(1)制备中草药浸泡液:

、混合煎煮:将小粘药、无名异、丹参、五转七、郁金、通城虎、透骨草、草豆蔻、桑白皮、土田七混合,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎成颗粒,过50-60目筛,将混合颗粒中加入50-80倍的蒸馏水,先用武火加热煮沸30-40分钟,再用文火煎煮2-3小时,冷却至室温,得到中草药浸泡液,备用;
(2)制备香料浸泡液:

、混合煎煮:将小粘药、无名异、丹参、五转七、郁金、通城虎、透骨草、草豆蔻、桑白皮、土田七混合,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎成颗粒,过50-60目筛,将混合颗粒加入50-80倍的蒸馏水,先用武火加热煮沸30-40分钟,再用文火煎煮2-3小时,冷却至室温,得到中草药浸泡液,备用;
(2)制备香料浸泡液:

草果20-30份、三奈15-20份、丁香15-20份、砂仁10-15份、香果10-15份、桂皮10-15份、通城虎10-15份、枝子5-10份、排草5-10份、老扣5-10份、甘松5-10份、陈皮5-10份、筚拨5-10份、香茅草5-10份、八角5-10份、香叶5-10份、玫瑰花5-10份、麝香草5-10份、月桂花5-10份,洗净并除杂,备用;
B
、烘炒:将草果、三奈、丁香、砂仁、香果、桂皮、通城虎、枝子、排草、老扣、甘松、陈皮、筚拨、香茅草、八角、香叶、玫瑰花、麝香草、月桂花混合放入锅中烘炒5-10分钟,取出,冷却,放入粉碎机中粉碎,得到香料粉,备用;
C
、煎煮:加入香料粉30-50倍的水,大火煎煮45-60分钟,然后小火煎煮2-3小时,冷却至室温,得到香料浸泡液,备用;
(3)浸泡鸭蛋:
选取优质的鸭蛋,置于瓷罐或陶罐中,加入
中草药浸泡液,加入适量食用盐,置于阴凉处,密封腌制15-20天,然后加入香料浸泡液,埋入泥土中,密封腌制10-15天,取出,得到一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋。
所述的中草药浸泡液与香料浸泡液的重量比为5:1。
所述的中草药浸泡液中原料的最佳重量份数为:小粘药50份、无名异20份、丹参20份、五转七15份、郁金15份、通城虎13份、透骨草10份、草豆蔻8份、桑白皮6份、土田七5份。
所述的香料浸泡液中原料的最佳重量份数为:
草果25份、三奈20份、丁香17份、砂仁15份、香果14份、桂皮13份、通城虎10份、枝子9份、排草7份、老扣6份、甘松6份、陈皮6份、筚拨6份、香茅草5份、八角5份、香叶5份、玫瑰花5份、麝香草5份、月桂花5份。
Claims (4)
1.一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法的主要步骤为:
(1)制备中草药浸泡液:
A、备料:按重量份数,选取小粘药40-60份、无名异15-25份、丹参15-25份、五转七10-15份、郁金10-15份、通城虎10-15份、透骨草5-10份、草豆蔻5-10份、桑白皮5-10份、土田七5-10份,洗净并除杂,备用;
B、混合煎煮:将小粘药、无名异、丹参、五转七、郁金、通城虎、透骨草、草豆蔻、桑白皮、土田七混合,混合后放入粉碎机中粉碎成颗粒,过50-60目筛,将混合颗粒中加入50-80倍的蒸馏水,先用武火加热煮沸30-40分钟,再用文火煎煮2-3小时,冷却至室温,得到中草药浸泡液,备用;
(2)制备香料浸泡液:

C、煎煮:加入香料粉30-50倍的水,大火煎煮45-60分钟,然后小火煎煮2-3小时,冷却至室温,得到香料浸泡液,备用;
(3)浸泡鸭蛋:
选取优质的鸭蛋,置于瓷罐或陶罐中,加入中草药浸泡液,加入适量食用盐,置于阴凉处,密封腌制15-20天,然后加入香料浸泡液,埋入泥土中,密封腌制10-15天,取出,得到一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的中草药浸泡液与香料浸泡液的重量比为5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的中草药浸泡液中原料的最佳重量份数为:小粘药50份、无名异20份、丹参20份、五转七15份、郁金15份、通城虎13份、透骨草10份、草豆蔻8份、桑白皮6份、土田七5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种小粘药行气止痛鸭蛋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的香料浸泡液中原料的最佳重量份数为:草果25份、三奈20份、丁香17份、砂仁15份、香果14份、桂皮13份、通城虎10份、枝子9份、排草7份、老扣6份、甘松6份、陈皮6份、筚拨6份、香茅草5份、八角5份、香叶5份、玫瑰花5份、麝香草5份、月桂花5份。
