Abstract

本发明公开一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,将滑石粉干燥后与溶剂及超分散剂预混合,搅拌充分反应,即制得该耐刮擦改性滑石粉,制备方法简单,制备得到的改性滑石粉耐刮擦性能突出,且不具有刺鼻气味。可将此改性滑石粉填充PP后应用于汽车内饰材料中,使得汽车内饰制品具有更好的耐划伤性能,保证汽车内饰制品的美观。

一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法及应用
技术领域
本发明涉及粉体技术领域,具体涉及的是一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车行业的飞速发展,在车用塑料中,聚丙烯(PP)以密度小、性价比高,具有优异的耐热性、刚性、耐化学药品性,易于加工成型和回收等特性故而在汽车上得到了广泛的应用,成为汽车用塑料中用量最大、发展速度最快的品种之一。
由于PP的耐刮擦性能明显较差,但这一性能却是汽车内饰应用部件的关键性能。对于仪表板、操作台和门板表皮等,在很大程度上降低制品的美观程度。为了解决这类型问题,塑料和汽车工业寻找提高PP的耐刮擦性能解决方案。同时,耐刮擦剂本身的特性易导致PP中可挥发有机物含量过高,不能满足汽车内饰件对气味、雾化等性能的要求。因此,如何能同时解决PP的气味散发和耐刮擦问题就成为目前人们探索的主要方向与目标。
滑石粉作为在塑料填充改性中具有很高利用价值,在车用塑料的生产中,其填充量占10%-40%,滑石粉的应用市场潜力极大,特别在PP塑料矿物填充、汽车内饰材料中滑石粉具有重要应用,通常采用硅烷偶联剂对滑石粉进行改性处理。对于汽车内饰制件在保证增量、增强质量前提下,可考虑从提高滑石粉的改性功能的角度出发解决PP的气味散发和耐刮擦问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,制备出的滑石粉具有低散发气味和耐刮擦的特点,并将该耐刮擦改性滑石粉应用于汽车内饰材料中的滑石粉填充PP制品。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将滑石粉在80~90℃下预烘干,以去除滑石粉表面的水分;
(2)将溶剂和超分散剂按照重量比为2~3:1的比例混合,制成超分散剂溶液,所述超分散剂为S-1分散剂;
(3)在转速≤800r/min的低速转速下,将超分散剂溶液分多次滴加到滑石粉中,每次滴加间隔2~5min,充分混匀,所述超分散剂的用量为所述滑石粉的质量用量的0.8~1.5%;
(4)在转速≥1400r/min的高速转速下,反应20~30min,即制得该耐刮擦改性滑石粉。
步骤(1)中,所述滑石粉选用平均粒径为4.4~4.7um的滑石粉。
步骤(2)中,所述溶剂为乙醇。
步骤(3)中,所述超分散剂溶液分三次不等量滴加到滑石粉中,第一次滴加的超分散溶液的用量为总量的60%,第二次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为总量的25%,第三次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为总量的15%。
该耐刮擦改性滑石粉在滑石粉填充PP制品中的应用。
本发明一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,超分散剂S-1是一类聚合型高分子类助剂,具有多点的锚固基团,拥有硅烷偶联剂所不具备的气味吸附功能以及超分散特性,经过超分散剂处理后的改性滑石粉耐刮擦性能突出,且不具有刺鼻气味。可将此改性滑石粉填充PP后应用于汽车内饰材料中,使得汽车内饰制品具有更好的耐划伤性能,保证汽车内饰制品的美观。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例一
1、改性滑石粉的制备
一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将滑石粉在80~90℃下预烘干,以去除滑石粉表面的水分;
(2)将乙醇和超分散剂S-1按照重量比为2~3:1的比例混合,制成超分散剂溶液;
(3)在转速≤800r/min的低速转速下,将超分散剂溶液分三次滴加到滑石粉中,第一次滴加的超分散溶液的用量为总量的60%,第二次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为总量的25%,第三次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为总量的15%,每次滴加间隔2~5min,充分混匀,所述超分散剂的用量为滑石粉的质量用量的0.8~1.5%;
(4)在转速≥1400r/min的高速转速下,反应20~30min,即制得该耐刮擦改性滑石粉。
上述滑石粉选用平均粒径为4.4~4.7um的滑石粉,上述滑石粉和超分散剂S-1由旭丰粉体公司提供。
2、性能测试
将制备得到的耐刮擦改性滑石粉填充于PP树脂,制备改性滑石粉填充PP试样,检测试样性能,结果如表1所示,结果表明:与普通滑石粉填充PP试样相比,改性滑石粉填充PP试样的整体性能有所增幅,表现突出的性能为球压痕硬度,其它性能如弹性模量、简支梁缺口冲击强度也有所增幅,由此可评估得到改性滑石粉的耐刮擦性能良好,由气味等级测试结构可知,该耐刮擦改性滑石粉的气味等级高,具有低散发气味的特点。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将滑石粉在80~90℃下预烘干,以去除滑石粉表面的水分;
(2)将溶剂和超分散剂按照重量比为2~3:1的比例混合,制成超分散剂溶液,所述超分散剂为S-1分散剂,所述超分散剂溶液分三次不等量滴加到滑石粉中,第一次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为超分散剂溶液总量的60%,第二次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为超分散剂溶液总量的25%,第三次滴加的超分散剂溶液的用量为超分散剂溶液总量的15%;
(3)在转速≤800r/min的低速转速下,将超分散剂溶液分多次滴加到滑石粉中,每次滴加间隔2~5min,充分混匀,所述超分散剂的用量为所述滑石粉的质量用量的0.8~1.5%;
(4)在转速≥1400r/min的高速转速下,反应20~30min,即制得该耐刮擦改性滑石粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述滑石粉选用平均粒径为4.4~4.7um的滑石粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述溶剂为乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐刮擦改性滑石粉的制备方法制备得到的所述耐刮擦改性滑石粉在汽车内饰材料中滑石粉填充PP制品上的应用。
