Abstract
本发明涉及一种三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,属于阀门技术领域。其包括端盖、阀杆、阀体、阀板、填料、填料压盖、手轮和涡轮装置;所述阀体下方固定端盖,阀杆设置于阀体中,阀板与阀杆连接,阀杆上方设有填料,填料上设置填料压盖,填料压盖上方连接涡轮装置,涡轮装置通过手轮控制;所述阀板由第一密封面、密封隔板和第二密封面组成,在密封隔板外周设有一密封圈。本发明对阀板结构进行了改进,使得三偏心蝶阀反向受压时,通过密封圈和新的阀板结构可使得阀板通过变形来对密封不足的问题进行补偿,提高反向密封能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,具体涉及一种正反向密封性能均优良的三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
蝶阀是指关闭件为圆盘形状的蝶板,蝶板围绕阀杆的轴线旋转来达到开启或关闭的一种阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀作为开启或关闭管道和设备的介质的阀门,在管道和设备中起着调节和截流的作用,在石油,天然气,化工等领域有着广泛的应用。
随着工业技术的发展,普通蝶阀已经满足不了 工业上的需求,为满足各种工况要求、蝶阀先后经历了同心、单偏心、双偏心和三偏心的演变。现有技术中比较先进的蝶阀是三偏心蝶阀,阀体和阀座为连体构件,阀座密封表面层堆焊耐温、耐蚀合金材料,多层软叠式密封圈固定在阀板上。
蝶阀的三偏心具体如下:第一个偏心是指蝶板的回转中心H相对于蝶板中心在轴向存在偏心距c;第二个偏心是指蝶板的回转中心H相对于蝶板中心在径向存在偏心距e;第一个偏心是指蝶板锥面轴向与阀体通道轴线成一个角度β,即角偏心。由于轴向偏心距c的存在,保证了蝶阀密封面是一个完整连续的锥面。
经过第三次偏心后,蝶板的密封断面为椭圆形。该结构使360°圆周密封面上最低压力角大于磨擦角,因此杜绝了局部相互磨擦和卡死现象,实现了阀板在开关瞬间密封面分离和接触,大大减轻阀门开关时的磨擦扭矩力,解决了双偏心蝶阀密封结构缺陷,延长了阀门的使用寿命。该阀360°圆周面上各点密封正压力是靠传动装置力矩实现的,理论上金属密封圈无须自身变形即可获得零泄漏的双向密封效果。由于其密封结构是斜锥形,所以,存在主、次密封方向问题。主密封方向随介质压力增大,阀板斜锥表面与阀座密封面挤压越紧,密封效果越好。当反方向受压时,阀板与阀座之间的密封靠驱动装置的力矩压紧的,随着反向介质压力的增大,阀板与阀座之间的正压力小于介质压力时,密封开始泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种正反向密封性能均优良的三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,包括端盖、阀杆、阀体、阀板、填料、填料压盖、手轮和涡轮装置;所述阀体下方固定端盖,阀杆设置于阀体中,阀板与阀杆连接,阀杆上方设有填料,填料上设置填料压盖,填料压盖上方连接涡轮装置,涡轮装置通过手轮控制;
所述阀板由第一密封面、密封隔板和第二密封面组成,在密封隔板外周设有一密封圈。所述阀板径向均为锥形斜面,密封圈形状与阀板外周相同,同样为锥形斜面设置。所述密封隔板为非金属结构,具备弹性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明对阀板结构进行了改进,使得三偏心蝶阀反向受压时,通过密封圈和新的阀板结构可使得阀板通过变形来对密封不足的问题进行补偿,提高反向密封能力。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示:三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,包括端盖1、阀杆2、阀体3、阀板4、填料5、填料压盖6、手轮7和涡轮装置8;所述阀体3下方固定端盖1,阀杆2设置于阀体3中,阀板4与阀杆2连接,阀杆2上方设有填料5,填料5上设置填料压盖6,填料压盖6上方连接涡轮装置8,涡轮装置8通过手轮7控制;
所述阀板4由第一密封面4-1、密封隔板4-2和第二密封面4-3组成,在密封隔板4-2外周设有一密封圈4-4。所述阀板4径向均为锥形斜面,密封圈4-4形状与阀板4外周相同,同样为锥形斜面设置。所述密封隔板4-2为非金属结构,具备弹性。
本发明工作时,阀杆2和阀板4有两个偏心,阀板4和阀座密封面呈斜圆锥台形,阀门关闭时阀板4由于偏心的缘故往前推,阀板4和阀座在关闭过程中不产生摩擦,阀板4直接压在阀座上,保证了阀座的使用寿命。
本发明为实现可靠的双向密封功能,对阀板4结构予以改良,随着传动装置的力矩增大,还可以通过密封圈4-4的变形来补偿密封效果不足问题,提高了其反向密封的能力。

1.三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,包括端盖(1)、阀杆(2)、阀体(3)、阀板(4)、填料(5)、填料压盖(6)、手轮(7)和涡轮装置(8);所述阀体(3)下方固定端盖(1),阀杆(2)设置于阀体(3)中,阀板(4)与阀杆(2)连接,阀杆(2)上方设有填料(5),填料(5)上设置填料压盖(6),填料压盖(6)上方连接涡轮装置(8),涡轮装置(8)通过手轮(7)控制;
其特征是:所述阀板(4)由第一密封面(4-1)、密封隔板(4-2)和第二密封面(4-3)组成,在密封隔板(4-2)外周设有一密封圈(4-4)。
2.如权利要求1所述三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,其特征是:所述阀板(4)径向均为锥形斜面,密封圈(4-4)形状与阀板(4)外周相同,同样为锥形斜面设置。
3.如权利要求1所述三偏心涡轮手动蝶阀,其特征是:所述密封隔板(4-2)为非金属结构,具备弹性。
