Abstract

本发明提供了一种双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混蝶阀,包括两个蝶板、三个阀体、两个密封垫圈及外清洗循环系统,其特征在于,其中两个蝶板分别被弹性材料的密封圈包裹,两个蝶板轴的顶端通过四连杆机构连接,两个蝶板并能在外力作用下通过联动机构绕自己轴心转动,三个阀体中间的一个阀体上设置有进、出口清洗管。本发明的有益效果:本发明通过阀芯来控制清洗液的开和关,清洗管与清洗液管相连,通过蝶板的旋转不但实现蝶阀通道开和关,同时也实现清洗液循环系统的通和关,以此达到清洗阀体通道内滞留液体或混合液体的清洗,防止通通道两边的介质液体混合,产生相互污染,同时也可以实现对阀体密封泄漏的一种检查,输送清洗液实现装置的在线清洗。

一种双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于饮料、食品、药物或生物技术产品的流控设备,以及流控设备上的一种双蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀。
背景技术
目前市场上的蝶阀,蝶阀两边管道在使用不同种介质液体,阀门关闭时,两种介质液体因融合滞留于通道内,或因密封泄漏相互渗透,互相产生污染,造成次生污染,同时,普通的蝶阀,只有单蝶板,只有单层的密封保护。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种不但可以对通道的滞留液体清洗,还对密封泄漏液体清洗的双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混蝶阀,包括两个蝶板、三个阀体、两个密封垫圈及外清洗循环系统,其中两个蝶板分别被弹性材料的密封圈包裹,两个蝶板轴的顶端通过四连杆机构连接,两个蝶板并能在外力作用下通过联动机构绕自己轴心转动,三个阀体中间的一个阀体上设置有进、出口清洗管,清洗管通过螺栓固定在阀体上,两清洗管内部分别安装有小阀芯和一弹簧及密封O型圈,两个蝶板之间形成一空间,空间与三个阀体中间的一个阀体形成一个独立腔室;三个阀体中间的一个阀体上连通有两个清洗管,用螺栓固定在三个阀体中间的一个阀体上,清洗管内分别安装有一个小阀芯,常规时,阀芯在弹簧的张力下,清洗管关闭,阀芯外端部设置有一球形部件,球形部件焊接固定在阀芯上,四连杆连杆机构随蝶板900旋转而作同步900旋转,即蝶板旋转900则蝶板也同步旋转900,蝶板端都分别连接有一个支杆,支杆随蝶板同时转动,并逐渐靠近阀芯的球形部件,将阀芯克服弹簧张力逐渐压下球形部件,直到阀芯密封被打开,反之,蝶板旋转返回时,支杆逐渐离开阀芯球形部件,阀芯失去支杆压力而在弹簧张力下复位关闭;当阀芯打开后,清洗系统构成一个循环的清洗路径,具体是:清洗管腔室至第一腔室至第二腔室至第三腔室至第四腔室形成一完整通路,此清洗路径一旦随阀芯的关闭而关闭。
蝶板驱动部分为方芯结构。
蝶板与手动机构、气动机构或电动结构传动连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过阀芯来控制清洗液的开和关,清洗管与清洗液管相连,通过蝶板的旋转不但实现蝶阀通道开和关,同时也实现清洗液循环系统的通和关,以此达到清洗阀体通道内滞留液体或混合液体的清洗,防止通通道两边的介质液体混合,产生相互污染,同时也可以实现对阀体密封泄漏的一种检查,输送清洗液实现装置的在线清洗。

具体实施方式
如图所示,防混蝶阀双蝶板02a,02b之间的空腔与三个阀体中间的一个阀体01形成一个腔室R3,三个阀体中间的一个阀体01与两边阀体04a,04b、蝶板02a,02b、密封垫圈03a,03b各组成一组独立的蝶阀,随蝶板的同步转动,实现所述蝶阀的开和关,此功能与常规蝶阀的开关控制相同。所述双蝶板防混蝶阀中阀体在腔室R3内设置了两个清洗连接管08a,08b与第二腔室R3相通,清洗液从进口到出口有个连接的通道:清洗管腔室R1到第一腔室R2到第二腔室R3到第三腔室R2a到第四腔室R1a,其通道开和关受到阀芯05a,05b的控制,实现清洗液的通和断。清洗连接管08a,08b内部有阀芯05a,05b、弹簧10和密封垫圈,阀芯在弹簧的张力作用下与三个阀体中间的一个阀体01贴紧形成封闭的腔室R2a,清洗液关闭,即清洗通道关闭。当蝶板作0°-90°转动时,四连杆机构16,17同步转动,以及与蝶板02a连接的支杆也同步转动,支杆13a,13b逐渐接近阀芯05a,05b球形头部,直到将阀芯克服弹簧10张力压下,并打开腔室R2a,R2b的密封,清洗液通道被连通,清洗液对清洗腔室R3的清洗,而此时两蝶板02a,02b正好处于密封状态,实现腔室R3两边通道的介质液体被完全阻断,而且滞留于腔室R3的混合介质被清洗液清洗,保证两边管道介质纯净无污染图3。
蝶板关闭时,如果蝶板密封圈03a,03b,泄漏液体进入腔室R3,并通过清洗。反之当蝶板作90°-0°转动时,四连杆机构16,17反向同步转动,以及与蝶板02a连接的支杆也反向同步转动,支杆13a,13b逐渐离开阀芯05a,05b球形头部,直到阀芯在弹簧张力下贴紧三个阀体中间的一个阀体01,形成封闭的腔室R2a,清洗液关闭,而此时两蝶板密封打开,两边通道介质液体相互流通,实现两通液体混合,而清洗液通道关闭。
气缸在气嘴16充气压力和内部弹簧复位张力的作用下驱动连接轴12转动,从0°-90°,再从90°-0°,循环往复,连接轴设置有方芯内孔,带动有方芯的蝶板02a一起转动带动蝶板02a转动可以是手动,也可以是电动。
如图1.1-图1.3,当蝶板02a从0°-90°旋转时蝶板与阀体管道通道垂直,四连杆机构16,17同步转动,以及与蝶板02a连接的支杆也同步转动,支杆13a,13b逐渐接近阀芯05a,05b球形头部,直到将阀芯克服弹簧10张力压下,并打开腔室R2a,R2b的密封,清洗液通道被打开,而此时两蝶板02a,02b正好处于密封,与中部阀体构成一个封闭的第二腔室R3,清洗液从进口到出口有个连接的通道:清洗管腔室R1到第一腔室R2到第二腔室R3到第三腔室R2a到第四腔室R1a,整个通道是开通的,清洗液对第二腔室R3进行清洗,带走滞留在第二腔室R3的混合液体或污染液体,而蝶阀两边的液体通道被关闭,防止管道两边的介质液体混合,产生混合污染,保证管道两边液体纯净。同时,如果蝶板02a,02b与密封圈03a,03b之间发生泄漏,泄漏液体进入环形的第二腔室R3,同样泄漏液体通过清洗循环通道流出,实现管道液体泄漏自检。
反之,如图2.1-图2.3,当蝶板作90°-0°转动时(蝶板与阀体管道通道平行),四连杆机构16,17反向同步转动,以及与蝶板02a连接的支杆也反向同步转动,支杆13a,13b逐渐离开阀芯05a,05b球形头部,直到阀芯在弹簧张力下贴紧三个阀体中间的一个阀体01,形成封闭的腔室R2a,清洗液关闭,而此时两蝶板密封打开,两边通道介质液体相互流通,实现两通液体混合。

Claims (3)

1.一种双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混蝶阀,包括两个蝶板(02a,02b)、三个阀体(01,04a,04b)、两个密封垫圈(03a,03b)及外清洗循环系统,其特征在于,其中两个蝶板(02a,02b)分别被弹性材料的密封圈(03a,03b)包裹,两个蝶板轴的顶端通过四连杆机构(16,17)连接,两个蝶板并能在外力作用下通过联动机构绕自己轴心转动,三个阀体中间的一个阀体(01)上设置有进、出口清洗管(08a,08b),清洗管通过螺栓(15)固定在阀体上,两清洗管内部分别安装有小阀芯(05a,05b)和一弹簧(10)及密封O型圈,两个蝶板(02a,02b)之间形成一空间,空间与三个阀体中间的一个阀体(01)形成一个独立腔室(R3);三个阀体中间的一个阀体(01)上连通有两个清洗管(08a,08b),用螺栓(15)固定在三个阀体中间的一个阀体(01)上,清洗管内分别安装有一个小阀芯(05a,05b),常规时,阀芯在弹簧的张力下,清洗管(08a,08b)关闭,阀芯外端部设置有一球形部件(11a,11b),球形部件焊接固定在阀芯上,四连杆连杆机构随蝶板(02a)90°旋转而作同步90°旋转,即蝶板(02a)旋转90°则蝶板(02b)也同步旋转90°,蝶板(02a,02b)一端都分别连接有一个支杆(13a,13b),支杆随蝶板(02a,02b)同时转动,并逐渐靠近阀芯的球形部件(11a,11b),将阀芯(05a,05b)克服弹簧(10)张力逐渐压下球形部件(11a,11b),直到阀芯密封被打开,反之,蝶板(02a,02b)旋转返回时,支杆(13a,13b)逐渐离开阀芯球形部件(11a,11b),阀芯失去支杆压力而在弹簧张力下复位关闭;当阀芯(05a,05b)打开后,清洗系统构成一个循环的清洗路径,具体是:清洗管腔室(R1)至第一腔室(R2)至第二腔室(R3)至第三腔室(R2a)至第四腔室(R1a)形成一完整通路,此清洗路径一旦随阀芯(05a,05b)的关闭而关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,蝶板(02a,02b)驱动部分为方芯结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双蝶板外清洗无菌式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,蝶板与手动机构、气动机构或电动结构传动连接。
