Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型阀门,包括阀体和阀芯,阀芯包括阀杆和碟板,碟板置于阀体内,阀杆的一端与碟板连接,另一端向上延伸至阀体外,并且该端连接有手轮,碟板包括主板和两副板,两副板与主板拼接构成圆形,幅板与主板之间设有弹性密封件和制动机构,阀杆与阀体连接处设有万向限位装置。碟板的转动使阀体开闭,主板与副板之间的弹性密封件起到连接和密封作用,避免油液从主板与副板之间的间隙传过,还用于推动副板与阀体之间的接触,使副板与阀体之间的接触力更大,保障碟板与阀体之间的密封,制动机构的设置用于在碟板转动到相应的角度后,将阀杆固定,防止其因阀体内的油压冲击而转动,从而实现油量的精准输送。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,更具体地说,它涉及一种阀门。
背景技术
蝶阀因开闭方便,体积小常使用在输油管道上,它包括阀座和阀芯,蝶芯在调节好流量大小后,输油管道内的油压会对阀芯进行冲击,造成阀芯晃动,影响油量的精准输出,另外,密封性差是蝶阀的通病,目前市场上亟待一种密封性较好的蝶阀。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种阀门,具有万向调节固定功能和密封性能好的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种阀门,包括
阀体,所述阀体的相对两端分别设有入口和出口;
阀芯,所述阀芯主要由阀杆和可旋转碟板构成,所述碟板置于阀体内,所述阀杆的一端与碟板固定连接,另一端向上延伸至阀体外,并且该端连接有手轮,所述阀杆与阀体密封连接处设有万向限位装置;
所述碟板包括主板和分布在主板两侧的左副板与右副板,所述左副板、右副板及主板拼接构成圆形,所述左副板与主板之间和右副板与主板之间均设有弹性密封件和制动机构;
所述万向限位装置包括万向扣、卡板、压缩弹簧、拉杆及手压杆,所述万向扣设置为环状,套设在阀杆上且与阀体固定连接,所述卡板与阀杆滑移连接,卡板设置在万向扣的上方,用于与万向扣配合限定阀杆转动,所述拉杆的一端与卡板固定连接,另一端与受压杆的一端固定连接,所述压缩弹簧的一端固定在阀杆上,另一端固定在拉杆上,所述受压杆靠近手轮设置,并与阀杆滑移连接;
所述万向扣包括安装座和底板,所述安装座的上端面设有凹槽,凹槽的底壁上设有若干个穿到下端面的通孔,通孔内均设有活动杆和复位弹簧,所述底板连接在底座的下端上,所述复位弹簧一端与相对活动杆连接,另一端与底板连接,所述活动杆相对复位弹簧的另一端向上延伸到凹槽外。
通过采用上述技术方案, 碟板的转动使阀体开闭,碟板又由主板和两个副板拼接构成,主板与副板之间的弹性密封件起到连接和密封作用,避免油液从主板与副板之间的间隙传过,还用于推动副板与阀体之间的接触,使副板与阀体之间的接触力更大,以保障碟板与阀体之间的密封,制动机构的设置用于在碟板转动到相应的角度后,将阀杆固定,防止其因阀体内的油压冲击而转动,从而实现油量的精准输送;卡板与万向扣配合限定阀杆的转动,转动手轮时,将受压杆与手轮一起握住,卡板通过拉杆牵引从万向扣上脱离,阀杆接触限定可以转动,当阀杆转动到相应角度后停止转动,松开受压杆, 卡板在压缩弹簧的作用下恢复到初始位置,与万向扣配合固定阀杆,操作方便,简单实用;活动杆是用于限定卡板,当卡板落入到凹槽内后,处于卡板下方的活动杆被压入到通孔内,未压入到通孔内的活动杆限定卡板移动,卡板升起后,活动杆在弹簧的作用下升起恢复到初始位置,卡板随阀杆转动到任意一个角度,均可实现上述功能,达到万向锁定的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述弹性密封件设置为波纹弹片,所述波纹弹片外设置有由四氟橡胶制成的保护层。
通过采用上述技术方案,波纹弹片为了使其弹性不受影响,其厚度小于碟板的厚度,所以很容易受到腐蚀而损坏,从而降低阀门的使用寿命,增加维修成本,氟橡胶制成的保护层具有耐腐蚀的效果,并且延展性较高,能够在不影响波纹弹片的弹性外保护波纹弹片不被腐蚀。
本发明进一步设置为:所述弹性密封件设置为记忆钢片,所述记忆钢片在碟板处于关闭时为弧形,在碟板处于开启时为平面形,所述记忆钢片的表面喷塑耐腐蚀涂料。
通过采用上述技术方案, 记忆钢片在初始时为平面形,也是阀门处于开启状态,当其受力后变为弧形,且具有弹性用于推动副板与阀体的内壁相抵触,此时阀门为关闭状态,记忆钢片由平面形变为弧形,需要的力很小,减小碟板与阀体的摩擦,提高阀门的使用寿命,该转变过程为阀门由开启转向关闭的过程,具有省力的效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述制动机构包括制动杆和制动套,所述制动杆的一端固定在主板上,另一端插入在制动套内,所述制动套固定在副板上。
通过采用上述技术方案, 制动杆可以在制动套内滑动,因为波纹弹簧或记忆钢片硬度小于碟板,制动杆与制动套配合用于固定主板与副板,避免主板与副板连接处弯折影响阀门关闭效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述碟板的外边缘位置设置有倒圆角,所述阀体的内壁上设有用于碟板嵌入的环槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,碟板的边缘设有倒圆角,使其边缘呈弧形与环槽配合,一方面使阀门密封效果更好,另一方面使碟板更好的转入到环槽内和从环槽内转出。
本发明进一步设置为:所述环槽上设有橡胶封片,所述橡胶封片固定在环槽的两侧。
通过采用上述技术方案, 橡胶封片将环槽盖住,避免油液中的杂质沉积在环槽内,影响碟板与阀体的内壁,而且橡胶封片具有弹性,可以作为密封圈使用,进一步的提供碟板与阀体之间的密封效果。
本发明进一步设置为:所述阀体的内壁上设有用于与碟板抵触的档环,所述档环相对碟板的端面上连接有由四氟橡胶制成的密封圈。
通过采用上述技术方案,阀门关闭后,碟板受到环槽和制动机构的限定固定不动,档环与碟板配合,记忆两者之间的密封圈,使其形变,增加密封效果。

具体实施方式
参照附图对本发明一种阀门实施例做进一步说明。
根据图1所示,一种阀门,包括阀体1和阀芯,阀体1的相对两端分别设有入口和出口;阀芯设置在阀体1内,处于入口与出口之间,其主要由阀杆2和可旋转碟板3构成,阀杆2与碟板3通过焊接或铸造一体成型,阀杆2相对碟板3的另一端向上延伸至阀体1外,并且该端连接有手轮,阀杆2与阀体1密封连接处设有万向限位装置5;碟板3包括主板31和分布在主板31两侧的左副板32与右副板33,左副板32、右副板33及主板31拼接构成圆形,左副板32与主板31之间和右副板33与主板31之间均设有弹性密封件4和制动机构。
碟板3随阀杆2的转动使阀体1开闭,碟板3又由主板31和两个副板拼接构成,主板31与副板之间的弹性密封件4起到连接和密封作用,避免油液从主板31与副板之间的间隙传过,还用于推动副板与阀体1之间的接触,使副板与阀体1之间的接触力更大,以保障碟板3与阀体1之间的密封,制动机构的设置用于在碟板3转动到相应的角度后,将阀杆2固定,防止其因阀体1内的油压冲击而转动,从而实现油量的精准输送。
弹性密封件4设置有两个实施方式:
实施例1
弹性密封件4设置为波纹弹片,波纹弹片的两侧分别与主板31和副板焊接,波纹弹片外设置有由四氟橡胶制成的保护层。
波纹弹片为了使其弹性不受影响,其厚度小于碟板3的厚度,所以很容易受到腐蚀而损坏,从而降低阀门的使用寿命,增加维修成本,氟橡胶制成的保护层具有耐腐蚀的效果,并且延展性较高,能够在不影响波纹弹片的弹性外保护波纹弹片不被腐蚀。
实施例2
弹性密封件4设置为记忆钢片,记忆钢片在碟板3处于关闭时为弧形,在碟板3处于开启时为平面形,记忆钢片的表面喷塑耐腐蚀涂料。
记忆钢片在初始时为平面形,也是阀门处于开启状态,当其受力后变为弧形,且具有弹性用于推动副板与阀体1的内壁相抵触,此时阀门为关闭状态,记忆钢片由平面形变为弧形,需要的力很小,减小碟板3与阀体1的摩擦,提高阀门的使用寿命,该转变过程为阀门由开启转向关闭的过程,具有省力的效果。
制动机构包括制动杆和制动套,制动杆的一端固定在主板31上,另一端插入在制动套内,制动套固定在副板上。制动杆在制动套内滑动,因为波纹弹簧或记忆钢片硬度小于碟板3,制动杆与制动套配合用于固定主板31与副板,避免主板31与副板连接处弯折影响阀门关闭效果。
碟板3的外边缘位置设置有倒圆角,阀体1的内壁上设有用于碟板3嵌入的环槽。碟板3的边缘设有倒圆角,使其边缘呈弧形与环槽配合,一方面使阀门密封效果更好,另一方面使碟板3更好的转入到环槽内和从环槽内转出。
环槽上设有橡胶封片,橡胶封片固定在环槽的两侧。橡胶封片将环槽盖住,避免油液中的杂质沉积在环槽内,影响碟板3与阀体1的内壁,而且橡胶封片具有弹性,可以作为密封圈使用,进一步的提供碟板3与阀体1之间的密封效果。
根据图2、3所示;万向限位装置5包括万向扣51、卡板52、弹簧、拉杆53及手压杆54,万向扣51设置为环状,套设在阀杆2上且与阀体1固定连接,卡板52与阀杆2滑移连接,卡板52设置在万向扣51的上方,用于与万向扣51配合限定阀杆2转动,拉杆53的一端与卡板52固定连接,另一端与受压杆的一端固定连接,弹簧的一端固定在阀杆2上,另一端固定在拉杆53上,受压杆靠近手轮设置,并与阀杆2滑移连接。
卡板52与万向扣51配合限定阀杆2的转动,转动手轮时,将受压杆与手轮一起握住,卡板52通过拉杆53牵引从万向扣51上脱离,阀杆2接触限定可以转动,当阀杆2转动到相应角度后停止转动,松开受压杆, 卡板52在弹簧的作用下恢复到初始位置,与万向扣51配合固定阀杆2,操作方便,简单实用。
万向扣51包括安装座6和底板7,安装座6的上端面设有凹槽,凹槽的底壁上设有若干个穿到下端面的通孔,通孔内均设有活动杆8和弹簧,底板7连接在底座的下端上,弹簧一端与相对活动杆8连接,另一端与底板7连接,活动杆8相对弹簧的另一端向上延伸到凹槽外。
根据图4所示,活动杆8是用于限定卡板52,当卡板52落入到凹槽内后,处于卡板52下方的活动杆8被压入到通孔内,未压入到通孔内的活动杆8限定卡板52移动,卡板52升起后,活动杆8在弹簧的作用下升起恢复到初始位置,卡板52随阀杆2转动到任意一个角度,均可实现上述功能,达到万向锁定的效果。
阀体1的内壁上设有用于与碟板3抵触的档环,档环相对碟板3的端面上连接有由四氟橡胶制成的密封圈。阀门关闭后,碟板3受到环槽和制动机构的限定固定不动,档环与碟板3配合,记忆两者之间的密封圈,使其形变,增加密封效果。

阀体(1),所述阀体(1)的相对两端分别设有入口和出口;
阀芯,所述阀芯主要由阀杆(2)和可旋转碟板(3)构成,所述碟板(3)置于阀体(1)内,所述阀杆(2)的一端与碟板(3)固定连接,另一端向上延伸至阀体(1)外,并且该端连接有手轮,所述阀杆(2)与阀体(1)密封连接处设有万向限位装置(5);
所述碟板(3)包括主板(31)和分布在主板(31)两侧的左副板(32)与右副板(33),所述左副板(32)、右副板(33)及主板(31)拼接构成圆形,所述左副板(32)与主板(31)之间和右副板(33)与主板(31)之间均设有弹性密封件(4)和制动机构;
所述万向限位装置(5)包括万向扣(51)、卡板(52)、压缩弹簧(55)、拉杆(53)及手压杆(54),所述万向扣(51)设置为环状,套设在阀杆(2)上且与阀体(1)固定连接,所述卡板(52)与阀杆(2)滑移连接,卡板(52)设置在万向扣(51)的上方,用于与万向扣(51)配合限定阀杆(2)转动,所述拉杆(53)的一端与卡板(52)固定连接,另一端与受压杆的一端固定连接,所述压缩弹簧(55)的一端固定在阀杆(2)上,另一端固定在拉杆(53)上,所述受压杆靠近手轮设置,并与阀杆(2)滑移连接;
所述万向扣(51)包括安装座(6)和底板(7),所述安装座(6)的上端面设有凹槽,凹槽的底壁上设有若干个穿到下端面的通孔,通孔内均设有活动杆(8)和复位弹簧(9),所述底板(7)连接在底座的下端上,所述复位弹簧(9)一端与相对活动杆(8)连接,另一端与底板(7)连接,所述活动杆(8)相对复位弹簧(9)的另一端向上延伸到凹槽外。

4.根据权利要求1至3任意一项权利要求所述的阀门,其特征是:所述制动机构包括制动杆和制动套,所述制动杆的一端固定在主板(31)上,另一端插入在制动套内,所述制动套固定在副板上。
