Abstract
本发明公开了一种墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法,它包括一个保温隔热基层,在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层。本发明不但保温防火安全性能好,而且给施工带来了方便,大大降低了施工成本。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及建筑构件,特别是一种保温防火性能好,方便施工的墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术:
近年来,因外来火源引燃外墙保温板的火灾不断发生,造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,其根本原因是外墙保温板用的材料具有可燃性。本单位在先申请的专利“阻燃浆料”,专利号为201110259337.0,它是一种制作外墙保温板的原料,用其制作的外墙保温板具有阻燃性能很好,保温性能好,无毒无害无污染的优点,能够达到A级标准规定的保温防火要求,但在实际运用中发现存在的主要缺点是,因为用浆料在外墙上施工,需要的工具多,施工时间长,很不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种不但防温防火性能好,而且方便施工的外墙保温防火复合板及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,一种墙外保温防火复合板及其制备方法,它包括一个保温隔热基层,其特征在于:在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层。先用容重为18㎏/m3、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层,再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层,防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是:硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0.05份、602触变剂0.14份、消泡剂0.03份、8034胶粉0.8份、木质纤维素0.1份、甲酸钙0.1份、NT-104增水剂0.08份、淀粉醚0.02份、硅质粉水0.9份,防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内,再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟,然后加入石英沙及其它组份,再中速搅拌五分钟,混合均匀,接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用,最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面,刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。
本发明不但保温防火安全性能好,而且给施工带来了方便,大大降低了施工成本。

具体实施方式:
结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括一个保温隔热基层1,在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层2。本发明的制备方法是:先用容重为18㎏/m3、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层,再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层,防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是:硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0.05份、602触变剂0.14份、消泡剂0.03份、8034胶粉0.8份、木质纤维素0.1份、甲酸钙0.1份、NT-104增水剂0.08份、淀粉醚0.02份、硅质粉水0.9份,防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内,再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟,然后加入石英沙及其它组份,再中速搅拌五分钟,混合均匀,接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用,最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面,刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。在外墙上施工时,只要将晾干后的复合板与防火条相配合,依次安装固定在外墙上即可。具有施工方便快捷、降低生产成本、保温防火性能好的优点。
Claims (1)
1.一种墙外保温防火复合板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述墙外保温防火复合板包括一个保温隔热基层,在保温隔热基层的上表面固定有一层由阻燃材料制成的防火层;先用容重为18 kg/m3 、导热系数为0.038W/m.k、压缩强度≥100kpa的聚苯乙烯模塑板制成长方形或正方形板块做保温隔热基层,再在保温隔热基层上面固定防火层,防火层的配方组份按重量比计算分别是:硅酸盐水泥38份、石英沙58份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0 .08份、5044胶粉1份、F10减水剂0 .05份、602触变剂0 .14份、消泡剂0 .03份、8034胶粉0 .8份、木质纤维素0 .1份、甲酸钙0 .1份、NT-104增水剂0 .08份、淀粉醚0 .02份、硅质粉水0 .9份,防火层的制备方法是先将硅酸盐水泥放入一个釜内,再将各种添加剂加入高速搅拌五分钟,然后加入石英沙及其它组份,再中速搅拌五分钟,混合均匀,接着将混合均匀的干粉放入另一个釜内并加入总重量22.5份的水搅拌成膏状备用,最后把膏状原料均匀涂布在聚苯乙烯模型板上面,刮平压实后放在晾架上自然晾干即可。
