-10.0mm
进一步地,本发明弹性地板的所述隔音层、耐压层、防潮导热层的复合可以预先加工成型,复合方式可通过辊轮加热加压工艺完成,制备成特殊的地垫层,所述地垫层的总厚度范围为1.5-5.0mm。
进一步地,由所述上基层和地垫层通过胶水复合后,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的总厚度范围为3.5-15.0mm。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中的热压复合工艺分为热压阶段和冷却阶段,具体为:于120-140℃、50-80kg压力下进行热压20-40min后,再于20-35℃、50-80kg压力下冷却10-30min;优选地,于125-135℃、60-70kg压力下进行热压20-40min后,再于25-30℃、60-70kg压力下冷却10-30min;更优选地,于130℃、60kg压力下进行热压25min后,再于27℃、90kg压力下冷却30min。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中胶水选自湿反应聚氨酯热熔胶PUR或冷胶;所述冷胶选自PU聚氨酯类或环氧类等。
进一步地,所述胶水复合工艺条件为:胶水温度110±20℃、涂胶量30-90g/m2、复合后停放于温度≥15℃湿度≥35%时间≥6h的环境。
应当理解的是,可以仅在上基层的基材层表面涂胶,然后将地垫层的隔音层与基材层的涂胶表面贴附;或者仅在地垫层的隔音层的表面进行涂胶,然后将上基层的基材层与隔音层的涂胶表面贴附;又或者在上基层的基材层表面以及在地垫层的隔音层表面均涂胶,然后再将分别涂胶的基材层表面和隔音层表面进行贴附,制得经胶水复合后的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。此外,将涂胶后的上基层和/或地垫层相互复合压制,也可以通过其他复合方式等效替代取代,例如通过专门的涂胶热复合设备涂胶复合一次成型,取代上述的上基层涂胶后与发泡地垫复合的方法,应当理解的是,该方法为本发明所述涂胶后进行压制的方法的等效替代,因此也落入本发明范围内。
进一步地,还包括步骤(4),在经胶水复合后为耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的耐磨层表面辊涂一层特殊的紫外光固化涂料,以改善地板表面的光泽效果、增强地板表面耐磨、耐刮性或者防霉、耐污等性能。
进一步地,本发明的弹性地板主要由有机聚合物和无机填料组成。
进一步地,所述耐磨层包含有机聚合物、增塑剂、润滑剂、稳定剂和其他辅助材料中的一种或几种。
优选地,有机聚合物层和/或无机聚合物层,如UV涂层、或其它有机聚合物层和UV涂层的组合;尤其是能够改善产品表面耐刮性、光泽度、抗菌防霉性等性能的UV漆;其它有机聚合物层包括聚氯乙烯树脂或其它乙烯基树脂等聚合物,适量增塑剂及其他加工助剂组成
进一步地,所述基材层包含有机聚合物、无机填料、增塑剂、稳定剂和其他辅助材料中的一种或几种。其中,所述有机聚合物为聚氯乙烯PVC树脂或乙烯基树脂等有机聚合物。
进一步地,所述装饰层主要成分为聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂,其中在该PVC薄膜表面印刷花纹和图案。
进一步地,所述隔音层由聚乙烯(PE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、聚氨酯(PU)等有机聚合物发泡材料构成。优选地,所述隔音层优选方案为PEfoam,次选方案为EVAfoam,再次选方案为PU foam等其他具有隔音效果的发泡材料。
优选地,按质量百分比计,本发明优选方案PE foam的配方为:低密度聚乙烯85%-95%,填料(碳酸钙)0%-10%,发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺)1%-4%,抗氧剂0.5%-2%,其他0-5%,所述其他为能够改善产品物理性能、和/或化学性能、和/或加工性能的助剂制成,所述助剂对于本领域技术人员来讲是已知的,如增韧剂、增塑剂、增强剂、防霉(防腐)剂、阻燃剂等。
进一步地,所述耐压层主要由聚乙烯(PE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)或PVC经特殊加工而成。
进一步地,所述防潮导热层选自铝膜或具有防潮且导热快的材料,优选地,所述防潮导热层由单层或多层铝膜组成,所述具有防潮且导热快的材料为纯铝膜、渡铝膜、铝塑板或镀锌板等中的一种或多种组成。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种采用上述方法制备的适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板,包括上基层和地垫层,所述上基层包括耐磨层、装饰层和基材层,所述地垫层包括隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层;其中,所述耐压层位于所述隔音层和所述防潮导热层之间,所述装饰层位于所述耐磨层与所述基材层之间,所述基材层与所述隔音层之间设有胶水层。
进一步地,所述装饰层的一个表面上印刷花纹和图案,且该所述表面与所述耐磨层连接。
进一步地,所述的地板还包括紫外光固化涂料,所述紫外光固化涂料涂位于耐磨层的一个不与装饰层接触的表面上。
进一步地,所述耐磨层厚度为0.1mm-1mm;所述上基层厚度为2.0-10.0mm;所述地垫层厚度为1.5-5mm;所述地板总厚度为3.5-15mm。
优选地,所述耐磨层厚度为0.3mm-0.8mm;所述上基层厚度为2.5-8.0mm;所述地垫层厚度为2.0-4mm;所述地板总厚度为5.0-12mm。
更加优选地,所述耐磨层厚度为0.4mm-0.7mm;所述上基层厚度为3.0-5mm;所述地垫层厚度为2.0-3.0mm;所述地板总厚度为5.0-8.0mm。
进一步地,为改善地板表面的光泽效果、增强地板表面耐磨、耐刮性或者防霉、耐污等性能,可在耐磨层表面根据实际需要辊涂一层特殊的紫外光固化涂料。本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明的适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板,采用PVC材料为基材层,采用发泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物或发泡聚乙烯为隔音层材料,因此,该弹性地板不但隔音、吸音、防潮、保温、微弹脚感、不怕重压,而且价格低廉、易成型、力学性能优越,还兼具防潮、隔音的特点;而且尺寸稳定性好、铺设效果好、阻燃、防滑、铺设方便等;同时,采用防潮导且热快的材料的铝膜作为该弹性地板的防潮导热层,具有优异的传热效率和超强静态压力,较常见PVC地板具有节约能耗≥5%、传热快(至少快1倍)、超强静态压力(≥1000kg)、步行噪音改善≥32%、冲击噪音改善≥20分贝等优势;此外,在地板的耐磨层表面涂覆一层紫外光固化涂料而进一步增强了地板的耐刮性能。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明提供了一种适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板,包括上基层和地垫层,所述上基层包括耐磨层1、装饰层2和基材层3,所述地垫层包括隔音层4、耐压层5和防潮导热层6;其中,所述耐压层5位于所述隔音层4和所述防潮导热层6之间,所述装饰层2位于所述耐磨层1与所述基材层3之间,所述基材层3与所述隔音层4之间设有胶水层(未示出),所述耐磨层厚度为0.1mm-1mm;所述上基层厚度为2.0-10.0mm;所述地垫层厚度为1.5-5mm;所述地板总厚度为3.5-15mm。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备,如图3所示,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,于130℃、60kg压力下进行热压25min后,再于27℃、90kg压力下冷却30min,再经表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层采用自湿反应聚氨酯热熔胶PUR进行复合,复合工艺为:胶水温度110℃、涂胶量50g/m2、复合后停放于温度25℃湿度65%的环境至少6h,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
其中,所述耐磨层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂75%、增塑剂23%、润滑剂0.5%、稳定剂2%、防霉剂0.5%。所述基材层层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂25%、碳酸钙65%、增塑剂7%、阻燃剂2%和稳定剂1%。所述装饰层主要成分为聚氯乙烯树脂,其中在该PVC薄膜表面印刷花纹和图案。所述隔音层为PE foam,按质量百分比计配方为:低密度聚乙烯85%,碳酸钙10%,偶氮二甲酰胺2%,抗氧剂2%,防霉剂1%。所述耐压层主要由聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或PVC经特殊加工而成。防潮导热层由1层铝膜组成。
实施例2用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备,如图3所示,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,于130℃、60kg压力下进行热压25min后,再于27℃、90kg压力下冷却30min,再经表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层采用自湿反应聚氨酯热熔胶PUR进行复合,复合工艺为:胶水温度110℃、涂胶量50g/m2、复合后停放于温度25℃湿度65%的环境至少6h,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
其中,所述耐磨层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂75%、增塑剂20%、润滑剂0.5%、稳定剂2%、防霉剂0.5%和表面硬度改性剂氧化钡3%组成。所述基材层层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂55%、碳酸钙30%、增塑剂6%、抗氧剂2%、阻燃剂2%和表面硬度改性剂氧化钡5%。所述装饰层主要成分为聚氯乙烯树脂,其中在该PVC薄膜表面印刷花纹和图案。所述隔音层为PEfoam,按质量百分比计配方为:低密度聚乙烯85%,碳酸钙10%,偶氮二甲酰胺2%,抗氧剂2%,防霉剂1%。所述耐压层主要由聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或PVC经特殊加工而成。防潮导热层由1层铝膜组成。
实施例3用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备,如图3所示,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,于140℃、80kg压力下进行热压20min后,再于35℃、50kg压力下冷却30min;再经表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层采用PU聚氨酯类冷胶进行复合,复合工艺为:胶水温度23±2℃、涂胶量80g/m2、复合后停放于温度23℃湿度35%的环境8h,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
其中,所述耐磨层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂78%、增塑剂20%、润滑剂0.5%、稳定剂1.5%,所述基材层层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂30%、碳酸钙60%、增塑剂8%、颜料1%和稳定剂1%。所述装饰层主要成分为聚氯乙烯树脂,其中在该PVC薄膜表面印刷花纹和图案。所述隔音层为PE foam,按质量百分比计配方为:低密度聚乙烯90%,碳酸钙5%,偶氮二甲酰胺3%,抗氧剂2%。所述耐压层主要由聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或PVC经特殊加工而成。防潮导热层由2层铝膜组成。
实施例4用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备,如图3所示,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,于120℃、90kg压力下进行热压20min后,再于35℃、50kg压力下冷却10min;再经表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层采用自湿反应聚氨酯热熔胶PUR进行复合,复合工艺为:胶水温度120℃、涂胶量80g/m2、复合后停放于温度30℃湿度55%的环境10h,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
其中,所述耐磨层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂85%、增塑剂12%、润滑剂1%、稳定剂2%。所述基材层层按质量百分比包括聚氯乙烯PVC树脂35%、碳酸钙55%、增塑剂7%、稳定剂2%、颜料1%。所述装饰层主要成分为聚氯乙烯树脂,其中在该PVC薄膜表面印刷花纹和图案。所述隔音层为PE foam,按质量百分比计配方为:低密度聚乙烯75%,碳酸钙20%,偶氮二甲酰胺3%,抗氧剂1%、防霉剂1%。所述耐压层主要由聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物或PVC经特殊加工而成。防潮导热层由3层铝膜组成。
对比例1以专利CN103950267A中实施例1的技术方案制备的PVC发泡塑料复合板作为对比例1。
对比例2以专利CN103950267A中实施例3的技术方案制备的PVC发泡塑料复合板作为对比例2。
对比例3以专利CN104074339A中实施例1的技术方案制备的防潮隔音弹性塑料地板为对比例3。
对比例4以专利CN104074339A中实施例4的技术方案制备的防潮隔音弹性塑料地板为对比例4。
性能测试:
将塑料地板分成对比组和实验组,将对比例1-4现有技术方法制备的普通弹性塑料地板作为对比组进行测试,将采用本发明方法制备的用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板作为实验组,采用标准ASTME2179-09,ASTM F970,ISO140/7/17,DIN45631进行测试,分别进行隔音性能、耐压性能以及传热性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示:

由上述性能测试结果可知,采用本发明方法制得的用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板,具有优异的传热效率(低热阻抗)和超强静态压力,较常见PVC地板和普通PVC隔音地板具有节约能耗≥5%、传热快(至少快1倍)、超强静态压力(≥1000kg)、步行噪音改善≥32%、冲击噪音改善≥20分贝等优势。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但其只是作为范例,本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对本发明进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将耐磨层、装饰层和基材层按照所述顺序依次叠加,经热压复合、表面处理后制备成上基层;
(2)将隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层也按照所述顺序依次叠加,采用辊轮热压复合制备成地垫层;
(3)将上述步骤(1)制得的上基层和步骤(2)制得的地垫层通过胶水复合,制得用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的热压复合工艺为:于110-150℃、40-90kg压力下进行热压20-40min后,再于15-40℃、40-90kg压力下冷却10-30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中胶水选自湿反应聚氨酯热熔胶PUR或冷胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述耐磨层包含有机聚合物、增塑剂、润滑剂、稳定剂和其他辅助材料中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材层包含有机聚合物、无机填料、增塑剂、稳定剂和其他辅助材料中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防潮导热层选自铝膜或具有防潮导且热快的材料。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述方法制备的适用于地暖的耐压隔音PVC弹性地板,其特征在于,包括上基层和地垫层,所述上基层包括耐磨层、装饰层和基材层,所述地垫层包括隔音层、耐压层和防潮导热层;其中,所述耐压层位于所述隔音层和所述防潮导热层之间,所述装饰层位于所述耐磨层与所述基材层之间,所述基材层与所述隔音层之间设有胶水层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述装饰层的一个表面上印刷花纹和图案,且该所述表面与所述耐磨层连接。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的地板还包括紫外光固化涂料,所述紫外光固化涂料涂位于耐磨层的一个不与装饰层接触的表面上。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述耐磨层厚度为0.1mm-1mm;所述上基层厚度为2.0-10.0mm;所述地垫层厚度为1.5-5mm;所述地板总厚度为3.5-15mm。
