本发明公开了一种旋振筛出料口闸门装置，包括筛框及设置于筛框侧壁上的排料口，与排料口相对的筛框内侧壁上设有向一侧延伸的轨道挡板，轨道挡板上与排料口相对的部位设有缺口，轨道挡板的内侧滑配有与排料口相配的闸门板，闸门板的一侧与螺杆的一端连接，该螺杆与设置于筛框侧壁上的水平滑槽滑动配合，螺杆的另一端螺接有调节手轮，水平滑槽一侧邻近排料口的轨道挡板内设有与轨道挡板高度一致的密封条。本发明有效减少了对易损件筛网的损耗，省工省时，提高了生产效率，降低了加工成本，避免了闸门在开关和筛分过程中闸门下缘与筛网造成的摩擦破损，从而减少了对易损件筛网的损耗。

本发明属于旋振筛出料装置技术领域，具体涉及一种旋振筛出料口闸门装置。
背景技术
在物料筛分过程中，由于对筛分精度有要求，需要物料在旋振筛网面上的筛分时间足够长，使小于网孔的物料尽可能多的通过筛网，直至达到筛分要求。这就要求网面上的物料从中框和上框出料口间歇排料，由于闸门下缘紧贴筛网子网网面，造成子网与母网摩擦加剧，子网会很快破损，频繁换网费工费时，生产效率降低，加工成本上升。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种能够有效提高筛网使用寿命且不需要频繁更换筛网的旋振筛出料口闸门装置。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案，旋振筛出料口闸门装置，包括筛框及设置于筛框侧壁上的排料口，其特征在于：与排料口相对的筛框内侧壁上设有向一侧延伸的轨道挡板，轨道挡板上与排料口相对的部位设有缺口，轨道挡板的内侧滑配有与排料口相配的闸门板，闸门板的一侧与螺杆的一端连接，该螺杆与设置于筛框侧壁上的水平滑槽滑动配合，螺杆的另一端螺接有调节手轮，水平滑槽一侧邻近排料口的轨道挡板内设有与轨道挡板高度一致的密封条。
本发明有效减少了对易损件筛网的损耗，省工省时，提高了生产效率，降低了加工成本，避免了闸门在开关和筛分过程中闸门下缘与筛网造成的摩擦破损，从而减少了对易损件筛网的损耗。

结合附图详细描述本发明的具体内容。旋振筛出料口闸门装置，包括筛框1及设置于筛框1侧壁上的排料口2，与排料口2相对的筛框1内侧壁上设有向一侧延伸的轨道挡板3，轨道挡板3上与排料口相对的部位设有缺口，轨道挡板3的内侧滑配有与排料口2相配的闸门板4，闸门板4的一侧与螺杆5的一端连接，该螺杆5与设置于筛框1侧壁上的水平滑槽滑动配合，螺杆5的另一端螺接有调节手轮6，水平滑槽一侧邻近排料口2的轨道挡板3内设有与轨道挡板3高度一致的密封条7。
