本发明公开了一种风力发电用蝶阀控制装置,包含一阀体,阀体上设有一阀杆,阀体上还设有一支架,支架内设有一转轴,转轴的低端螺纹连接一转接杆,转接杆的末端设有一插接头,插接头与阀杆通过螺杆活动连接,支架的顶端设有一电机座,电机座与支架间为相互插接,电机座上固定连接一驱动电机,驱动电机驱动转轴转动。本发明的风力发电用蝶阀控制装置在阀体与驱动电机间设置了一个支架,电机驱动支架内的转轴转动,转轴与阀杆间通过转接杆连接,这样电机、阀杆、驱动杆彼此独立,很容易拆卸,不论是维修还是后期保养都比较容易操作,降低了作业难度。

本发明涉及一种蝶阀控制装置,更确切地说,是一种风力发电用蝶阀控制装置。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。目前风力发电用蝶阀阀体与控制装置之间的连接过于致密,导致控制装置的维修与保养操作部方便,费时费力。

本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种风力发电用蝶阀控制装置。

一种风力发电用蝶阀控制装置,包含一阀体,阀体上设有一阀杆,阀体上还设有一支架,支架内设有一转轴,转轴的低端螺纹连接一转接杆,转接杆的末端设有一插接头,插接头与阀杆通过螺杆活动连接,支架的顶端设有一电机座,电机座与支架间为相互插接,电机座上固定连接一驱动电机,驱动电机驱动转轴转动。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的驱动电机为直流异步电机。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的驱动电机与电机座间为卡槽插接。
本发明的风力发电用蝶阀控制装置在阀体与驱动电机间设置了一个支架,电机驱动支架内的转轴转动,转轴与阀杆间通过转接杆连接,这样电机、阀杆、驱动杆彼此独立,很容易拆卸,不论是维修还是后期保养都比较容易操作,降低了作业难度。

如图1所示,一种风力发电用蝶阀控制装置1,包含一阀体20,阀体20上设有一阀杆21,阀体20上还设有一支架10,支架10内设有一转轴30,转轴30的低端螺纹连接一转接杆31,转接杆31的末端设有一插接头22,插接头22与阀杆21通过螺杆活动连接,支架10的顶端设有一电机座40,电机座40与支架10间为相互插接,电机座40上固定连接一驱动电机41,驱动电机41驱动转轴30转动。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的驱动电机41为直流异步电机。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的驱动电机41与电机座40间为卡槽插接。
该发明的风力发电用蝶阀控制装置在阀体与驱动电机间设置了一个支架,电机驱动支架内的转轴转动,转轴与阀杆间通过转接杆连接,这样电机、阀杆、驱动杆彼此独立,很容易拆卸,不论是维修还是后期保养都比较容易操作,降低了作业难度。
