本发明公开了一种中药美肤皂及其制作方法,其原料及质量配比如下:中药材浓浆28‑50份、橄榄油10‑12份、甜杏仁油8‑10份、乳木果油4‑5份、芥花籽油10‑13份、米糠油9‑10份、小麦胚芽油3‑5份、椰子油9‑10份、棕榈油3‑4份、氢氧化钠8‑9份;所述中药材浓浆的配比为:白芨粉:绿豆粉:金银花粉:纯净水=1‑5:1‑3:1‑2:5‑10。本发明的中药美肤皂不添加任何香精以及色素,对肌肤不造成负担和伤害,对环境也没有任何的污染和伤害。适用于所有肌肤,不含有精油,孕妇宝宝可用,不但能够美白养颜,消除粉刺、色斑,改善肤色,还能令肌肤柔软细滑,白皙娇嫩,使肌肤光泽细腻。

本发明涉及皂或制皂,具体是一种中药美肤皂。
背景技术
白芨中含有丰富得淀粉、葡萄糖、挥发油及粘液质等原 料,具有靓白祛斑、收敛止血、消肿生肌得功能和效果,自古以来是靓容良药,被誉为“靓白仙子”,外用涂擦,可清理脸上痤疮留下得痕迹,并可滋润、靓白皮肤,令皮肤光滑如玉。
绿豆中含有鞣质等抗菌成分,有局部止血和促进创面修复的作用;绿豆还是提取植物性SOD的良好原料,具有很好的抗衰老功能;同样绿豆还具有清热解毒作用,能有效的对抗炎症痘痘及上火引起的痘痘,民间常有饮绿豆汤祛痘的说法,绿豆汤清热去火,解毒消肿是祛除上火痘的佳品,此汤纯天然、无副作用、营养美味,亦可用来洗脸。
金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名。《神农本草经》载:“金银花性寒味甘,具有清热解毒、凉血化淤之功效,主治外感风热、瘟病初起、疮疡疔毒、红肿热痛、便脓血”等。《本草纲目》中详细论述了金银花具有“久服轻身、延年益寿”的功效。
目前市面上的手工皂大多含有对人体不利的化学添加剂,中药产业在手工皂这类产品也为空白,开发出天然的中药美肤皂将会非常有市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种中药美肤皂及其制作方法,以发挥中药的美容功效,从而达到美肤和护肤的双重效果。
本发明的技术方案:一种中药美肤皂,其原料及质量配比如下:中药材浓浆28-50份、橄榄油10-12份、甜杏仁油8-10份、乳木果油4-5份、芥花籽油10-13份、米糠油9-10份、小麦胚芽油3-5份、椰子油9-10份、棕榈油3-4份、氢氧化钠8-9份;所述中药材浓浆的配比为:白芨粉:绿豆粉:金银花粉:纯净水=1-5:1-3:1-2:5-10。
优选的,所述中药美肤皂的原料及质量配比如下:中药材浓浆35份、橄榄油11.2份、甜杏仁油9.3份、乳木果油4.3份、芥花籽油12.4份、米糠油9.3份、小麦胚芽油3.1份、椰子油9.3份、棕榈油3.1份、氢氧化钠9份;所述中药材浓浆的配比为:白芨粉:绿豆粉:金银花粉:纯净水=5:3:1:8。
一种中药美肤皂的制作方法,其步骤包括:
(1)精选白芨、绿豆、金银花清洗后晾干,分别磨粉后按比例混合,加入纯净水拌匀,得到中药材浓浆备用;
(2)融碱;按照配方中的重量量取固态氢氧化钠,将氢氧化钠加入装有蒸馏水的容器中溶解,经过搅拌后,氢氧化钠会完全溶解在水里,等它降温到40℃以下;
(3)按配比称量各类油脂以及中药材浓浆,让氢氧化钠溶液和油脂以及中药材浓浆均匀混合,纯人工搅拌进行皂化反应,搅拌6-8小时,温度保持在35~40℃;
(4)入模:将皂液倒入模型中.把模型盖起来,减少表面与空气接触产生白粉状,但也不要密封,免得表面形成一层水滴;
(5)保温48小时,温度保持在35~40℃;
(6)脱模、切皂、修皂;晾晒6-8周后即可使用。
所述中药美肤皂的pH值7.5-8.5。
本发明的中药美肤皂能够美白养颜,消除粉刺、色斑,改善肤色,温和去角质,收缩毛孔,深层清洁皮肤,滋润不紧绷,令肌肤柔软细滑,白皙娇嫩,使肌肤光泽细腻;并且它对于痤疮以及由痤疮留下得痕迹有较好治疗作用。

实施例1:
一种中药美肤皂,其原料及质量配比如下:中药材浓浆35、橄榄油11.2、甜杏仁油9.3、乳木果油4.3、芥花籽油12.4、米糠油9.3、小麦胚芽油3.1、椰子油9.3、棕榈油3.1、氢氧化钠9;所述中药材浓浆的配比为:白芨粉:绿豆粉:金银花粉:纯净水=5:3:1:8。
所述中药美肤皂的制作步骤包括:
