Abstract

本发明公开一种高精度剃刀杆的分切机,包括剃刀杆和分切辊,所述剃刀杆上安装有与其平行的导轨,所述导轨上滑动插套有刀架体,所述刀架体的后侧面开有滑槽,所述滑槽与导轨相配合,所述刀架体下部延伸成型有连接板,所述连接板上连接有刀片支架,所述刀片支架通过螺旋手柄铰连接在连接板上,所述刀片支架上安装有刀片,所述分切辊上成型有规则排列的分切槽,所述刀片嵌入到分切槽中,所述刀架体的顶部连接有锁紧把手,所述锁紧把手连接到刀架体内的锁紧扣;本结构的剃刀杆及刀架结构可以在紧固的过程中保持紧固的精确度,其中刀架体与导轨紧密连接,接触的部位可以加入润滑油,填充其中的缝隙,减少部件之间的晃动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有新型结构的分切机,具体是一种高精度剃刀杆的分切机。
背景技术
分切机是常见的加工设备,通常是膜形材料的加工常用设备,分切机需要将材料分切成不同的规格,所以为了提高机械的通用性,分切的具体结构如刀头等都是可以自行调节的,但是现有设备的调节结构的缺点是在调整到正确的位置后进行锁紧时会产生晃动,最终紧固的位置精度偏差较大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,需要一种可以实现紧固稳定的剃刀杆结构,
为实现上述的技术方案,本发明需要一种高精度剃刀杆的分切机,包括剃刀杆和分切辊,所述剃刀杆上安装有与其平行的导轨,所述导轨上滑动插套有刀架体,所述刀架体的后侧面开有滑槽,所述滑槽与导轨相配合,所述刀架体下部延伸成型有连接板,所述连接板上连接有刀片支架,所述刀片支架通过螺旋手柄铰连接在连接板上,所述刀片支架上安装有刀片,所述分切辊上成型有规则排列的分切槽,所述刀片嵌入到分切槽中,所述刀架体的顶部连接有锁紧把手,所述锁紧把手连接到刀架体内的锁紧扣。
所述锁紧扣包括螺纹杆、上锁紧块、下锁紧块和分别成型上锁紧块、下锁紧块侧边的齿条,所述螺纹杆的螺纹分成两段,两段螺纹的螺旋方向相反,所述上锁紧块、下锁紧块通过齿条各自与两段螺纹分别连接,所述螺纹杆的顶部连接锁紧把手。由于两段螺纹的方向不同,螺纹杆在旋转的状态下形成相反的两个方向的旋转力,因此上锁紧块、下锁紧块的运动方向不同,但是夹持力是一样的。
所述剃刀杆的两端连接在分切机的两侧的墙板上,一侧为驱动侧墙板,另一侧为非驱动侧墙板,所述墙板对应位置开有通孔,通孔中插接有接头,所述剃刀杆连接在接头上。
所述上锁紧块的下表面与下锁紧块的上表面垫设有摩擦垫。可以调高夹持力,同时能缩小部件之间的间隙。
所述刀片螺接在刀片支架上,所述刀片支架上开有腰形孔,刀片通过腰形孔连接在刀片支架上。
本发明的优点是:本结构的剃刀杆及刀架结构可以在紧固的过程中保持紧固的精确度,其中刀架体与导轨紧密连接,接触的部位可以加入润滑油,填充其中的缝隙,减少部件之间的晃动,另外上锁紧块、下锁紧块与由于螺纹杆的结构,可以在一根螺杆上同时控制个方向的夹持力,夹持的力度均匀,并且上锁紧块、下锁紧块可以同时进退,受压均匀,提高产品加工的精度。

根据图1、2说明本发明的具体实施例,包括剃刀杆1和分切辊2,所述剃刀杆1上安装有与其平行的导轨3,所述导轨3上滑动插套有刀架体4,所述刀架体4的后侧面开有滑槽5,所述滑槽5与导轨3相配合,所述刀架体4下部延伸成型有连接板6,所述连接板6上连接有刀片支架7,所述刀片支架7通过螺旋手柄铰连接在连接板6上,所述刀片支架7上安装有刀片8,所述分切辊2上成型有规则排列的分切槽,所述刀片8嵌入到分切槽中,所述刀架体4的顶部连接有锁紧把手9,所述锁紧把手9连接到刀架体4内的锁紧扣10。
所述锁紧扣10包括螺纹杆11、上锁紧块12、下锁紧块13和分别成型上锁紧块12、下锁紧块13侧边的齿条,所述螺纹杆11的螺纹分成两段,两段螺纹的螺旋方向相反,所述上锁紧块12、下锁紧块13通过齿条各自与两段螺纹分别连接,所述螺纹杆11的顶部连接锁紧把手9。
所述剃刀杆1的两端连接在分切机的两侧的墙板上,一侧为驱动侧墙板14,另一侧为非驱动侧墙板15,所述墙板对应位置开有通孔,通孔中插接有接头16,所述剃刀杆1连接在接头16上。
所述上锁紧块12的下表面与下锁紧块13的上表面垫设有摩擦垫17。
所述刀片8螺接在刀片支架7上,所述刀片支架7上开有腰形孔18,刀片8通过腰形孔18连接在刀片支架7上。

1.一种高精度剃刀杆的分切机,包括剃刀杆(1)和分切辊(2),其特征在于:所述剃刀杆(1)上安装有与其平行的导轨(3),所述导轨(3)上滑动插套有刀架体(4),所述刀架体(4)的后侧面开有滑槽(5),所述滑槽(5)与导轨(3)相配合,所述刀架体(4)下部延伸成型有连接板(6),所述连接板(6)上连接有刀片支架(7),所述刀片支架(7)通过螺旋手柄铰连接在连接板(6)上,所述刀片支架(7)上安装有刀片(8),所述分切辊(2)上成型有规则排列的分切槽,所述刀片(8)嵌入到分切槽中,所述刀架体(4)的顶部连接有锁紧把手(9),所述锁紧把手(9)连接到刀架体(4)内的锁紧扣(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精度剃刀杆的分切机,其特征在于:所述锁紧扣(10)包括螺纹杆(11)、上锁紧块(12)、下锁紧块(13)和分别成型上锁紧块(12)、下锁紧块(13)侧边的齿条,所述螺纹杆(11)的螺纹分成两段,两段螺纹的螺旋方向相反,所述上锁紧块(12)、下锁紧块(13)通过齿条各自与两段螺纹分别连接,所述螺纹杆(11)的顶部连接锁紧把手(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高精度剃刀杆的分切机,其特征在于:所述剃刀杆(1)的两端连接在分切机的两侧的墙板上,一侧为驱动侧墙板(14),另一侧为非驱动侧墙板(15),所述墙板对应位置开有通孔,通孔中插接有接头(16),所述剃刀杆(1)连接在接头(16)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高精度剃刀杆的分切机,其特征在于:所述上锁紧块(12)的下表面与下锁紧块(13)的上表面垫设有摩擦垫(17)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高精度剃刀杆的分切机,其特征在于:所述刀片(8)螺接在刀片支架(7)上,所述刀片支架(7)上开有腰形孔(18),刀片(8)通过腰形孔(18)连接在刀片支架(7)上。
