本发明属于阀门领域,具体涉及一种自锁紧双阀瓣蝶阀,包括:阀体、阀杆、开关手柄、开度显示标盘、自动开关锁,该蝶阀采用双阀瓣设计,形成二次密封,其耐压性和密封性都得到大范围的提升,开度显示盘的设计能够方便的控制流量,自动开关锁的设计,在通过开关手柄对应开度显示盘调整好流量后,自动开关锁能够自行锁紧开关手柄的位置,避免了调整好流量数据后因误操作而改变当前的阀门状态,更加的精确、安全。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,具体涉及一种自锁紧双阀瓣蝶阀。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在日常生活或制造产业中,阀门的应用非常的广泛,阀门可以用以开启通道,使得通道两端的气体或液体可互相流通,阀门也可关闭此通道,使得通道两端的气体或液体被隔绝,燃气阀是一种新型的燃气管道工程的安全配套装置;用于截断、接通、调节管路中的气体,具有良好的控制特性和关闭密封性能;适用于城市煤气、液化石油气、天然气、氧气等多种燃气介质管路上,目前市面上的燃气阀多为结构简单的截止蝶阀,在设置好阀门流量后无法自我锁定,常常因为误操作而改变当前的阀门状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对传统蝶阀密封性和耐压性的不足,开发一款操作方便、结构简单,能够自动锁定的蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种双阀瓣蝶阀,包括:阀体、阀杆、开关手柄,所述阀体内装有橡胶密封环,橡胶密封环内安装有阀瓣,所述阀瓣上的连接体与阀杆之间通过销钉连接,所述阀瓣的下连接体内该下顶轴的外端穿出橡胶密封环并安装在阀体内,所述阀杆与开关手柄连接,所述阀瓣形状与橡胶密封环内腔形状匹配,其特征在于还包括:开度显示标盘、自动开关锁,所述开度显示盘与阀体固定连接,所述自动开关锁设置在开关手柄上。
优选的,上述双阀瓣蝶阀的阀瓣为双阀瓣,两个阀瓣位置关系为相互平行。
优选的,上述双阀瓣蝶阀的阀体与阀杆之间设置有密封套。
本发明的有益效果为:该蝶阀采用双阀瓣设计,形成二次密封,其耐压性和密封性都得到大范围的提升,开度显示盘的设计能够方便的控制流量,自动开关锁的设计,在通过开关手柄对应开度显示盘调整好流量后,自动开关锁能够自行锁紧开关手柄的位置,避免了调整好流量数据后因误操作而改变当前的阀门状态,更加的精确、安全。

图中,阀体1、阀瓣2、开度显示盘3、自动开关锁4、开关手柄5。
如图1,打开自动锁4,转动开关手柄5,根据开度显示盘上,3的度数通过阀杆调整阀体1内的阀瓣2的位置以实现对流量的控制,调整好读数之后自动开关锁4会自行将开关手柄5的位置锁定直至人为开启自动开关锁。

1.一种双阀瓣蝶阀,包括:阀体(1)、开关手柄(5),所述阀体(1)内装有橡胶密封环,橡胶密封环内安装有阀瓣(2),所述阀瓣(2)上的连接体与阀杆之间通过销钉连接,所述阀瓣(2)的下连接体内该下顶轴的外端穿出橡胶密封环并安装在阀体(1)内,所述阀杆与开关手柄(5)连接,所述阀瓣(2)形状与橡胶密封环内腔形状匹配,其特征在于还包括:开度显示标盘(3)、自动开关锁(4),所述开度显示盘(3)与阀体(1)固定连接,所述自动开关锁(4)设置在开关手柄(5)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述得双阀瓣蝶阀,其特征在于所述双阀瓣蝶阀的阀瓣(2)为双阀瓣,两个阀瓣(2)位置关系为相互平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述得双阀瓣蝶阀,其特征在于所述双阀瓣蝶阀的阀体(1)与阀杆之间设置有密封套。
