采用鱼腥草、柏子仁、汝兰、白茯苓、南蛇藤、平车前、贯叶连翘、祖师麻、巴戟天、女贞子、白芷、透骨草、细辛、五倍子、徐长卿、鸡骨草、莪术、夜交藤为原料制备而成，其组分（重量份）每付为鱼腥草9、柏子仁8、汝兰6、白茯苓6、南蛇藤6、平车前13、贯叶连翘6、祖师麻6、巴戟天7、女贞子6、白芷5、透骨草7、细辛4、五倍子5、徐长卿4、鸡骨草2、莪术6、夜交藤5。取上述18味原料总重量250克，在室温下加水至1000ml左右，浸泡5小时左右，然后用武火煮沸，文火煎熬60分钟左右，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水300ml左右，煎熬20～30分钟，去渣得滤液100ml，共得滤液300ml药汁，即制得本发明的中药汤剂。每日一剂，分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml，服用至临床症状体征完全消失。
本发明鱼腥草清热解毒，利尿消肿；柏子仁具有养心安神，润肠通便，止汗的功效；汝兰祛风除湿，清热解毒；白茯苓渗湿利水，健脾和胃，宁心安神；南蛇藤祛风活血，消肿止痛；平车前具有利尿、清热、明目、祛痰的功效；贯叶连翘疏肝解郁，清热利湿，消肿通乳；祖师麻具有祛风通络，散瘀止痛之功效；巴戟天主治阳痿遗精、宫冷不孕、月经不调、少腹冷痛、风湿痹痛、筋骨痿软；女贞子补益肝肾，明目，清虚热；白芷有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能；透骨草有活血化瘀、利尿解毒、通经透骨之功效；细辛解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮；五倍子具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效；徐长卿主蛊毒，疫疾，邪恶气，温疟；鸡骨草利湿退黄，清热解毒，疏肝止痛；莪术能治行气止痛、积散结、破血祛瘀作用；夜交藤具有养心安神，祛风，通络之功效。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例（重量百分比）混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。

下面结合临床试验对本发明作进一步详细地描述：
病例选择：选择戒毒所入院的自愿戒毒者80人，年龄17-49岁
治疗方法：每日一剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml，服用四个周。
病人症状：均对海洛因有强烈的躯体和心理依赖。
疗效观察：戒毒消瘾疗效标准定为，服药三周内，不发毒瘾，戒断症状消失，停药观察10天后毒瘾不发者为有效；三周后又发现症状者定为无效。服用本发明的药物后，患者在服药二周后产生效果，明显减轻戒断反应，并出现思睡等特点。应用本发明的80例中，二周内消瘾者34例，三周内消瘾者46例，消瘾有效率100％。
Claims (1)
1.一种护理吸毒患者的中药组合物，其特征在于，由如下重量份的原料药制成：鱼腥草7～11份、柏子仁6～9份、汝兰5～7份、白茯苓5～8份、南蛇藤6～9份、平车前10～13份、贯叶连翘5～8份、祖师麻4～7份、巴戟天4～7份、女贞子4～8份、白芷3～6份、透骨草5～9份、细辛2～6份、五倍子3～6份、徐长卿3～6份、鸡骨草1～3份、莪术5～7份、夜交藤4～6份，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
