Abstract

本发明提供一种线上线下结合点播电影的方法，包括服务器、客户端，还包括一独立于客户端的播放端，所述播放端为现有电影院的播放厅；服务器和客户端通过交互，确定播放要素，然后通过播放端播放电影；所述的播放要素包括播放片名、播放地点、播放时间、价格；本发明以网络来发现、汇集不特定消费者的需求，能为消费者提供更自由的优质观影体验，也延长了电影制作方的票房周期，同时有利于提高电影院空闲时段的利用率。

线上线下结合点播电影的方法
技术领域
本发明属于娱乐技术领域，特别是涉及一种线上线下结合点播电影的方法。
背景技术
目前消费者观看电影，主流的方式有两种：一是到电影院买票观看，一是通过网络在电脑设备上观看，可能是在线观看，也可能是下载后观看。这两种方式各有利弊，电影院的排片档期只能由院线和电影发行方等决定，普通消费者只能被动接受；通过个人电脑等设备观看，其观影体验远远比不上电影院，特别是现在有大量3D效果的大片，只能在专业影厅才能观看。对于影迷来说，一旦错过档期，就无法在影院欣赏到影片；对电影的出品方、发行方来说，票房收入是其主要的收入来源，但是只能依靠很短的档期，也是不利的。如将某部影片的档期延长，又会带来放映成本的上升，不符合电影院的盈利需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种线上线下结合点播电影的方法，可以令电影院和消费者不受档期限制，更灵活地点播放映电影。
为此，本发明采用的技术方案是这样的：线上线下结合点播电影的方法，包括服务器、客户端，其特征在于：还包括一独立于客户端的播放端，所述播放端为现有电影院的播放厅；服务器和客户端通过交互，确定播放要素，然后通过播放端播放电影。
所述的播放要素包括播放片名、播放地点、播放时间、价格。
服务器和客户端的交互可以有以下两张方式：服务器根据片源、播放端资源，生成播放要素选择栏，客户端在选择栏中选择播放要素；当同一组播放要素被选择的次数达到预设的最低值后，即可确定该组播放要素，进行播放。或者：
客户端发起播放要素请求，当服务器发现同一组播放要素被请求的次数达到预设的最低值后，即可确定该组播放要素，进行播放。或者：
以上两种方式结合使用。
更进一步地，服务器设有定金管理模块，当客户端选择或请求播放要素时，服务器通过定金模块向客户端收取定金。
本发明创造性地将电影院接入了系统中，将之作为播放端。服务器根据已接入系统的电影院，生成地点信息；根据各家电影院的排片情况和可用时段，生成时间信息；根据可用片源，生成片名信息；根据市场调查情况生成价格信息。将以上信息综合，即生成播放要素选择栏。消费者通过手机、个人电脑等客户端登录服务器，选择适合自己的播放要素（可多选），服务器发现某组播放要素被选中的次数达到设定的下限后，即可判定有足够多的消费者点播了该影片，放映收入达到或超过了盈亏平衡点，可安排对应的影院在设定时间播放该影片，完成一次点播。定金模块则通过收取定金这一方式，可防止消费者随意地取消选择预订，造成服务器处理紊乱。
作为另一种应用方式，消费者可主动发起播放要素请求，如希望在特定的时间段、电影院观看某部影片，如响应该请求的消费者达到一定数量，则服务器同样可判定有足够多的消费者点播了该影片，放映收入达到或超过了盈亏平衡点，可安排对应的影院在设定时间播放该影片，完成一次点播。定金模块则通过收取定金这一方式，可防止消费者随意地取消请求，造成服务器处理紊乱。
本发明还可以有其他的应用方式，如设定某一组播放要素的总金额，价格根据客户端的响应次数进行分摊，则点播的消费者越多，单个消费者承担的价格就越低。
本发明还可以多种方式的结合，发展出更多的商业模式。
本发明的技术效果是：以网络来发现、汇集不特定消费者的需求，能为消费者提供更自由的优质观影体验，也延长了电影制作方的票房周期，同时有利于提高电影院空闲时段的利用率。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明。
本实施例中，服务器管理方预测《速度与激情7》档期过短，有相当多的影迷未能去影院观看，因此存在潜在的市场需求，故通过与影片发行方的谈判，达成拷贝租赁协议，从而将其列入服务器的片源目录中；同时，服务器管理方与万达院线达成放映协议，每家万达影院均有1-3个影厅成为服务器的播出端，并根据不同情况提供不同的时间段用于播放，根据市场分析将票价定为80-100元。服务器综合以上信息，生成播放要素选择栏。
某影迷用于工作繁忙或其他原因，错过了《速度与激情7》的档期，遂通过客户端登录服务器。该影迷正好近期较为空闲，且观影热情高涨，遂全选了北京市区所有万达影院的播放端，全选了一周内的所有时间段。确定选择项后，该影迷支付了定金30元。
一段时间后，服务器发现万达影院CBD店，8月1日下午场的预约人数已达到20人，于是确定播放该场次的电影，并通知至前述的预约客户，利用现有的购票、放映系统完成放映。确定播放后，该场次继续接受消费者的购票，最终有30人购票观看了该场次的电影。

Claims (5)

1.线上线下结合点播电影的方法，包括服务器、客户端，其特征在于：还包括一独立于客户端的播放端，所述播放端为现有电影院的播放厅；服务器和客户端通过交互，确定播放要素，然后通过播放端播放电影。
2.按照权利要求1所述的线上线下结合点播电影的方法，其特征在于：所述的播放要素包括播放片名、播放地点、播放时间、价格。
3.按照权利要求1所述的线上线下结合点播电影的方法，其特征在于：服务器根据片源、播放端资源，生成播放要素选择栏，客户端在选择栏中选择播放要素；当同一组播放要素被选择的次数达到预设的最低值后，即可确定该组播放要素，进行播放。
4.按照权利要求1所述的线上线下结合点播电影的方法，其特征在于：客户端发起播放要素请求，当服务器发现同一组播放要素被请求的次数达到预设的最低值后，即可确定该组播放要素，进行播放。
5.按照权利要求1所述的线上线下结合点播电影的方法，其特征在于：服务器设有定金管理模块，当客户端选择或请求播放要素时，服务器通过定金模块向客户端收取定金。
