本发明涉及中药材加工器械领域,具体的说是一种葛根切片机。
背景技术
葛根是著名的中药材,粗壮藤本,长可达8米,全体被黄色长硬毛,茎基部木质,有粗厚的块状根,羽状复叶具3小叶;托叶背着,卵状长圆形,具线条;小托叶线状披针形,与小叶柄等长或较长;小叶三裂,偶尔全缘,顶生小叶宽卵形或斜卵形,长8-15(-19)厘米,宽5-12(-18)厘米,先端长渐尖,侧生小叶斜卵形,稍小,上面被淡黄色、平伏的蔬柔毛,下面较密;小叶柄被黄揭色绒毛,荚果长椭圆形,长5-9厘米,宽8-11毫米,扁平,被褐色长硬毛。花期9-10月,果期11-12月,生于山坡草丛中或路旁及较阴湿的地方,或生于海拔1000-3200米的山沟林中。葛根有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功;常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
目前对于葛根的加工器械很少,葛根切片加工机械一直比较落后,自动化程度低,基本上都是人工操作,劳动强度大,目前葛根切片技术均需人工进行,切片效率低,而且占用了大量劳动力,因此,现有技术已不能满足人们生产需求,迫切需要一种葛根切片加工效率高的机械自动化装置,即一种葛根切片机。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种葛根切片机。
本发明所要解决其技术问题所采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种葛根切片机,包括移动基座、旋切装置和夹料装置;所述的旋切装置位于移动基座正上方,且旋切装置与移动基座固连,夹料装置位于旋切装置前部,且夹料装置与旋切装置固定连接。
进一步,所述的移动基座包括移动导轨、移动滑块、套筒座、固定轴承、升降螺杆、连接块、安装平台、升降电机、升降转轴、锁紧端盖、主动齿轮和从动齿轮;所述的移动导轨垂直断面呈工字型结构,且移动导轨数量为二,移动导轨分别对称布置,移动滑块安装在移动导轨上,移动滑块中部设置有连接板,套筒座分别位于连接板的四个顶角处,且套筒座底端通过固定轴承安装在移动滑块上,套筒座顶端中心位置处开设有与升降螺杆外螺纹相配合的内螺纹孔,升降螺杆下端安装在套筒座顶端中心位置处的内螺纹孔内部,升降螺杆上端通过连接块固定在安装平台下端面上;所述的升降电机位于移动滑块中部的连接板上,且升降电机底端与连接板固连,升降电机输出轴与升降转轴一端相连接,升降转轴另一端安装有主动齿轮,且主动齿轮与升降转轴之间采用锁紧端盖进行锁紧固定,从动齿轮分别安装在套筒座上,且从动齿轮与主动齿轮相啮合;通过升降电机的旋转带动升降转轴的转动,从而带动主动齿轮的旋转,主动齿轮和从动齿轮之间通过啮合运动,且从动齿轮与套筒座固连,从而带动套筒座的旋转运动,升降螺杆与套筒座之间采用螺纹传动,进而实现了升降螺杆的上升或下降运动,最终带动安装平台的升降运动;同时通过移动导轨和移动滑块的配合使用可带动安装平台的前后移动,移动基座可进行前后移动和上下运动,运动灵活性好,提高了本发明的整体灵活性,便于不同身高操作人群的使用操作,实用性好。

所述的旋切装置包括旋切支架、电动机、主动带轮、从动带轮、传动带、减速机、旋切转轴、联轴器、旋切转盘、旋切轴承、旋切刀、旋转电机和支撑架;所述的旋切支架呈方形框体结构,旋切支架下端设置有连接台面,旋切支架上端设置有横梁,电动机位于旋切支架下端的连接台面上,且电动机与连接台面固连,主动带轮与电动机输出轴之间通过键相连接,主动带轮与从动带轮位于同一水平面上,且主动带轮与从动带轮之间通过传动带进行连接,从动带轮固定在减速机的输入轴上,减速机固定在旋切支架下端连接台面的中心位置处,旋切转轴下端通过联轴器与减速机的输出轴相连接,旋切转轴上端通过旋切轴承固定在旋切支架上端的横梁中部位置处,旋切转盘位于旋切转轴中部位置处,且旋切转盘与旋切转轴之间固连,旋切转盘上开设有旋切通孔,旋切刀位于旋切通孔内部,且旋切刀直径略小于旋切通孔直径,旋切刀上端安装高度高出旋切转盘上端面2-3毫米,旋切刀材质为不锈钢材料,旋切刀外侧端设置有双面倒角,旋转电机位于旋切刀正下方,且旋切电机主轴与旋切刀之间相连接,旋切电机通过支撑架固定在旋切转盘下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种葛根切片机,其特征在于:所述的夹料装置包括夹料导轨、夹料导块、移动耳座、固定耳座、移动套筒、固定套筒、调节螺杆、挡板和夹料护块,且夹料导轨、移动耳座、固定耳座、移动套筒、固定套筒和调节螺杆的数量均为二;所述的夹料导轨分别对称布置,夹料导轨的垂直横截断面为工字型结构,夹料导块两端分别设置有移动块,移动块安装在夹料导轨上,夹料导块中部设置有移动横档,移动耳座分别沿夹料导块的横向中心轴线对称布置,且移动耳座下端固定在夹料导块上,固定耳座位于移动耳座正后方,移动套筒固定在移动耳座上,固定套筒固定在固定耳座上,移动套筒和固定套筒上均分别开设有内螺纹孔,调节螺杆位于移动套筒和固定套筒之间,且调节螺杆两端分别安装在移动套筒的内螺纹孔与固定套筒的内螺纹孔内部,挡板位于夹料导块前端位置处,且挡板与夹料导块之间固连,夹料护块位于挡板正前方,且夹料护块前端面上设置有移动耳槽,夹料护块下端面安装高度高于挡板下端面3-4毫米,夹料护块与挡板围半椭圆形结构。
