本发明公开了一种遇水现花雨具布及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)选择布料;(2)染色、平整;(3)上疏水剂;(4)打卷;(5)PVC树脂过筛、储罐,上自动秤;(6)助剂计量、研磨,上自动秤;(7)PVC树脂和助剂称重后,进行高速搅拌混合;(8)搅拌后的混合物进行密炼、第一次开炼、第二次开炼;(9)通过喂料机进入压延机;(10)牵引、扩幅、缓冷、冷却;(11)切边、卷曲,上印刷机;(12)称取环已酮,搅拌均匀;(13)上花版、印刷,干却;14)打卷,成品。本发明的工艺生产的遇水现花涤纶布pvc防雨布,具有在涤纶pvc雨衣布上或者是在涤纶pu雨衣布上遇水现花的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料防雨材料制造领域,具体是一种遇水现花涤纶布pvc或者涤纶+pu的雨衣布生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的雨衣材料就是素色涤纶布或者是在布的表面进行有色印花。反面压延pvc或者是pu。有着防水防风的性能。但是这些掺杂某些成分的pvc往往经过低温冷冻,或者是太阳直射的情况下会发硬脱胶,裂口现象,就同时出现漏水情况。由于表面素色颜色的单调,没有新颖感死板,有色印花的艳丽,让人眼花,雨中对骑行者的视线产生干扰,形成不安全因素。
所以现有的雨衣材料颜色的死板单一和印花的凌乱性,以及胶质的氧化脱胶现象严重。遇水现花这一材料弥补了雨衣布的死板素色和印刷凌乱的缺陷。让雨衣淡雅却不缺乏活力,给人以时尚新颖清新的享受。这种布料彩用的是全新环保pvc胶,经高温融化,多道胶水融合布和胶,增强牢固度,不会轻易脱胶开裂,零下20摄氏度不发硬不脱胶,成而延长雨衣的使用寿命,减少雨衣跟换的频率,这样就减少污染,增强了对环境环保保护的条件,整个涤纶pvc雨衣布是可以回收再利用的,所以为环保提供条件。
为填补在雨衣布行业的遇水现花的空白,引导雨衣时尚潮流,促进市场消费;让雨衣的使用寿命更长,可以回收再利用,减少环境污染,保护环境,,应该研制一种涤纶布pvc防雨布遇水现花的生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种遇水现花雨具布及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种遇水现花雨具布及其生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择布料:选用白胚布;
(2)染色、平整;
(3)上疏水剂;
(4)打卷;
(5)PVC树脂过300-500目筛、储罐,上自动秤;
(6)助剂计量、研磨过1000-2000目,上自动秤;
(7)PVC树脂和助剂称重后,进行高速搅拌混合,搅拌速度1000-1200rpm,搅拌时间15-30分钟;
(8)搅拌后的混合物进行密炼、第一次开炼、第二次开炼;
(9)通过喂料机进入压延机;
(10)牵引、扩幅、缓冷、冷却;
(11)切边、卷曲,上印刷机;
(12)称取环已酮,搅拌均匀,搅拌20-30分钟;
(13)上花版、印刷,干却;
(14)打卷,成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的工艺生产的遇水现花涤纶布pvc防雨布,具有在涤纶pvc雨衣布上或者是在涤纶pu雨衣布上遇水现花的特点,遇水现花防水雨衣材料,填补了在雨衣布行业的遇水现花的空白,引导雨衣时尚潮流,促进市场消费。为雨衣行业注入新的活力,引导雨衣走向时尚化,促进消费,给雨衣行业的销售带来新的增长。

(6)助剂计量、研磨过1000-2000目,上自动秤;
(7)PVC树脂和助剂称重后,进行高速搅拌混合,搅拌速度1000-1200rpm,搅拌时间15-30分钟;

遇水现花防水材料,用于雨衣制品。用涤丝纺布染色定型,再涂疏水剂,再高温敷胶压延pvc胶在涤纶布上,或者涂层pu胶,再印刷环己同胶,隐藏花型,遇水后形成浮水花朵。
本发明的工艺产品针对雨衣材料素色的死板,和表面转移印花的可见性,用这种技术,是在雨水前看不出花型,在遇到水后才显现出花朵形状的水珠,由于花的隐藏性,既解决了可以看到素色的淡雅,又解决了能看到不同花型的时尚,符合现代年轻人的需求。为雨衣等防水材料创造出新的产品。为雨衣行业注入新的活力,引导雨衣走向时尚化,促进消费,给雨衣行业的销售带来新的增长。

(6)助剂计量、研磨过1000-2000目,上自动秤;
(7)PVC树脂和助剂称重后,进行高速搅拌混合,搅拌速度1000-1200rpm,搅拌时间15-30分钟;
(8)搅拌后的混合物进行密炼、第一次开炼、第二次开炼;
(9)通过喂料机进入压延机;
(10)牵引、扩幅、缓冷、冷却;
(11)切边、卷曲,上印刷机;
(12)称取环已酮,搅拌均匀,搅拌20-30分钟;
