铝塑复合板(又称铝塑板)作为一种新型装饰材料,自上世纪八十年代末九十年代初从德国引进到中国,便以其经济性、可选色彩的多样性、便捷的施工方法、优良的加工性能、绝佳的防火性及高贵的品质,迅速受到人们的青睐,铝塑复合板本身所具有的独特性能,决定了其广泛用途:它可以用于大楼外墙、帷幕墙板、旧楼改造翻新、室内墙壁及天花板装修、广告招牌、展示台架、净化防尘工程,属于一种新型建筑装饰材料。
但是,现有的铝复合板在实际使用时,虽然光泽度较高,可是硬度相较于其他金属(铁或铜)的硬度较低,在建筑装饰材料安装后,容易因为硬度较低,局部抵抗硬物压入其表面的能力不足,导致建筑装饰材料发生破坏,其主要美观的作用消失。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度的立体压纹铝复合板及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度的立体压纹铝复合板,包括复合板主体,所述复合板主体包括高强度板体,所述高强度板体一侧设有抗压层,所述抗压层与所述高强度板体相连接,所述抗压层一侧设有抗震层,所述抗震层与所述抗压层相连接,所述抗震层一侧设有防潮层,所述防潮层与所述抗震层相连接,所述防潮层一侧设有降噪层,所述降噪层与所述防潮层相连接,所述高强度板体、所述抗压层、所述抗震层、所述防潮层以及降噪层之间均设有高效粘和剂,所述抗压层下设有连接圆块,所述连接圆块下设有连接槽,所述连接槽与所述连接圆块过盈配合,且所述连接槽位于所述抗震层内部。
进一步的,所述抗压层为碳化硅。
进一步的,所述抗震层为塑胶。
进一步的,所述防潮层为聚乙烯与橡胶组合而成的。
进一步的,所述降噪层为石膏板、吸音棉组合而成的。
根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种高强度板体。
该高强度板体由以下质量份配比的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份、碳纤维6-8份、发泡剂2-4份、木质纤维5-7份、木粉70-90份、稳定剂5-7份、纳米粉体1-3份、环氧大豆油3-5份、改性剂8-10份、铝粉10-12。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为脂肪烃,所述改性剂为丁腈橡胶,所述稳定剂为有机锡。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种高强度板体的制备方法。
该高强度板体的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:根据上述质量份数,称取所述高强度板体所需各原料;
步骤S102:将碳纤维和木质纤维放入到搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合60-120min,搅拌结束后静置30-40min后得到第一混合料浆;
步骤S103:将木粉以及纳米粉体放入到拥有第一混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌30-40,搅拌结束后静置40-60min后得到第二混合料浆;
步骤S104:将聚氯乙烯树脂、发泡剂、稳定剂、环氧大豆油份、改性剂以及铝粉依次放入拥有第二混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合80-100min的同时加热100-120C°,搅拌后停止加热,得到高强度混合料浆;
步骤S105:将高强度混合料浆浆倒入压力模具中,通过压力模具与压力设备的配合进行压力成型,脱模后进行自然养护,得到高强度坯板;
步骤S106:将高强度坯板进行切割打磨处理,从而得到高强度板体。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了高强度立体压纹铝复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:将高强度板体一侧涂上高效粘和剂,然后与抗压层一侧通过压力设备将其连接。
步骤S202:将抗压层远离高强度板体的一侧涂上高效粘和剂,然后与抗震层一侧通过压力设备将其连接,同时连接圆块与连接槽过盈配合。
步骤S203:将抗震层远离抗压层的一侧涂上高效粘和剂,然后与防潮层一侧通过压力设备将其连接。
步骤S204:将防潮层远离抗震层的一侧涂上高效粘和剂,然后与另一块高强度板体一侧通过压力设备将其连接,得到高强度复合板。
步骤S205:在高强度复合板表面进行立体压纹铝处理。
其中,本发明所采用的原料成份阐述如下:
聚氯乙烯树脂:主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等,它是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料,它的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二,,应用于建材、包装、医药等诸多行业。其中建材行业占的比重最大,为60%,其次是包装行业,还有其他若干小范围应用的行业。
碳纤维:由碳元素组成的一种特种纤维,具有耐高温、抗摩擦、导电、导热及耐腐蚀等特性外形呈纤维状、柔软、可加工成各种织物,由于其石墨微晶结构沿纤维轴择优取向,因此沿纤维轴方向有很高的强度和模量,碳纤维的密度小,因此比强度和比模量高。碳纤维的主要用途是作为增强材料与树脂、金属、陶瓷及炭等复合,制造先进复合材料,其比强度及比模量在现有工程材料中是最高的。
发泡剂:是使对象物质成孔的物质,它可分为化学发泡剂和物理发泡剂和表面活性剂三大类,化学发泡剂是经加热分解后能释放出二氧化碳和氮气等气体,并在聚合物组成中形成细孔的化合物;物理发泡剂就是泡沫细孔是通过某一种物质的物理形态的变化,即通过压缩气体的膨胀、液体的挥发或固体的溶解而形成的化合物,发泡剂均具有较高的表面活性,能有效降低液体的表面张力,并在液膜表面双电子层排列而包围空气,形成气泡,再由单个气泡组成泡沫。
木质纤维:是天然可再生木材经过化学处理、机械法加工得到的有机絮状纤维物质,广泛用于混凝土砂浆、石膏制品、木浆海棉、沥青道路等领域,可用于制造中纤板,用于家居建材行业。
木粉:可作为蚊香、皮革、服装、造纸、电器、生活用品、涂料、猫砂、化工、绝缘材料、室外装饰材料、建筑材料等多种产品的原料。木粉有多种用途,用在合成革中主要是填充料;木材再加工行业,一次性筷子和再生板例如胶合板、压缩板、多层板、中纤板等材料都是人们利用木材的边角废料制造而成的,还可作成炆香、佛香、香精等,广泛应用于化工、建材、医药、保健、养殖、食品、制造、发电、等行业;另外可以做成机制木炭取暖用。
稳定剂:广义地讲,能增加溶液、胶体、固体、混合物的稳定性能化学物都叫稳定剂。它可以减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。广义的化学稳定剂来源非常广泛,主要根据配方设计者的设计目的,可以灵活的使用任何化学物以达到产品品质稳定的目的,狭义地讲,主要是指保持高聚物塑料、橡胶、合成纤维等稳定,防止其分解、老化的试剂。
纳米粉体:一般指尺寸在1-100nm之间的超细粒子,有人称它是超微粒子,它的尺度大于原子簇而又小于一般的微粒,按照它的尺寸计算,假设每个原子尺寸为1埃,那么它所含原子数在1000个-10亿个之间。它小于一般生物细胞,和病毒的尺寸相当,纳米颗粒的形态有球形、板状、棒状、角状、海绵状等,制成纳米颗粒的成分可以是金属,可以是氧化物,还可以是其他各种化合物。
环氧大豆油:环氧大豆油,是一类有机物,常温下为浅黄色黏稠油状液体。无毒。沸点150℃(0.53kPa)。溶于大多数有机溶剂和烃类,不溶于水。具有优良的耐热、耐光性及相溶性。常用于聚氯乙烯制品作增塑剂,尤其适用于聚氯乙烯透明制品、食品包装制品及其它无毒制品中。
改性剂:改性剂的加入能使木纤维与塑料很好地交接,改性剂不同对复合材料的性能产生不同的影响,木塑复合材料既保持了木质材料原来的优良品质,又具有塑料的一些性能,其防水性、尺寸稳定性、力学强度等均有较大改善。
铝粉:俗称“银粉”,即银色的金属颜料,以纯铝箔加入少量润滑剂,经捣击压碎为鳞状粉末,再经抛光而成。铝粉质轻,漂浮力高,遮盖力强,对光和热的反射性能均好,经处理,也可成为非浮型铝粉,铝粉可以用来鉴别指纹,还可以做烟花,铝粉由于用途广、需求量大、品种多,所以是金属颜料中的一大类。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)、通过高强度板体在复合板主体表面,从而使得此高强度立体压纹铝复合板,不仅拥有传统铝复合板的光泽度,而且硬度也高于其他金属(铁或铜),在建筑装饰材料安装后硬度较高,局部抵抗硬物压入其表面的能力大大提升,大大减少了建筑装饰材料发生破坏,其主要美观的作用消失的情况,并且其塑性、韧性、耐热和弯曲等力学性能均有显著性的提升。
(2)、通过设置抗压层,从而使得为高强度板体提高抗压的能力,通过设置抗震层,从而使得为抗震层提高抗压的能力,通过设置防潮层,从而使得为防潮层提高抗压的能力,通过设置降噪层,从而使得为降噪层提高抗压的能力。
(3)、通过在高强度板体的制备中添加碳纤维,从而使得高强度板体具有耐高温、抗摩擦、耐腐蚀等特性与增强材料与树脂、金属进行复合时,其比强度及比模量在现有工程材料中是最高的,可以极大的提高高强度板体的强度。
(4)、通过高强度板体的制备中木质纤维,从而使得大大的提高了高强度板体的易性能、操作性能和抗滑坠性能,而且起到了很好的保温抗裂作用,并且表面强度、与基层的粘结强度和材料强度的均匀性也大大提高。

请参阅图1,根据本发明实施例提供了一种耐腐蚀的仿石材铝蜂窝板,包括复合板主体9,所述复合板主体9包括高强度板体1,所述高强度板体1一侧设有抗压层2,所述抗压层2与所述高强度板体1相连接,所述抗压层2一侧设有抗震层3,所述抗震层3与所述抗压层2相连接,所述抗震层3一侧设有防潮层4,所述防潮层4与所述抗震层3相连接,所述防潮层4一侧设有降噪层5,所述降噪层5与所述防潮层4相连接,所述高强度板体1、所述抗压层2、所述抗震层3、所述防潮层4以及降噪层5之间均设有高效粘和剂6,所述抗压层2下设有连接圆块7,所述连接圆块7下设有连接槽8,所述连接槽8与所述连接圆块7过盈配合,且所述连接槽8位于所述抗震层3内部。
其中,所述抗压层2为碳化硅。

实施例一
一种高强度板体,该高强度板体由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂100-120g、碳纤维6g、发泡剂2g、木质纤维5g、木粉70g、稳定剂5g、纳米粉体1g、环氧大豆油3g、改性剂8g、铝粉10g。
该高强度板体的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述高强度板体所需各原料;
将碳纤维6g和木质纤维5g放入到搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合60-120min,搅拌结束后静置30-40min后得到第一混合料浆;
将木粉70g以及纳米粉体1个、放入到拥有第一混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌30-40min,搅拌结束后静置40-60min后得到第二混合料浆;
将聚氯乙烯树脂100g、发泡剂2g、稳定剂5g、环氧大豆油3g、改性剂8g以及铝粉10g依次放入拥有第二混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合80-100min的同时加热100-120C°,搅拌后停止加热,得到高强度混合料浆;
将高强度混合料浆倒入压力模具中,通过压力模具与压力设备的配合进行压力成型,脱模后进行自然养护,得到高强度坯板;
将高强度坯板进行切割打磨处理,从而得到高强度板体。
实施例二
一种高强度板体,该高强度板体由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂110g、碳纤维7g、发泡剂3g、木质纤维6g、木粉80g、稳定剂6g、纳米粉体2g、环氧大豆油4g、改性剂9g、铝粉11g。
该高强度板体的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述高强度板体所需各原料;
将碳纤维7g和木质纤维6g放入到搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合60-120min,搅拌结束后静置30-40min后得到第一混合料浆;
将木粉80g以及纳米粉体1个、放入到拥有第一混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌30-40min,搅拌结束后静置40-60min后得到第二混合料浆;
将聚氯乙烯树脂110g、发泡剂3g、稳定剂6g、环氧大豆油3g、改性剂8g以及铝粉11g依次放入拥有第二混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合80-100min的同时加热100-120C°,搅拌后停止加热,得到高强度混合料浆;
将高强度混合料浆倒入压力模具中,通过压力模具与压力设备的配合进行压力成型,脱模后进行自然养护,得到高强度坯板;
将高强度坯板进行切割打磨处理,从而得到高强度板体。
实施例三
一种高强度板体,该高强度板体由以下质量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯树脂120g、碳纤维8g、发泡剂4g、木质纤维7g、木粉90g、稳定剂7g、纳米粉体3g、环氧大豆油5g、改性剂10g、铝粉12g。
该高强度板体的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述高强度板体所需各原料;
将碳纤维8g和木质纤维7g放入到搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合60-120min,搅拌结束后静置30-40min后得到第一混合料浆;
将木粉90g以及纳米粉体1个、放入到拥有第一混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌30-40min,搅拌结束后静置40-60min后得到第二混合料浆;
将聚氯乙烯树脂120g、发泡剂4g、稳定剂7g、环氧大豆油5g、改性剂10g以及铝粉12g依次放入拥有第二混合料的搅拌釜中,充分搅拌混合80-100min的同时加热100-120C°,搅拌后停止加热,得到高强度混合料浆;
将高强度混合料浆倒入压力模具中,通过压力模具与压力设备的配合进行压力成型,脱模后进行自然养护,得到高强度坯板;
将高强度坯板进行切割打磨处理,从而得到高强度板体。

步骤S106:将高强度坯板进行切割打磨处理,从而得到高强度板体。
根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种高强度立体压纹铝复合板制备方法。
如图4-5所示,在实际生产过程中,该高强度立体压纹铝复合板的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:将高强度板体1一侧涂上高效粘和剂6,然后与抗压层2一侧通过压力设备将其连接。
步骤S202:将抗压层2远离高强度板体1的一侧涂上高效粘和剂6,然后与抗震层3一侧通过压力设备将其连接,同时连接圆块7与连接槽8过盈配合。
步骤S203:将抗震层3远离抗压层2的一侧涂上高效粘和剂6,然后与防潮层4一侧通过压力设备将其连接。
步骤S204:将防潮层4远离抗震层3的一侧涂上高效粘和剂6,然后与另一块高强度板体1一侧通过压力设备将其连接,得到高强度复合板。
步骤S205:在高强度复合板表面进行立体压纹铝处理。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述方案,能够发明耐腐蚀的仿石材铝蜂窝板及制备方法,通过高强度板体1在复合板主体9表面,从而使得此高强度立体压纹铝复合板,不仅拥有传统铝复合板的光泽度,而且硬度也高于其他金属铁或铜,在建筑装饰材料安装后硬度较高,局部抵抗硬物压入其表面的能力大大提升,大大减少了建筑装饰材料发生破坏,其主要美观的作用消失的情况,并且其塑性、韧性、耐热和弯曲等力学性能均有显著性的提升。通过设置抗压层2,从而使得为高强度板体1提高抗压的能力,通过设置抗震层3,从而使得为抗震层3提高抗压的能力,通过设置防潮层4,从而使得为防潮层4提高抗压的能力,通过设置降噪层5,从而使得为降噪层5提高抗压的能力。通过在高强度板体的制备中添加碳纤维,从而使得高强度板体具有耐高温、抗摩擦、耐腐蚀等特性与增强材料与树脂、金属进行复合时,其比强度及比模量在现有工程材料中是最高的,可以极大的提高高强度板体的强度。通过高强度板体的制备中木质纤维,从而使得大大的提高了高强度板体的易性能、操作性能和抗滑坠性能,而且起到了很好的保温抗裂作用,并且表面强度、与基层的粘结强度和材料强度的均匀性也大大提高。

聚氯乙烯树脂100-120份、碳纤维6-8份、发泡剂2-4份、木质纤维5-7份、木粉70-90份、稳定剂5-7份、纳米粉体1-3份、环氧大豆油3-5份、改性剂8-10份、铝粉10-12。
