本发明涉及一种装料装置,具体说是在食品粉料包装时使用的小型定量装料机。它包括呈竖向布置的料筒,料筒侧壁的上部有进料口,料筒侧壁上有震动器。料筒的底部同轴连接有出料导管,出料导管的内腔与料筒的内腔相连通,出料导管的下端连接有漏斗。料筒内有呈同轴布置的转轴,转轴的上端穿过料筒顶部伸出在外,且转轴的该端与一电机的输出轴相连。转轴的下端伸入到所述出料导管中,且转轴的下边沿与出料导管的下边沿齐平。位于出料导管内的那段转轴上有贯穿其纵向且呈连续布置的螺旋输送叶,螺旋输送叶的外边沿与出料导管的内壁间呈转动密封状配合。电机通过导线连接有控制器。该定量装料机的可适用到小型食品加工厂中,且工作效率较高。

一种小型定量装料机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装料装置,具体说是在食品粉料包装时使用的小型定量装料机。
背景技术
众所周知,大部分食品在销售前均需要进行定量包装。目前,食品加工行业中对食品进行定量包装的方法有两种:一种是使用传统的大型定量装料机,其结构较复杂,制造成本较高,不适合小型食品加工厂使用。第二种是采用人工称量法,即人工利用称重设备将物料等分后,再将物料分别装入到对应的包装材料中。这种方法全程需要人工参与,消耗的人力较多,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种小型定量装料机,该定量装料机的可适用到小型食品加工厂中,且工作效率较高。
为解决上述问题,提供以下技术方案:
本发明的小型定量装料机的特点是包括呈竖向布置的料筒,料筒侧壁的上部有进料口,料筒侧壁上有震动器。所述料筒的底部同轴连接有出料导管,出料导管的内腔与料筒的内腔相连通,出料导管的下端连接有漏斗。所述料筒内有呈同轴布置的转轴,该转轴的上端穿过料筒顶部伸出在外,且转轴的该端与一电机的输出轴相连。所述转轴的下端伸入到所述出料导管中,且转轴的下边沿与出料导管的下边沿齐平。位于出料导管内的那段转轴上有贯穿其纵向且呈连续布置的螺旋输送叶,螺旋输送叶的外边沿与出料导管的内壁间呈转动密封状配合。所述电机通过导线连接有控制器。
其中,所述料筒的下部呈倒锥形。
采取以上方案,具有以下优点;
由于本发明的小型定量装料机包括料筒,料筒侧壁的上部有进料口,料筒侧壁上有震动器,料筒的底部有出料导管,出料导管的下端有漏斗,料筒内有转轴,该转轴的上端穿过料筒顶部伸出在外,且转轴的该端与一电机的输出轴相连,转轴的下端伸入到所述出料导管中,位于出料导管内的那段转轴上有贯穿其纵向且呈连续布置的螺旋输送叶,电机通过导线连接有控制器。使用时,先将包装材料放置到漏斗的下方;接着,通过控制器控制电机,使得电机的输出轴带动转轴转动特定的圈数,从而输送定量的物料到漏斗中;最后,定量的物料从漏斗中掉入到包装材料中即可,如此往复实现定量装料。该定量装料机的结构简单,制造成本较低,适合小型食品加工厂使用。而且,使用该定量装料机定量装料,可避免人工手动等分物料,从而减少了人力的消耗,提高了工作效率。

如图1所示,本发明的小型定量装料机包括呈竖向布置的料筒1,料筒1侧壁的上部有进料口2,料筒1侧壁上设置有震动器3。所述料筒1的底部同轴连接有出料导管4,出料导管4的内腔与料筒1的内腔相连通,出料导管4的下端连接有漏斗5。所述料筒1内设置有呈同轴布置的转轴6,该转轴6的上端穿过料筒1顶部伸出在外,且转轴6的该端与一电机7的输出轴相连。所述转轴6的下端伸入到所述出料导管4中,且转轴6的下边沿与出料导管4的下边沿齐平。位于出料导管4内的那段转轴6上有贯穿其纵向且呈连续布置的螺旋输送叶8,螺旋输送叶8的外边沿与出料导管4的内壁间呈转动密封状配合。所述电机7通过导线连接有控制器9。本实施例中所述料筒1的下部呈倒锥形。
使用时,先将包装材料放置到漏斗5的下方。接着,通过控制器9控制电机7,使得电机7的输出轴带动转轴6转动特定的圈数,从而输送定量的物料到漏斗5中。最后,定量的物料从漏斗5中掉入到包装材料中即可,如此往复实现定量装料。

1.一种小型定量装料机,其特征在于包括呈竖向布置的料筒(1),料筒(1)侧壁的上部有进料口(2),料筒(1)侧壁上有震动器(3);所述料筒(1)的底部同轴连接有出料导管(4),出料导管(4)的内腔与料筒(1)的内腔相连通,出料导管(4)的下端连接有漏斗(5);所述料筒(1)内有呈同轴布置的转轴(6),该转轴(6)的上端穿过料筒(1)顶部伸出在外,且转轴(6)的该端与一电机(7)的输出轴相连;所述转轴(6)的下端伸入到所述出料导管(4)中,且转轴(6)的下边沿与出料导管(4)的下边沿齐平;位于出料导管(4)内的那段转轴(6)上有贯穿其纵向且呈连续布置的螺旋输送叶(8),螺旋输送叶(8)的外边沿与出料导管(4)的内壁间呈转动密封状配合;所述电机(7)通过导线连接有控制器(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的小型定量装料机,其特征在于所述料筒(1)的下部呈倒锥形。
