本发明公开了一种植物蜡染固色方法，包括如下操作步骤：将白色纯棉布在清水浸泡20‑30分钟，然后在染色缸染色，再捞出染色缸待滴干，如重复操作五次；染色捞出滴干后再放入清水缸清洗干净晾干，晾干后再继续放入染色缸浸泡10分钟取出晾干，如重复操作3次；在锅内装入水和碱，将染色布料放入锅内开水煮20分钟，取出清洗晾干，再煮5分钟后洗净晾干，再放入豆浆水缸里泡透取出晾干；在一个桶内装入5千克水和0.5‑0.7千克豆浆，均匀混合搅拌后静置10分钟，将晾干的布料置入浸泡取出晾干，再在蒸锅蒸15‑20分钟，取出撑开晾干即可。采用上述方法，布上兰、白分明花纹清晰，并且解决了避植物蜡染色后脱色的问题。

一种植物蜡染固色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种植物蜡染固色方法，属于纺织印染技术领域。
技术背景
植物靛蓝是我国少数民族的传统工艺 --- 蜡染所采用的一种最广泛的天然植物染料，是一种无毒、无害、无污染，具有特殊香味及保健功能的染料，其染色制品色泽鲜艳、色调高雅且手感丰满厚实，具有化学合成染料所无法比拟的优点。在古代，植物靛蓝是应用最广泛和最重要的染料，可以染制丝、毛、棉、麻等纤维制品。在我国云南、贵州、广西及海南等地的瑶族、苗族、壮族等少数民族地区，一直沿用植物靛蓝染色的传统工艺，这些少数民族的蜡染制品极具特色，现在除作为他们的服用功能外，也是深受游客尤其是外国游客欢迎的旅游纪念品。
按以上传统的植物靛蓝染色工艺所得到的蜡染制品存在易脱色的问题，严重影响了植物靛蓝蜡染产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明关于提高天然植物靛蓝染料蜡染制品的蜡染固色方法，解决脱色问题。
本发明采用的技术方案：一种植物蜡染固色方法，包括如下操作步骤：
1） 在容积为30千克的塑料缸里注满清水，将白色纯棉布艺放入浸泡20-30分钟，再将布料捞出缸滴干，然后在制备一缸容积150千克水，加1千克植物蓝靛和2千克50度以上白酒搅拌均匀，静置15分钟，把滴干的纯棉白布放入浸泡20分钟，再捞出染色缸待滴干，50-70分钟再下缸浸泡20分钟，如重复操作五次；
2）染色捞出滴干后再放入清水缸清洗干净晾干，晾干后再继续放入染色缸浸泡10分钟左右取出晾干，如重复操作3次；
3）在锅内装入25千克水和50克碱，将染色布料放入锅内开水煮20分钟，取出清洗晾干，再煮5分钟后洗净晾干，再放入豆浆水缸里泡透取出晾干；
4）在一个桶内装入5千克水和0.5-0.7千克豆浆，均匀混合搅拌后静置10分钟，温度在40℃，将晾干的布料置入浸泡10分钟取出缸滴水晾干，再在90-100℃蒸锅蒸15-20分钟，取出撑开晾干即可。
采用上述方法，布上兰、白分明花纹清晰，并且解决了避植物蜡染色后脱色的问题，蜡染图案几年后色彩依旧。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1） 在容积为30千克的塑料缸里注满清水，将白色纯棉布放入浸泡20-30分钟，再将布料捞出缸滴干，然后在制备一缸容积150千克水，加1千克植物蓝靛和2千克50度以上白酒搅拌均匀，静置15分钟，把滴干的纯棉白布放入浸泡20分钟，再捞出染色缸待滴干，60分钟再下缸浸泡20分钟，如重复操作五次；
2）染色捞出滴干后再放入清水缸清洗干净晾干，晾干后再继续放入染色缸浸泡10分钟左右取出晾干，如重复操作3次；
3）在锅内装入25千克水和50克碱，将染色布料放入锅内开水煮20分钟，取出清洗晾干，再煮5分钟后洗净晾干，再放入豆浆水缸里泡透取出晾干；
4）在一个桶内装入5千克水和0.5千克豆浆，均匀混合搅拌后静置10分钟，温度在40℃，将晾干的布料置入浸泡10分钟取出缸滴水晾干，再在90-100℃蒸锅蒸15分钟，取出撑开晾干即可。

1.一种植物蜡染固色方法，其特征在于包括如下操作步骤：
1） 在容积为30千克的塑料缸里注满清水，将白色纯棉布放入浸泡20-30分钟，再将布料捞出缸滴干，然后在制备一缸容积150千克水，加1千克植物蓝靛和2千克50度以上白酒搅拌均匀，静置15分钟，把滴干的纯棉白布放入浸泡20分钟，再捞出染色缸待滴干，50-70分钟再下缸浸泡20分钟，如重复操作五次；
2）染色捞出滴干后再放入清水缸清洗干净晾干，晾干后再继续放入染色缸浸泡10分钟取出晾干，如重复操作3次；
3）在锅内装入25千克水和50克碱，将染色布料放入锅内开水煮20分钟，取出清洗晾干，再煮5分钟后洗净晾干，再放入豆浆水缸里泡透取出晾干；
