Abstract
本发明提供了一种稀土泡沫铝材料,按质量百分比含量,其包括:铝合金粉92‑95%、铝粉1‑2%、稀土发泡填料2‑4%,复合发泡剂1‑3.5%。本发明以铝合金作为基体金属,采用熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝材料,且在铝合金中加入适量稀土发泡填料和复合发泡剂,制得的泡沫铝材料不仅纯度高,而且效果好,孔隙率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种稀土泡沫铝材料。
背景技术
金属泡沫材料是一种物理功能与结构一体化的新型工程材料。它所具备的多种优异物理性能使其在消声、减震、分离工程、催化载体、屏蔽防护、吸能缓冲等多个领域获得了广泛应用。
泡沫铝是在纯铝或铝合金中加入添加剂后,经过发泡工艺而成,同时兼有金属和气泡特征。它密度小、高吸收冲击能力强、耐高温、防火性能强、抗腐蚀、隔音降噪、导热率低、电磁屏蔽性高、耐候性强、有过滤能力、易加工、易安装、成形精度高、可进行表面涂装。因为具有优异的物理性能、化学性能和力学性能以及可回收性。泡沫铝的这些优异性能使其在当今的材料领域具有广阔的应用前景,是很有开发前途的工程材料,特别是在交通运输工业,航天事业和建筑结构工业等方面。
又稀土被誉为21世纪的朝阳产业“新技术革命的战略元素、高技术的生长点”新材料的宝库。我国的稀土资源十分丰富,而且原铝产量雄居世界首位,丰富的稀土资源及原铝生产的优势为稀土铝工业创造了得天独厚的物质基础,我国的资源优势必将转化为经济优势。
因此,提供一种适量的稀土发泡填料加入铝合金中,再加入复合发泡剂,制备稀土泡沫铝材料很有发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的第1个目的是提供一种稀土泡沫铝材料。
本发明的第2个目的是上述稀土泡沫铝材料的制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种稀土泡沫铝材料,按照质量配比,由以下物质组成:
铝合金粉92-95%、铝粉1-2%、稀土发泡填料2-4%,复合发泡剂1-3.5%。
所述铝合金粉品名是B-Al99MgSi。
所述复合发泡剂由下述质量配比的原料组成:
水玻璃5-10%、碳化硅70-85%、碳黑1-3.5%、改性硅树脂聚醚乳液3-10%、皂素4-8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3-5%。
所述稀土发泡填料由下述质量配比的原料组成:
高岭土60-70%、纳米BaSO4 10-25%、轻质CaCO3 5-10%、稀土Y 0.1-0.5%、纳米SiO2 1-3%、银粉Ag 2-4%。
制备上述稀土泡沫铝的方法如下:
1)熔化过程:将铝合金、铝粉以及稀土发泡填料按照质量配比加热到850-950℃后至合金及铝粉全部熔化;
2)发泡过程:按质量配比向铝熔体中加入复合发泡剂,并以1500r/min的速度搅拌3-5min,混合搅拌均匀;
3)保温过程:发泡剂混合均匀后,保温5-8min;
4)冷却过程:自然冷却至室温,制得稀土泡沫铝材料。
纳米硫酸钡具有化学惰性强,稳定性好,耐酸碱,硬度适中,高比重,高白度,能吸收有害射线等优点,是一种具有环保功能的材料。具有高热导性和流变性,缩短材料成型的周期,且活化度高,与基体相容性好,结合紧密,能提高改性材料的耐磨性。稀土元素已广泛应用于电子、石油化工、冶金、机械、能源、轻工、环境保护、农业等领域;在铝合金中添加稀土金属,能提高抗张强度和耐腐蚀性。碳化硅是当前主要的发泡剂,在800-900℃烧结时放出大量气体;水玻璃即硅酸钠加热到850℃左右时能放出大量气体,同时能加强材料抗压和抗拉强度,碳黑也是一种非常好用的发泡剂,加热放出CO2,发泡效果好。
本发明的有益效果:本发明以铝合金作为基体金属,采用熔体发泡法制备泡沫铝材料,且在铝合金中加入适量稀土发泡填料,制得的泡沫铝材料不仅纯度高,而且效果好,孔隙率高,同时稀土元素与Al及其合金元素能发生微合金化作用,对铝合金能起到一定的改性作用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。实施例中,铝粉、铝合金粉、水玻璃、碳化硅、碳黑、高岭土、纳米BaSO4、轻质CaCO3、纳米SiO2、银粉Ag为中航迈特粉冶科技有限公司市售品;改性硅树脂聚醚乳液、皂素、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠为盖德化工网市售品;稀土Y为江苏泰州市扬子江稀土金属有限公司市售品。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种稀土泡沫铝材料,按照质量配比,由以下物质组成:
铝合金粉93%、铝粉1%、稀土发泡填料4%,复合发泡剂2%。
所述复合发泡剂由下述质量配比的原料组成:
水玻璃7.5%、碳化硅75%、碳黑1.5%、改性硅树脂聚醚乳液5.5%、皂素4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%。
所述稀土发泡填料由下述质量配比的原料组成:
高岭土69.5%、纳米BaSO4 20%、轻质CaCO3 6.6%、稀土Y 0.2%、纳米SiO21.4%、银粉Ag 2.3%。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种稀土泡沫铝材料,按照质量配比,由以下物质组成:
铝合金粉92%、铝粉2%、稀土发泡填料3.5%,复合发泡剂2.5%。
所述复合发泡剂由下述质量配比的原料组成:
水玻璃6.4%、碳化硅73.8%、碳黑1.5%、改性硅树脂聚醚乳液6.4%、皂素5.8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2.6%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.5%。
所述稀土发泡填料由下述质量配比的原料组成:
高岭土66.1%、纳米BaSO4 21.6%、轻质CaCO3 7.4%、稀土Y 0.3%、纳米SiO21.8%、银粉Ag 2.8%。
本发明制得的硬质复合金属材料的技术参数如下:

1.一种稀土泡沫铝材料,其特征在于,按照质量配比,由以下物质组成:铝合金粉92-95%、铝粉1-2%、稀土发泡填料2-4%,复合发泡剂1-3.5%;其中,稀土发泡填料由下述质量配比的原料组成:高岭土60-70%、纳米BaSO4 10-25%、轻质CaCO3 5-10%、稀土Y 0.1-0.5%、纳米SiO2 1-3%、银粉Ag 2-4%,复合发泡剂由下述质量配比的原料组成:水玻璃5-10%、碳化硅70-85%、碳黑1-3.5%、改性硅树脂聚醚乳液3-10%、皂素4-8%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2-5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种稀土泡沫铝材料,其特征在于:所述铝合金粉品名是B-Al99MgSi。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种稀土泡沫铝材料,其特征在于:所述稀土泡沫铝的制备采用熔体发泡法。
