本发明涉及一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其组成成分按重量份数计如下：尿囊素30‑40份、丁二醇5‑9份、甘油10‑12份、透明质酸钠8‑12份、乳化剂3‑5份、蒲公英5‑8份、艾草12‑15份、蜂蜜10‑15份，即使长时间穿戴也不容易引起穿戴者手表面皮肤过敏和细菌增生，而且也不会产生异味。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护肤层，尤其涉及一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，并提供了该护肤层的制备方法。
背景技术
目前，天然乳胶手套、丁腈胶乳手套通常分为有粉型和无粉型。 有粉型手套为了手套表面的润滑，通常采用滑石粉或改性淀粉作隔离 剂，但是滑石粉容易引起使用者皮肤过敏，甚至引起人体皮肤的不良 反应，改性淀粉中因含有较多蛋白质成份，被人体皮肤吸收后同样可 引起皮肤不良反应。另一方面，长时间穿戴天然乳胶手套或丁腈胶乳 手套后，手部出汗量会明显增加，这不但有利于某些细菌、病毒、真 菌在手表面的增生，损害使用者的健康，而且会产生异味。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层及其制备方法，具有该护肤层的乳胶手套，即使长时间穿戴也不容易引起穿戴者手表面皮肤过敏和细菌增生，而且也不会产生异味。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其组成成分按重量份数计如下：
尿囊素30-40份
丁二醇5-9份
甘油10-12份
透明质酸钠8-12份
乳化剂3-5份
蒲公英5-8份
艾草12-15份
蜂蜜10-15份。
上述一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其中，所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
上述一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层的制备方法如下：
（1）将蒲公英、艾草在200-400℃的温度下烘干5-8h后研磨成粉末，并与蜂蜜混合均匀后得混合物A；
（2）将尿囊素、丁二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、乳化剂和混合物A在50-80℃的温度下混合搅拌1-2h即可得护肤层溶液；
（3）将乳胶手套浸渍在护肤层溶液中3-5h后取出烘干即可。
本发明的有益效果为：充分保护使用者的皮肤，即使长时间穿戴也不容易引起穿戴者手表面皮肤过敏和细菌增生，而且也不会产生异味。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实例一：
一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其制备方法如下：
（1）按重量份数计将蒲公英6.5份、艾草14份在300℃的温度下烘干7h后研磨成粉末，并与蜂蜜13份混合均匀后得混合物A；
（2）按重量份数计将尿囊素35份、丁二醇7份、甘油11份、透明质酸钠10份、乳化剂4份和混合物A在50-80℃的温度下混合搅拌2h即可得护肤层溶液；
（3）将手套本体浸渍在护肤层溶液中4h后取出烘干即可，浸渍温度为65℃。
实施例二
一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其制备方法如下：
（1）按重量份数计将蒲公英5份、艾草12份在200℃的温度下烘干5h后研磨成粉末，并与蜂蜜10份混合均匀后得混合物A；
（2）按重量份数计将尿囊素30份、丁二醇5份、甘油10份、透明质酸钠8份、乳化剂3份和混合物A在50℃的温度下混合搅拌1-2h即可得护肤层溶液；
（3）将手套本体浸渍在护肤层溶液中3h后取出烘干即可，浸渍温度为70℃。
实施例三
一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其制备方法如下：
（1）按重量份数计将蒲公英8份、艾草15份在400℃的温度下烘干8h后研磨成粉末，并与蜂蜜15份混合均匀后得混合物A；
（2）按重量份数计将尿囊素40份、丁二醇9份、甘油12份、透明质酸钠12份、乳化剂5份和混合物A在80℃的温度下混合搅拌2h即可得护肤层溶液；
（3）将手套本体浸渍在护肤层溶液中3-5h后取出烘干即可，浸渍温度为68℃。
这里本发明的描述和应用是说明性的，并非想将本发明的范围限制在上述实施例中，因此，本发明不受本实施例的限制，任何采用等效替换取得的技术方案均在本发明保护的范围内。

1. 一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其特征为，其组成成分按重量份数计如下：
尿囊素30-40份
丁二醇5-9份
甘油10-12份
透明质酸钠8-12份
乳化剂3-5份
蒲公英5-8份
艾草12-15份
蜂蜜10-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层，其特征为，所述乳化剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于乳胶手套的护肤层的制备方法，其特征为，制备方法如下：
（1）将蒲公英、艾草在200-400℃的温度下烘干5-8h后研磨成粉末，并与蜂蜜混合均匀后得混合物A；
（2）将尿囊素、丁二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、乳化剂和混合物A在50-80℃的温度下混合搅拌1-2h即可得护肤层溶液；
（3）将乳胶手套浸渍在护肤层溶液中3-5h后取出烘干即可。
