Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能切换涂层装置,包括基材引导轮组、胶槽、粘胶轮、刮胶组件和环形沟槽涂层组件,所述环形沟槽涂层组件包括沟槽纹轮组、压轮组和抹平轮组。当产品需要基材涂胶粘稠度较高时,可使用刮胶组件配合粘胶轮进行涂胶,当产品需要基材涂胶粘度较低时可使用环形沟槽涂层组件配合粘胶轮进行涂胶,从而达到最佳的厚度以及提高设备对涂层均匀度的控制。本发明可用于双面胶、包装胶粘带、保护膜胶粘带的生产制备。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及表面涂布流体的装置技术领域,特别设计一种多功能切换涂层装置。
背景技术
在包装胶粘带行业、保护胶粘膜行业以及商标标签纸行业中水性胶粘剂的应用比例越来越大,但涂胶方式比较单一,于不同用途的产品,涂胶控制主要依赖于胶粘剂本身的物理特性,例如粘稠度和固含量等。对于不同的胶粘产品,其表面涂布的胶粘剂的物理特性是有所区别的,如双面胶粘带的胶粘带稠度较高,包装胶粘带、保护膜胶粘带所用的胶粘剂的粘稠度较低。现有涂布高稠度胶粘剂和低稠度胶粘剂是要分开不同的设备进行,占用较多的空间资源。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种多功能切换涂层装置,其通过切换不同的涂胶方式达到控制涂胶厚度的目的,可最大限度地容纳胶粘剂的物性波动。
多功能切换涂层装置,包括基材引导轮组、胶槽、粘胶轮、刮胶组件和环形沟槽涂层组件,所述环形沟槽涂层组件包括沟槽纹轮组、压轮组和抹平轮组,所述基材引导轮组引导待涂布的基材依次经过粘胶轮和压轮组,基材包括涂胶面和非涂胶面,所述粘胶轮一侧与基材的涂胶面接触,另一侧浸润在胶槽的胶粘剂内,所述刮胶组件包括可调节粘胶轮表面胶粘剂厚度的刮胶板,所述压轮组至少包括两个压轮,压轮与基材的非涂胶面接触,所述沟槽纹轮组至少包括一个沟槽纹轮,所述沟槽纹轮可与基材的涂胶面接触,所述沟槽纹轮与压轮交错设置,所述沟槽纹轮组和压轮组可相互靠近或远离,所述抹平轮组包括至少一个可与基材的涂胶面接触的抹平轮。
本发明所述刮胶组件还包括驱动刮胶板沿粘胶轮径向平移的第一动力源。
本发明所述压轮组包括两个横向并排设置的压轮,以及驱动两个压轮同步升、降的第一气缸。
本发明所述沟槽纹轮有两个,且横向并排设置,其中一个位于两个压轮之间。
本发明所述抹平轮组还包括第二动力源,所述抹平轮有两个,且纵向并排设置,所述第二动力源驱动抹平轮同步横向平移。
本发明的有益效果是:当产品需要基材涂胶粘稠度较高时,可使用刮胶组件配合粘胶轮进行涂胶,当产品需要基材涂胶粘度较低时可使用环形沟槽涂层组件配合粘胶轮进行涂胶,从而达到最佳的厚度以及提高设备对涂层均匀度的控制。本发明可用于双面胶、包装胶粘带、保护膜胶粘带的生产制备。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
多功能切换涂层装置,包括基材引导轮组、胶槽1、粘胶轮2、刮胶组件和环形沟槽涂层组件,所述环形沟槽涂层组件包括沟槽纹轮组、压轮组和抹平轮组,所述基材引导轮组引导待涂布的基材依次经过粘胶轮2和压轮组,基材包括涂胶面和非涂胶面,所述粘胶轮2一侧与基材的涂胶面接触,另一侧浸润在胶槽1的胶粘剂内,所述刮胶组件包括可调节粘胶轮表面胶粘剂厚度的刮胶板3,以及驱动刮胶板3沿粘胶轮2径向平移的第一动力源,所述压轮组包括两个横向并排设置的压轮4,以及驱动两个压轮4同步升、降的第一气缸7,压轮4与基材的非涂胶面接触,所述沟槽纹轮组包括两个且横向并排设置的沟槽纹轮5,其中一个位于两个压轮4之间,另一个在压轮组于粘胶轮2之间,所述沟槽纹轮5可与基材的涂胶面接触,所述抹平轮组包括两个可与基材的涂胶面接触的抹平轮6,以及第二动力源,两个抹平轮6纵向并排设置,所述第二动力源驱动两个抹平轮6同步横向平移。
当需要制备双面胶等胶粘剂粘稠度较高的产品时,如图1所示,环形沟槽涂层组件挂起,刮胶组件工作:刮胶板3靠近粘胶轮2,其间隙即为涂胶厚度,粘胶轮2从胶槽1带起胶粘剂,刮胶板3将多余的胶粘剂刮走,基材在涂胶后便直接经由基材引导轮组引导进入后续的烘干设备。当需要制备包装胶粘带、保护膜胶粘带等胶粘剂粘稠度较低的产品时,如图2所示,刮胶组件挂起,环形沟槽涂层组件工作:第一气缸7推动两个压轮4下降,使沟槽纹轮5与基材的涂胶面接触;第二动力源驱动抹平轮6平移至与基材的涂胶面接触;基材从粘胶轮2获得胶粘剂会被沟槽纹轮5刮走多余部分,使涂胶面残留条纹状的胶粘剂,再经由抹平轮6将胶粘剂重新抹平整,最后送入后续的烘干设备

Claims (5)
1.多功能切换涂层装置,其特征在于:包括基材引导轮组、胶槽(1)、粘胶轮(2)、刮胶组件和环形沟槽涂层组件,所述环形沟槽涂层组件包括沟槽纹轮组、压轮组和抹平轮组,所述基材引导轮组引导待涂布的基材依次经过粘胶轮(2)和压轮组,基材包括涂胶面和非涂胶面,所述粘胶轮(2)一侧与基材的涂胶面接触,另一侧浸润在胶槽(1)的胶粘剂内,所述刮胶组件包括可调节粘胶轮表面胶粘剂厚度的刮胶板(3),所述压轮组至少包括两个压轮(4),压轮(4)与基材的非涂胶面接触,所述沟槽纹轮组至少包括一个沟槽纹轮(5),所述沟槽纹轮(5)可与基材的涂胶面接触,所述沟槽纹轮(5)与压轮(4)交错设置,所述沟槽纹轮组和压轮组可相互靠近或远离,所述抹平轮组包括至少一个可与基材的涂胶面接触的抹平轮(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能切换涂层装置,其特征在于:所述刮胶组件还包括驱动刮胶板(3)沿粘胶轮(2)径向平移的第一动力源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能切换涂层装置,其特征在于:所述压轮组包括两个横向并排设置的压轮(4),以及驱动两个压轮(4)同步升、降的第一气缸(7)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多功能切换涂层装置,其特征在于:所述沟槽纹轮(5)有两个,且横向并排设置,其中一个位于两个压轮(4)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多功能切换涂层装置,其特征在于:所述抹平轮组还包括第二动力源,所述抹平轮(6)有两个,且纵向并排设置,所述第二动力源驱动抹平轮(6)同步横向平移。
