Abstract

本发明公开了一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀,阀体的顶部设有一上阀盖,阀体的底部设有一下阀盖,上阀盖和下阀盖间设有一阀杆,阀体的两侧设有两个法兰,第一法兰和第二法兰与阀体间为可拆卸螺纹连接,阀体内设有一阀板,阀板上设有两个横梁,上横梁和阀杆间通过多根上销钉固定,下横梁和阀杆间通过多根下销钉固定,上阀盖的顶部连接一齿轮箱,齿轮箱上设有一驱动手轮。该蝶阀在阀体的两侧各设置了一个法兰,法兰与阀体间为可拆卸的螺纹连接结构,当阀板被腐蚀无法使用的时候可以将阀体两侧的法兰拆卸下来,这样内部的阀板去除销钉后即可拆卸,换装上新阀板后蝶阀可以继续使用。这样就有效降低了用船成本,也节约了资源。

本发明涉及一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀是蝶阀的一种,这种蝶阀由于长时间在海水中使用阀板很容易被腐蚀,当阀板腐蚀严重的时候整个阀体都要更换,加大了用船成本,也造成了资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀,包含一阀体,阀体的顶部设有一上阀盖,阀体的底部设有一下阀盖,上阀盖和下阀盖间设有一阀杆,阀体的两侧设有一第一法兰和一第二法兰,第一法兰和第二法兰与阀体间为可拆卸螺纹连接,阀体内设有一阀板,阀板上设有一上横梁和一下横梁,上横梁和阀杆间通过多根上销钉固定,下横梁和阀杆间通过多根下销钉固定,上阀盖的顶部连接一齿轮箱,齿轮箱上设有一驱动手轮,驱动手轮控制阀杆的转动。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的阀板、上横梁和下横梁一体成型。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的阀板为双层结构。
本发明的船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀在阀体的两侧各设置了一个法兰,法兰与阀体间为可拆卸的螺纹连接结构,当阀板被腐蚀无法使用的时候可以将阀体两侧的法兰拆卸下来,这样内部的阀板去除销钉后即可拆卸,换装上新阀板后蝶阀可以继续使用。这样就有效降低了用船成本,也节约了资源。

如图1所示,一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀1,包含一阀体5,阀体5的顶部设有一上阀盖4,阀体5的底部设有一下阀盖13,上阀盖4和下阀盖13间设有一阀杆9,阀体5的两侧设有一第一法兰6和一第二法兰14,第一法兰6和第二法兰14与阀体5间为可拆卸螺纹连接,阀体5内设有一阀板10,阀板10上设有一上横梁7和一下横梁12,上横梁7和阀杆9间通过多根上销钉8固定,下横梁12和阀杆9间通过多根下销钉11固定,上阀盖4的顶部连接一齿轮箱3,齿轮箱3上设有一驱动手轮2,驱动手轮2控制阀杆9的转动。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的阀板10、上横梁7和下横梁12一体成型。

1.一种船用中心型法兰蜗杆式手动蝶阀(1),其特征在于,包含一阀体(5),阀体(5)的顶部设有一上阀盖(4),阀体(5)的底部设有一下阀盖(13),上阀盖(4)和下阀盖(13)间设有一阀杆(9),阀体(5)的两侧设有一第一法兰(6)和一第二法兰(14),第一法兰(6)和第二法兰(14)与阀体(5)间为可拆卸螺纹连接,阀体(5)内设有一阀板(10),阀板(10)上设有一上横梁(7)和一下横梁(12),上横梁(7)和阀杆(9)间通过多根上销钉(8)固定,下横梁(12)和阀杆(9)间通过多根下销钉(11)固定,上阀盖(4)的顶部连接一齿轮箱(3),齿轮箱(3)上设有一驱动手轮(2),驱动手轮(2)控制阀杆(9)的转动。
