本发明公开了一种双通道蝶阀阀门,所述阀体的中间穿有阀杆,所述阀杆与阀体转动连接,所述阀杆的上端设有转盘,所述阀杆上设有阀门安装凹槽,所述第一连接环和第二连接环交替套接在阀杆上,所述阀杆上还设有第一固定块,所述左蝶阀和右蝶阀的中间均设有第二固定块,所述第一固定块和第二固定块通过拉簧连接,所述阀体的一侧并列设有两个通道管,所述通道管分别连通左蝶阀和右蝶阀分割的阀体。该双通道蝶阀阀门,结构合理,实用性强,左蝶阀和右蝶阀的设置,可以将一个管路分成两个支路,非常实用,不需要添加额外的阀门,节省成本,拉簧的设置,利于左蝶阀和右蝶阀复位,开阀支杆的设置,用于控制左蝶阀和右蝶阀的打开。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种双通道蝶阀阀门。
背景技术
目前,已有的单通道阀门功能单一,双通道阀门更不能根据需要改变通道流向,和控制在同一阀体中只能进出同一气相或液相物质。单通道阀门只能控制液体流速和通断,不能改变流向,在需要改变流向时非常不方便,通常需要两个单通道阀门,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双通道蝶阀阀门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双通道蝶阀阀门,包括阀体,所述阀体的中间穿有阀杆,所述阀杆与阀体转动连接,所述阀杆的上端设有转盘,所述阀杆上设有阀门安装凹槽,所述阀杆通过阀门安装凹槽转动连接左蝶阀上的第一连接环和右蝶阀上的第二连接环,所述第一连接环和第二连接环交替套接在阀杆上,所述阀杆上还设有第一固定块,所述左蝶阀和右蝶阀的中间均设有第二固定块,所述第一固定块和第二固定块通过拉簧连接,所述第一固定块上方的阀杆上设有开阀支杆,所述阀体的一侧并列设有两个通道管,所述通道管分别连通左蝶阀和右蝶阀分割的阀体。
优选的,所述第一固定块和第二固定块设置在同一水平线上。
优选的,所述阀体的内壁以及左蝶阀和右蝶阀的表面均设有密封层。
优选的,所述拉簧的表面设有防腐蚀层。
优选的,所述左蝶阀和右蝶阀与阀杆的连接处设有密封软垫。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该双通道蝶阀阀门,结构合理,实用性强,左蝶阀和右蝶阀的设置,可以将一个管路分成两个支路,非常实用,不需要添加额外的阀门,节省成本,拉簧的设置,利于左蝶阀和右蝶阀复位,开阀支杆的设置,用于控制左蝶阀和右蝶阀的打开。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种双通道蝶阀阀门,包括阀体1,所述阀体1的中间穿有阀杆2,所述阀杆2与阀体1转动连接,所述阀杆2的上端设有转盘3,所述阀杆2上设有阀门安装凹槽13,所述阀杆2通过阀门安装凹槽13转动连接左蝶阀4上的第一连接环5和右蝶阀6上的第二连接环7,所述第一连接环5和第二连接环7交替套接在阀杆2上,所述阀杆2上还设有第一固定块8,所述左蝶阀4和右蝶阀6的中间均设有第二固定块10,所述第一固定块8和第二固定块10通过拉簧9连接,所述第一固定块8上方的阀杆2上设有开阀支杆11,所述阀体1的一侧并列设有两个通道管12,所述通道管12分别连通左蝶阀4和右蝶阀6分割的阀体1,所述第一固定块8和第二固定块10设置在同一水平线上,所述阀体1的内壁以及左蝶阀4和右蝶阀6的表面均设有密封层,所述拉簧9的表面设有防腐蚀层,所述左蝶阀4和右蝶阀6与阀杆2的连接处设有密封软垫。
工作原理:当需要打开左蝶阀4时,转动阀杆2,使开阀支杆11支撑左蝶阀4,便可打开打开左蝶阀4,当需要打开右蝶阀6时,只需反向转动阀杆2即可;拉簧9的设置是用于关闭左蝶阀4和右蝶阀6。

1.一种双通道蝶阀阀门,包括阀体(1),其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的中间穿有阀杆(2),所述阀杆(2)与阀体(1)转动连接,所述阀杆(2)的上端设有转盘(3),所述阀杆(2)上设有阀门安装凹槽(13),所述阀杆(2)通过阀门安装凹槽(13)转动连接左蝶阀(4)上的第一连接环(5)和右蝶阀(6)上的第二连接环(7),所述第一连接环(5)和第二连接环(7)交替套接在阀杆(2)上,所述阀杆(2)上还设有第一固定块(8),所述左蝶阀(4)和右蝶阀(6)的中间均设有第二固定块(10),所述第一固定块(8)和第二固定块(10)通过拉簧(9)连接,所述第一固定块(8)上方的阀杆(2)上设有开阀支杆(11),所述阀体(1)的一侧并列设有两个通道管(12),所述通道管(12)分别连通左蝶阀(4)和右蝶阀(6)分割的阀体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双通道蝶阀阀门,其特征在于:所述第一固定块(8)和第二固定块(10)设置在同一水平线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双通道蝶阀阀门,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的内壁以及左蝶阀(4)和右蝶阀(6)的表面均设有密封层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双通道蝶阀阀门,其特征在于:所述拉簧(9)的表面设有防腐蚀层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双通道蝶阀阀门,其特征在于:所述左蝶阀(4)和右蝶阀(6)与阀杆(2)的连接处设有密封软垫。
