本发明公开了一种水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆的制备方法,属于水性环氧地坪漆制备技术领域。本发明将大豆油亚麻油及猪板油在熬制的过程中混合均匀,利用LiOH催化混合油发生醇解反应,环氧树脂中的环氧基团与醇解产生的多元醇发生开环反应,醇解后加入邻苯二甲酸酐,发生酯化反应生成半酯,通过加入偏苯三甲酸酐,进行酯化脱水,生成全酯,再加入三乙胺中和成盐,再经超声分散制得水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆。本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品,安全环保无毒,耐水性好;使用期延长了3~5年,与水泥等基层附着力好,干燥快。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆的制备方法,属于水性环氧地坪漆制备技术领域。
背景技术
目前环氧地坪漆已成为涂料行业中最为强劲的发展漆种之一。环氧地坪漆以其多方面的优点著称,如涂装表面平整、光洁,可呈漫反射的哑光态;整体性好,缝隙较少或完整、无缝隙,因而不易积藏灰尘和细菌,容易清洁;表面硬度高,有一定的抗磨损和耐压强度;色彩丰富,艳丽,装饰性强;防水、防渗透性好,可避免污染性物质随着水渗入地下而污染地下水和土壤;耐腐蚀,能保护基体免受化学品侵蚀,表面能保持常新状态;可根据需求满足某些特别功能,如防静电等。地坪用环氧树脂按照所用材料的亲水性可分为憎水性树脂和亲水性树脂。前者以有机物为溶剂,其固化时间短,固化后表面光泽好,但施工前要求基础地面特别干燥,而且,其溶剂的挥发会造成施工环境的安全问题;后者则以水为溶剂,固化时间较长,固化后表面呈哑光光泽,施工前不必要求基础地面特别干燥,且挥发性溶剂少,施工过程安全,环保。在食品、化工、电子、电器、纺织、塑胶、电镀、医药等多种行业中,被广泛应用于无尘及防腐厂房和仓库的地面及墙面的涂装。但目前水性环氧地坪漆还存在使用期短、耐水性差,与水泥等基层附着力差,固化时间较长等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前水性环氧地坪漆使用期短、耐水性差,与水泥等基层附着力差,固化时间较长的弊端,提供了一种将大豆油亚麻油及猪板油在熬制的过程中混合均匀,利用LiOH催化混合油发生醇解反应,环氧树脂中的环氧基团与醇解产生的多元醇发生开环反应,醇解后加入邻苯二甲酸酐,发生酯化反应生成半酯,通过加入偏苯三甲酸酐,进行酯化脱水,生成全酯,再加入三乙胺中和成盐,再经超声分散制得水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆的方法。本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品,安全环保无毒,耐水性好,有效解决了使用期短,与水泥等基层附着力差,固化时间较长问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
(1)依次量取100~200mL大豆油和60~80mL亚麻油,加入生铁锅中,随后加热升温至锅内油沸腾,再加入60~80g猪板油,熬制8~12min,趁热过滤,除去油渣,得混合油;
(2)在反应釜中,依次加入20~30mL上述所得混合油,15~20mL三羟甲基丙烷和20~30g环氧树脂E-44,启动搅拌器,设定转速至420~480r/min,开启反应釜加热器,以4~6℃/min速率逐步升温至110~120℃,再加入2~4g氢氧化锂,随后以6~8℃/min速率继续升温至240~260℃,保温搅拌反应2~4h;
(3)待反应结束,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至180~200℃,在保温搅拌条件下,加入12~18g邻苯二甲酸酐,随后通过滴液漏斗,向反应釜内滴加12~18mL二甲苯,控制滴加时间为20~30min,待滴加完毕,继续保温搅拌反应20~25min,开启反应釜循环冷却水,待反应釜内物料降温至150~170℃,关闭循环冷却水,开启加热器保温,在保温搅拌条件下,加入6~8g偏苯三甲酸酐,继续搅拌反应1~2h;
(4)待反应结束,关闭反应釜加热器,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至60~68℃,再在搅拌条件下,加入16~20mL三乙胺,搅拌反应15~20min,出料,将所得物料转入盛有60~80mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯置于超声振荡仪,以15~20kHz功率超声振荡6~8min,得均匀水分散体,即为水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆。
本发明的原理:首先将大豆油亚麻油及猪板油在熬制的过程中混合均匀,随后利用LiOH催化混合油发生醇解反应,环氧树脂中的环氧基团与醇解产生的多元醇发生开环反应,醇解后加入邻苯二甲酸酐,发生酯化反应生成半酯,再加入偏苯三甲酸酐,进行酯化脱水,生成全酯,最后加入三乙胺中和成盐,再经超声分散得到均匀分散体,即为水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆。
本发明的应用方法:涂刷前,将地坪基层的浮灰、垃圾、油污等清理干净,将明显凹陷的地方用专用腻子点补平整,凸起的部位打磨平整,随后将本发明制得的水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆用镘刀将其均匀涂布,保持力度均匀,涂刷厚度为0.5~0.7mm,2~3h后,在漆膜表面辊涂一次,保持涂刷厚度相同,固化24~28h,在25~28℃下养护5~7天,即可。地面光泽柔和、洁净、颜色均一、无空鼓,该地坪漆使用期延长了3~5年,与水泥等基层附着力好,干燥快,耐水性好,安全环保无毒。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品,安全环保无毒,耐水性好;
(2)采用本发明所得环氧树脂地坪漆制得的地坪,其使用寿命延长了3~5年,与水泥等基层附着力好,干燥快。
具体实施方式

实例2
首先依次量取150mL大豆油和70mL亚麻油,加入生铁锅中,随后加热升温至锅内油沸腾,再加入70g猪板油,熬制10min,趁热过滤,除去油渣,得混合油;然后在反应釜中,依次加入25mL上述所得混合油,18mL三羟甲基丙烷和25g环氧树脂E-44,启动搅拌器,设定转速至450r/min,开启反应釜加热器,以5℃/min速率逐步升温至115℃,再加入3g氢氧化锂,随后以7℃/min速率继续升温至250℃,保温搅拌反应3h;待反应结束,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至190℃,在保温搅拌条件下,加入15g邻苯二甲酸酐,随后通过滴液漏斗,向反应釜内滴加15mL二甲苯,控制滴加时间为25min,待滴加完毕,继续保温搅拌反应23min,开启反应釜循环冷却水,待反应釜内物料降温至160℃,关闭循环冷却水,开启加热器保温,在保温搅拌条件下,加入7g偏苯三甲酸酐,继续搅拌反应2h;最后待反应结束,关闭反应釜加热器,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至64℃,再在搅拌条件下,加入18mL三乙胺,搅拌反应18min,出料,将所得物料转入盛有70mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯置于超声振荡仪,以18kHz功率超声振荡7min,得均匀水分散体,即为水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆。
涂刷前,将地坪基层的浮灰、垃圾、油污等清理干净,将明显凹陷的地方用专用腻子点补平整,凸起的部位打磨平整,随后将本发明制得的水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆用镘刀将其均匀涂布,保持力度均匀,涂刷厚度为0.6mm,3h后,在漆膜表面辊涂一次,保持涂刷厚度相同,固化26h,在27℃下养护6天,即可。地面光泽柔和、洁净、颜色均一、无空鼓,该地坪漆使用期延长了4年,与水泥等基层附着力好,干燥快,耐水性好,安全环保无毒。
实例3
首先依次量取200mL大豆油和80mL亚麻油,加入生铁锅中,随后加热升温至锅内油沸腾,再加入80g猪板油,熬制12min,趁热过滤,除去油渣,得混合油;然后在反应釜中,依次加入30mL上述所得混合油,20mL三羟甲基丙烷和30g环氧树脂E-44,启动搅拌器,设定转速至480r/min,开启反应釜加热器,以6℃/min速率逐步升温至120℃,再加入4g氢氧化锂,随后以8℃/min速率继续升温至260℃,保温搅拌反应4h;待反应结束,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至200℃,在保温搅拌条件下,加入18g邻苯二甲酸酐,随后通过滴液漏斗,向反应釜内滴加18mL二甲苯,控制滴加时间为30min,待滴加完毕,继续保温搅拌反应25min,开启反应釜循环冷却水,待反应釜内物料降温至170℃,关闭循环冷却水,开启加热器保温,在保温搅拌条件下,加入8g偏苯三甲酸酐,继续搅拌反应2h;最后待反应结束,关闭反应釜加热器,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至68℃,再在搅拌条件下,加入20mL三乙胺,搅拌反应20min,出料,将所得物料转入盛有80mL去离子水的烧杯中,随后将烧杯置于超声振荡仪,以20kHz功率超声振荡8min,得均匀水分散体,即为水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆。
涂刷前,将地坪基层的浮灰、垃圾、油污等清理干净,将明显凹陷的地方用专用腻子点补平整,凸起的部位打磨平整,随后将本发明制得的水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆用镘刀将其均匀涂布,保持力度均匀,涂刷厚度为0.7mm,3h后,在漆膜表面辊涂一次,保持涂刷厚度相同,固化28h,在28℃下养护7天,即可。地面光泽柔和、洁净、颜色均一、无空鼓,该地坪漆使用期延长了5年,与水泥等基层附着力好,干燥快,耐水性好,安全环保无毒。

Claims (1)

1.一种水性快干环氧树脂地坪漆的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)依次量取100~200mL大豆油和60~80mL亚麻油,加入生铁锅中,随后加热升温至锅内油沸腾,再加入60~80g猪板油,熬制8~12min,趁热过滤,除去油渣,得混合油;
(2)在反应釜中,依次加入20~30mL上述所得混合油,15~20mL三羟甲基丙烷和20~30g环氧树脂E-44,启动搅拌器,设定转速至420~480r/min,开启反应釜加热器,以4~6℃/min速率逐步升温至110~120℃,再加入2~4g氢氧化锂,随后以6~8℃/min速率继续升温至240~260℃,保温搅拌反应2~4h;
(3)待反应结束,使反应釜内物料自然冷却至180~200℃,在保温搅拌条件下,加入12~18g邻苯二甲酸酐,随后通过滴液漏斗,向反应釜内滴加12~18mL二甲苯,控制滴加时间为20~30min,待滴加完毕,继续保温搅拌反应20~25min,开启反应釜循环冷却水,待反应釜内物料降温至150~170℃,关闭循环冷却水,开启加热器保温,在保温搅拌条件下,加入6~8g偏苯三甲酸酐,继续搅拌反应1~2h;
