本发明公开了一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法，按重量百分比计由下列组分组成：医用级聚乙烯醇 5～10%、丙三醇 1～5%、珍珠1～10%、鲤鱼胆1～5%、西瓜霜1～5%、朱砂1～5%、乌贼骨1～5%、熊胆1～5%、猪胆1～5%、壳聚糖 0.1～5%、其余为纯水，各组分之和为 100%，该方法是按上述配比首先将丙三醇、珍珠、鲤鱼胆、西瓜霜、朱砂、乌贼骨和熊胆以30～90r/min搅拌30分钟，于室温下放置1～5h,再与按上述配比的医用级聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖，以60～100r/min搅拌1～2小时，于室温下冷却后静置2～5h，浇模得水凝胶半成品，水凝胶半成品经冷冻解冻法处理后辐照杀菌即可。有退翳明目的功效，还起消肿止痛、燥湿止痒、退红止泪、排脓生肌等作用，操作方法简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护眼贴及其制备方法，特别涉及一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前，随着电脑、电视、手机等电子产品的普及，人们眼睛休息的时间越来越短，导致大多数人都有眼睛干涩、肿胀等眼睛不适的症状，甚至造成视力严重下降的后果 ；同时上班族经常对着显示器工作，有的甚至还熬夜加班，极易造成眼部疲劳，在眼睛周围产生黑眼圈、眼袋和皱纹，严重影响人类眼部的健康和美观。因此，解决此类问题迫在眉睫。
现有的护眼贴由背衬层、凝胶层、聚合物膜层、防粘层四部分组成。凝胶层为其主体部分，由亲水型高分子凝胶骨架以及包埋其间的天然药物构成。
在临床上，全身麻醉、面神经麻痹、深度昏迷的患者时常伴有因角膜失去知觉出现的功能性眼睑闭合不全引发的暴露性角膜炎，患者出现畏光、流泪、结膜炎和异物感的局限性眼痛，所以在临床护理中应采取相应的保护措施。传统的操作方法，采用的普通，卡波姆和羧甲基壳聚糖化学原料，治疗的效果低下，而且退翳明目的功效，还起消肿止痛、燥湿止痒、退红止泪、排脓生肌功效。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
本发明一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法，按重量百分比计由下列组分组成：医用级聚乙烯醇 5～10%、丙三醇 1～5%、珍珠1～10%、鲤鱼胆1～5%、西瓜霜1～5%、朱砂1～5%、乌贼骨1～5%、熊胆1～5%、猪胆1～5%、壳聚糖 0.1～5%、其余为纯水，各组分之和为 100%。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，该方法是按上述配比首先将丙三醇、珍珠、鲤鱼胆、西瓜霜、朱砂、乌贼骨和熊胆以30～90r/min搅拌30分钟，于室温下放置1～5h,再与按上述配比的医用级聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖，以60～100r/min搅拌1～2小时，于室温下冷却后静置2～5h，浇模得水凝胶半成品，水凝胶半成品经冷冻解冻法处理后辐照杀菌即可。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述冷冻解冻法处理时的冷冻温度为～3～～7℃，冷冻时间为15～25h，解冻温度为15～20℃，解冻时间为10～15h，共进行两个循环。
本发明所达到的有益效果是：本发明通过适量添加中药成分，不仅改善润肤特点，改善水凝胶的保湿效果和皮肤触感效果，而且有退翳明目的功效，还起消肿止痛、燥湿止痒、退红止泪、排脓生肌等作用，操作方法简单。

实施例 1
本发明提供一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法，按重量百分比计由下列组分组成：医用级聚乙烯醇 5～10%、丙三醇 1～5%、珍珠1～10%、鲤鱼胆1～5%、西瓜霜1～5%、朱砂1～5%、乌贼骨1～5%、熊胆1～5%、猪胆1～5%、壳聚糖 0.1～5%、其余为纯水，各组分之和为 100%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用护眼贴及其制备方法，其特征在于，该方法是按上述配比首先将丙三醇、珍珠、鲤鱼胆、西瓜霜、朱砂、乌贼骨和熊胆以30～90r/min搅拌30分钟，于室温下放置1～5h,再与按上述配比的医用级聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖，以60～100r/min搅拌1～2小时，于室温下冷却后静置2～5h，浇模得水凝胶半成品，水凝胶半成品经冷冻解冻法处理后辐照杀菌即可。
