本发明公开了一种墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法，它包括一个保温隔热基层，在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层。本发明不但保温防火安全性能好，而且给施工带来了方便，大大降低了施工成本。

技术领域：
本发明涉及建筑构件，特别是一种保温防火性能好，方便施工的墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术：
近年来，因外来火源引燃外墙保温板的火灾不断发生，造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失，其根本原因是外墙保温板用的材料具有可燃性。本单位在先申请的专利“阻燃浆料”，专利号为201110259337.0，它是一种制作外墙保温板的原料，用其制作的外墙保温板具有阻燃性能很好，保温性能好，无毒无害无污染的优点，能够达到A级标准规定的保温防火要求，但在实际运用中发现存在的主要缺点是，因为用浆料在外墙上施工，需要的工具多，施工时间长，很不方便。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种不但防温防火性能好，而且方便施工的外墙保温防火复合板及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，一种墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法，它包括一个保温隔热基层，其特征在于：在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层。先用容重为18㎏/m3、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层，再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层，防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是：硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0.05份、602触变剂0.14份、消泡剂0.03份、8034胶粉0.8份、木质纤维素0.1份、甲酸钙0.1份、NT-104增水剂0.08份、淀粉醚0.02份、硅质粉水0.9份，防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内，再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟，然后加入石英沙及其它组份，再中速搅拌五分钟，混合均匀，接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用，最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面，刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。
本发明不但保温防火安全性能好，而且给施工带来了方便，大大降低了施工成本。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括一个保温隔热基层1，在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层2。本发明的制备方法是：先用容重为18㎏/m3、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层，再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层，防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是：硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0.05份、602触变剂0.14份、消泡剂0.03份、8034胶粉0.8份、木质纤维素0.1份、甲酸钙0.1份、NT-104增水剂0.08份、淀粉醚0.02份、硅质粉水0.9份，防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内，再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟，然后加入石英沙及其它组份，再中速搅拌五分钟，混合均匀，接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用，最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面，刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。在外墙上施工时，只要将晾干后的复合板与防火条相配合，依次安装固定在外墙上即可。具有施工方便快捷、降低生产成本、保温防火性能好的优点。

1.一种墙外保温防火复合板的制备方法，其特征在于：所述墙外保温防火复合板包括一个保温隔热基层，在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层；先用容重为18 kg/m3 、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层，再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层，防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是：硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0 .08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0 .05份、602触变剂0 .14份、消泡剂0 .03份、8034胶粉0 .8份、木质纤维素0 .1份、甲酸钙0 .1份、NT-104增水剂0 .08份、淀粉醚0 .02份、硅质粉水0 .9份，防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内，再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟，然后加入石英沙及其它组份，再中速搅拌五分钟，混合均匀，接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用，最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面，刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。
