Abstract
本发明提供了一种单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,包括一蝶板、两阀体、一密封圈及外清洗循环系统,蝶板的周向两侧分别设有凹槽,且两凹槽的相邻端相通,两凹槽的另一端分别通过第一小孔腔室、第一小孔腔室连通进口清洗管和出口清洗管,进口清洗管和出口清洗管分别设置在两阀体上,进口清洗管和出口清洗管与外清洗循环系统连通。本发明的有益效果:不但可以对通道的滞留液体清洗,还可以对密封泄漏液体清洗,如果发生泄漏,还能通过将泄漏液从清洗循环通道排出,实现自检功能,蝶板的驱动能量能满足多种驱动方式如手动、电动、气动等,同时能和常规的蝶阀驱动形式互换。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于饮料、食品、药物或生物技术产品的流控设备,特别涉及流控设备上的单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀。
背景技术
目前市场上的蝶阀,蝶阀两边管道在使用不同种介质液体,阀门关闭时,两种介质液体因融合滞留于通道内,或因密封泄漏相互渗透,互相产生污染,造成次生污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,本发明单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,不但可以对通道的滞留液体清洗,还可以对密封泄漏液体清洗,如果发生泄漏,还能通过将泄漏液从清洗循环通道排出,实现自检功能,蝶板的驱动能量能满足多种驱动方式如手动、电动、气动等,同时能和常规的蝶阀驱动形式互换。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,包括一蝶板、两阀体、一密封圈及外清洗循环系统,蝶板的周向两侧分别设有凹槽,且两凹槽的相邻端相通,两凹槽的另一端分别通过第一小孔腔室、第一小孔腔室连通进口清洗管和出口清洗管,进口清洗管和出口清洗管分别设置在两阀体上,进口清洗管和出口清洗管与外清洗循环系统连通;当旋转到一个角度后,蝶板、蝶板小孔腔室与密封圈小孔腔室被阻断关闭,而蝶板与密封圈之间密封被打开,即清洗循环通道关闭,而阀体管道打开;当蝶板再继续旋转一角度后,蝶板小孔腔室与密封圈小孔腔室连接导通,同时蝶板上的环形的腔室与密封圈形成封闭,从清洗管进口到出口整个清洗循环腔室都构成一个封闭的循环通道,即阀体管道关闭,清洗循环通道打开。
密封圈上也设置有密封圈小孔腔室,其中蝶板整体被密封圈包裹着,蝶板为弹性橡胶材料。
密封圈上两个小孔圆周上对称分布,且是通孔。
两个阀体设置有小孔腔室,小孔腔室上连接进口清洗管和出口清洗管,进口清洗管和出口清洗管外接清洗液。
还包括气缸和连接轴,连接轴上设有方芯内孔,蝶板上对应设有方芯。
本发明的有益效果:不但可以对通道的滞留液体清洗,还可以对密封泄漏液体清洗,如果发生泄漏,还能通过将泄漏液从清洗循环通道排出,实现自检功能,蝶板的驱动能量能满足多种驱动方式如手动、电动、气动等,同时能和常规的蝶阀驱动形式互换。

具体实施方式
本发明主要由一个蝶板04、两个阀体02,02a、一个密封圈03、进口清洗管01和出口清洗管01a组成,第一螺栓16将上面装置固定在一起,第二螺栓17将上面装置及连接体05固定在一起,而两个连接体05在本装置中仅仅起连接管道的作用,连接轴07将来自于气缸09的能量驱动蝶板04,气动支架08用于固定气缸图1.1-图1.3。防混蝶阀单蝶板4的圆周外沿有圆弧形凹槽,两凹槽一端通过小孔腔室连通,一端分别与第一小孔腔室R3a、R6a和第一小孔腔室R3a、R6a连接,这样蝶板本身构成了一个通道,此通道一旦构成密闭的条件,便形成循环通道,清洗液便通过其中进行清洗图3.1-图3.5。
防混蝶阀的密封圈03材料为弹性橡胶材料,圆周上紧紧包裹着蝶板04,对两阀体02,02a和蝶板04起密封作用,另特别设计了两个密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a,有下面两个作用:1,对蝶板04环形的腔室R4,R4a的密封,构成一组密闭的腔室,让蝶板04环形凹槽通道可以构成循环通道,实现清洗液在装置中的循环清洗;2,密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a对蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a通过蝶板的旋转构成通和关,实现清洗液的通和关图1.3,图2.3。
防混蝶阀的两个阀体01,01a上设计了两个小孔腔室R1,R1a,此腔室一端正好与两个密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a分别固定相通,一端与两个清洗管分别固定相通,因此两个小孔腔室R1,R1a至密封圈小孔腔室腔室R2,R2a都始终和清洗液相通图1.1
蝶板04在外力驱使下作90°旋转,如果蝶板在图2.1位置状态,则此时蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a与密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a是开通的,而蝶板环形的凹槽与密封圈03形成密封的环形的腔室R4,R4a,清洗液体可以通过凹槽和整个循环通道流通,这样实现密封圈3与环形凹槽封闭部分的滞留液体或混合液体的清洗,保证蝶板两边管道的介质纯净,无污染图2.1,图2.3。
同时蝶板在关闭状态下,如果蝶板两边管道的液体发生泄漏,那么,泄漏的液体可以进入蝶板环形的腔室R4,R4a再通过循环清洗通道流出清洗管外,实现泄漏自检图2.1
蝶板在外力作用下从图2.1作90°旋转,蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a与密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a随着旋转将发生逐渐关闭直到全部关闭,蝶板04与密封圈03的密封将发生开启直到全部开启,结果是清洗循环通道被阻断,实现清洗液关闭而蝶板两边通道介质液体可以流通图1.1,图1.2
如图1.1,气缸在气嘴15充气压力和内部弹簧复位张力的作用下驱动连接轴07转动,从0°-90°,再从90°-0°,循环往复,连接轴设计有方芯内孔,带动有方芯的蝶板04一起转动。
当蝶板转动到图1.1状态时,蝶板与密封圈的打开,管道处于全开状态,蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a与密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a关闭,整个清洗循环通道处于关闭状态,而蝶板两边通道的介质液体是流通的图1.1-图1.3。
当蝶板旋转继续旋转,蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a也绕轴心旋转,直到与密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a连通,此时蝶板与密封圈03处于关闭,蝶板04两边管道介质液体被隔断,不能混合,同时,蝶板04被密封圈03封闭形成环形的腔室R4,R4a,再加上蝶板的特殊设计,使环形的腔室R4,R4a一端通过第二小孔腔室R5连通,一端分别通过第一小孔腔室R3,R3a与蝶板小孔腔室R6,R6a连通,这样,进口清洗管01和出口清洗管01a从进口到出口,中间的所有通道都是开通的,其路径是:进口清洗管01至小孔腔室R1至密封圈小孔腔室R2至蝶板小孔腔室R6至小孔R3至腔室R4至第二小孔腔室R5至腔室R4a至第一小孔腔室R3a至蝶板小孔腔室R6a至密封圈小孔腔室R2a至小孔腔室R1a至出口清洗管01a于是,当清洗液通过环形的腔室R4,R4a后,滞留在环形的腔室R4,R4a的混合液体被一起带走,环形的腔室R4,R4a得到清洗,防止管道两边的介质液体混合,产生混合污染,保证管道两边液体纯净同时,如果蝶板04与密封圈03之间发生泄漏,泄漏液体进入环形的腔室R4,R4a,同样泄漏液体通过清洗循环通道流出,实现管道液体泄漏自检。
阀体02,02a小孔腔室R1,R1a一端与进口清洗管01和出口清洗管01a固定相通,另一端与密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a固定相通,进口清洗管01和出口清洗管01a与清洗液相连,一进口一出口,因此小孔腔室R1,R1a和密封圈小孔腔室R2,R2a都充满着清洗液体,保证清洗液在清洗循环通道中能够畅通。
Claims (5)
1.一种单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,包括一蝶板、两阀体、一密封圈及外清洗循环系统,其特征在于,蝶板的周向两侧分别设有凹槽,且两凹槽的相邻端相通,两凹槽的另一端分别通过第一小孔腔室(R3a、R6a)、第一小孔腔室(R3a、R6a)连通进口清洗管(01)和出口清洗管(01a),进口清洗管(01)和出口清洗管(01a)分别设置在两阀体(02,02a)上,进口清洗管(01)和出口清洗管(01a)与外清洗循环系统连通;当旋转到一个角度后,蝶板(04)、蝶板小孔腔室(R6,R6a)与密封圈小孔腔室(R2,R2a)被阻断关闭,而蝶板(04)与密封圈(03)之间密封被打开,即清洗循环通道关闭,而阀体管道打开;当蝶板再继续旋转一角度后,蝶板小孔腔室(R6,R6a)与密封圈小孔腔室(R2,R2a)连接导通,同时蝶板上的环形的腔室(R4,R4a)与密封圈形成封闭,从清洗管进口到出口整个清洗循环腔室都构成一个封闭的循环通道,即阀体管道关闭,清洗循环通道打开。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,密封圈(03)上也设置有密封圈小孔腔室(R2,R2a),其中蝶板(04)整体被密封圈(03)包裹着,蝶板(04)为弹性橡胶材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,密封圈(03)上两个第一小孔腔室(R3a、R6a)圆周上对称分布,且是通孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,两个阀体(02,02a)设置有小孔腔室(R1,R1a),小孔腔室(R1,R1a)上连接进口清洗管(01)和出口清洗管(01a),进口清洗管(01)和出口清洗管(01a)外接清洗液。
5.如权利要求4所述的单蝶板清洗式防混蝶阀,其特征在于,还包括气缸和连接轴,连接轴上设有方芯内孔,蝶板(04)上对应设有方芯。
