本发明涉及一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯,其特征在于:包括前盖、镂空塑料底壳、铝基板、LED灯和内置式散热装置,前盖将内置式散热装置、铝基板和LED灯封装在镂空塑料底壳内,多个LED灯均布焊接在铝基板前侧,铝基板后侧经导热硅胶层粘结内置式散热装置的面板,面板背部均布设有多道散热柱或散热翅片,多道散热柱或散热翅片对应镂空塑料底壳上的多道镂空槽设置。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于一种工程车灯,具体说是一种新型内置被动式散热LED工作灯,用于汽车及工程车LED照明灯具领域。
背景技术
LED照明应用在汽车及工程车照明灯具已经成为趋势,取代传统的卤素灯泡,但是LED灯具工作时会有很大的热量,需安装散热装置进行热量疏散。现市场上散热装置通常有1种:
外置式散热器,如图1所示,铝基板和外置铝制底壳之间涂导热硅胶,用螺丝进行固定,铝基板上LED工作时,热量通过外置铝制底壳进行散热。这种方法,散热效果达到要求,但此外置式散热器重量比较重,大大增加了LED灯具成本,并且装车振动后对LED灯具支架强度要求比较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯,其方便安全,有效解决了外置散热结构装配后重量较重,成本较高的缺点,降低了生产成本,并且装配后防水防尘、装配简单,造型多变,安全可靠,可实现流水线生产,生产效率高。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯,其特征在于:包括前盖、镂空塑料底壳、铝基板、LED灯和内置式散热装置,前盖将内置式散热装置、铝基板和LED灯封装在镂空塑料底壳内,多个LED灯均布焊接在铝基板前侧,铝基板后侧经导热硅胶层粘结内置式散热装置的面板,面板背部均布设有多道散热柱或散热翅片,多道散热柱或散热翅片对应镂空塑料底壳上的多道镂空槽设置。
还包括前透盖,前透盖封装LED灯在铝基板上,前透盖经前盖和镂空塑料底壳封装定位在两者内部。
内置式散热装置为一铝板上面布满散热柱或翅片结构,此散热装置和铝基板固定装配在LED灯具内部,LED灯由前透盖封装在铝基板上,LED灯具塑料底壳为镂空设计,铝基板上LED工作时热量传导到内置式散热装置然后通过镂空塑料底壳传导到空气中,可实现LED灯具造型单一、重量较重、成本较高等一系列问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1-3所示:一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯包括前盖1、镂空塑料底壳2、前透盖3、LED灯4和铝基板5,前盖1将前透盖3、铝基板5和LED灯4封装在镂空塑料底壳2内,多个LED灯4均布焊接在铝基板5前侧并由前透盖3封装在铝基板5上,铝基板5后侧经导热硅胶层粘结内置式散热装置6的面板,面板背部均布设有多道散热柱61或散热翅片,多道散热柱或散热翅片对应镂空塑料底壳上的多道镂空槽7设置。

1.一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯,其特征在于:包括前盖、镂空塑料底壳、铝基板、LED灯和内置式散热装置,前盖将内置式散热装置、铝基板和LED灯封装在镂空塑料底壳内,多个LED灯均布焊接在铝基板前侧,铝基板后侧经导热硅胶层粘结内置式散热装置的面板,面板背部均布设有多道散热柱或散热翅片,多道散热柱或散热翅片对应镂空塑料底壳上的多道镂空槽设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置被动式散热LED工作灯,其特征是:还包括前透盖,前透盖封装LED灯在铝基板上,前透盖经前盖和镂空塑料底壳封装定位在两者内部。
