Abstract

本发明涉及一种铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂液工艺方法,该方法包括喷涂装置的制备、喷涂液的制备和喷涂液的喷涂方法,其中的喷涂液为两种,一种是由炭黑和水配制而成的炭黑喷涂液,另一种是由炭黑、石墨乳液和水配制而成的炭墨混合喷涂液,分别用于轧制高、低合金铝板时的防粘连喷涂,喷涂是通过喷涂装置以及采用气动喷枪雾化喷涂。用本发明的喷涂液能够替代液化气的熏涂,既解决了瓶装液化气备用时占地面积大以及熏涂时产生烟气的缺陷,又能大幅度的降低生产成本,同时还减少二氧化碳排放和杜绝生产中的安全隐患。

Description

铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂工艺方法
技术领域
本发明属于铸轧设备技术领域,是一种铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂工艺方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,铸轧机轧制铝板时,为了防止轧辊与铝板粘连,通常需要使用液化气熏辊将燃烧的液化烟气熏涂在轧辊和铝板上,实现铝板与轧辊之间的防粘连的作用,使用液化气熏涂存在的问题是:一是能耗大,一个工作日就需要耗用一罐液化气,生产成本高;二是使用液化气熏涂时,其产生的烟气大,对生产场地造成环境污染;三是瓶装液化气备用较多,占地面积大,而且安全隐患较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防粘连性能好,安全、环保,并能够降低生产成本,有效节约液化气的铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂工艺方法。
实现本发明的目的所采取的技术方案是:该工艺方法包括喷涂装置的制备、喷涂液的制备和喷涂液的喷涂方法,其中:
一、喷涂装置的制备:
(1)喷涂装置:包括用于配料的配料罐、Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐和喷枪,其中:配料罐中带有电动搅拌桨,配料罐的出料孔通过输料管线分别与Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐的进料口连接,Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐为炭黑喷涂液储罐,Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐为炭墨混合喷涂液储罐,两喷涂液储罐通过架体分别置于铸轧机的上部,罐内出液的液位高于喷枪位置;喷枪采用气动喷枪进行雾化喷涂,气动喷枪分为上喷枪和下喷枪,分别通过连接构件固装在铸轧机的喷涂运行装置上,在上、下喷枪的前部均带有雾化喷头,尾部均设置有两个接口,一个接口通过输气管线与空气压缩机连接通,另一个接口通过供液管线分别与Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐连接,在上、下喷枪的供液管线上分别装有能单独断开液体的阀门开关;
二、喷涂液的制备:
a)炭黑喷涂液的制备:取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐中加水混合,炭黑粉与水的比例按重量比为1︰(130~150),搅拌均匀后,制成炭黑喷涂液,通过输料管线输送至Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐中备用;
b)炭墨混合喷涂液的制备,取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐中加入石墨乳液和水混合,炭黑与石墨乳液和水的比例按重量比为1︰(0.1~0.4)︰(110~140),搅拌均匀后,制成炭墨混合喷涂液,通过输料管线输送至Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐中备用;
三、喷涂液的喷涂方法:
(1)低合金铝板的喷涂:将上、下气动喷枪通过连接构件固装在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行低合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机,通过输气管线给气动喷枪提供气源,同时开启Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐的供液阀门开关,将罐内炭黑喷涂液通过供液管线供给上、下气动喷枪,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下气动喷枪沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭黑喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的低合金铝板上,即可起到低合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效;
(2)高合金铝板的喷涂:将上、下气动喷枪通过连接件连接在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行高合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机,通过输气管线给上、下气动喷枪提供气源,同时开启Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐的供液阀门开关,将罐内炭墨混合喷涂液通过供液管线供给上、下气动喷枪,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下动气动喷枪沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭墨混合喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的高合金铝板上,即可起到高合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效。
按照上述方案制成的铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂工艺方法,根据轧制铝板材料的不同,采用气动雾化喷涂炭黑喷涂液或炭墨混合喷涂液,用以替代液化气的熏涂,既解决了瓶装液化气备用时占地面积大以及熏涂时产生烟气的缺陷,又能大幅度的降低生产成本,同时还达到了生产场地的环保要求。采用本发明的工艺方法,与传统液化气熏涂相比,可降低生产成本10~20倍,节省能源效果显著,还减少了二氧化碳排放和杜绝了生产中的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
参看图1,图中各标号为:配料罐1、输料管线2、3、Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐4、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐5、供液管线6、7、10、阀门开关8、9、上气动喷枪11、下气动喷枪12、输气管线13、14、空气压缩机15。
本发明的铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂的工艺方法:包括喷涂装置的制备、喷涂液的制备和喷涂液的喷涂方法,其中,在喷涂装置的制备中:包括用于配料的配料罐1、Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐4、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐5和喷枪,其中:配料罐1中带有电动搅拌桨,配料罐1的出料孔通过输料管线2、3分别与Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐4、5的进料口连接,Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐4为炭黑喷涂液储罐,Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐5为炭墨混合喷涂液储罐,两喷涂液储罐通过架体分别置于铸轧机的上部,罐内出液的液位高于喷枪位置;喷枪采用的是气动喷枪进行雾化喷涂,气动喷枪分为上喷枪11和下喷枪12,分别通过连接构件固装在铸轧机的喷涂运行装置上,在上、下喷枪11、12的前部均带有雾化喷头,尾部均设置有两个接口,一个接口通过输气管线14、13与空气压缩机15连接通,另一个接口通过供液管线6、7、10分别与Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐4、5连接,在上、下喷枪11、12的供液管线上分别装有能单独断开液体的阀门开关8、9;所述的喷涂运行装置是继续沿用传统的液化气熏涂的喷涂运行装置,因此,喷涂运行装置结构属于公知技术,本案中不再赘述。
喷涂液的制备是根据铝板材质的不同分为两种,一种是炭黑喷涂液,另一种是炭墨混合喷涂液,具体制备方法如下:
a)炭黑喷涂液的制备:取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐1中加水混合,炭黑粉与水的比例按重量比为1︰(130~150),搅拌均匀后,制成炭黑喷涂液,通过输料管线2输送至Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐4中备用;
b)炭墨混合喷涂液的制备,取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐1中加入石墨乳液和水混合,炭黑与石墨乳液和水的比例按重量比为1︰(0.1~0.4)︰(110~140),搅拌均匀后,制成炭墨混合喷涂液,通过输料管线3输送至Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐5中备用;
上述两种喷涂液中所用到的炭黑粉均采用着色炭黑粉
喷涂液的喷涂方法是根据铸轧铝板材质的不同,而选用不同的喷涂液,其喷涂方法如下:
(1)低合金铝板的喷涂:将上、下气动喷枪11、12通过连接构件固装在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行低合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机15,通过输气管线13、14给气动喷枪提供气源,同时开启Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐4的供液阀门开关9,将罐内炭黑喷涂液通过供液管线6、10供给上、下气动喷枪11、12,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下气动喷枪11、12沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭黑喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的低合金铝板上,即可起到低合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效;
(2)高合金铝板的喷涂,将上、下气动喷枪通过连接件连接在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行高合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机15,通过输气管线13、14给上、下气动喷枪11、12提供气源,同时开启Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐5的供液阀门开关8,将罐内炭墨混合喷涂液通过供液管线7、10供给上、下气动喷枪11、12,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下动气动喷枪11、12沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭墨混合喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的高合金铝板上,即可起到高合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效。
在本发明中,使用炭黑粉制成的喷涂液,可在铸轧辊表面和铸轧铝板的表面不断形成具有分离和润滑作用的集碳,能够有效起到防止铝板粘辊的作用。由于炭黑粉与液化气产生的烟子属同类物质,而且炭黑粉的粒状能达到超细化,其只有轻微沉淀或沉淀缓慢,润滑性好,因此,使用中能够有效解决铸轧铝板在应力释放过程中铝板与铸轧辊之间产生粘连的问题,由此保证了铸轧铝板表面的无损耗,降低了铸轧铝板生产的废品率,同时防粘连采用气动喷枪雾化喷涂,保证了喷涂液的均匀喷涂,达到了更好的防粘连效果。本发明采用炭黑喷涂液或炭墨混合喷涂液能较大幅度的降低生产成本和消除安全隐患,还能节省能源,减少二氧化碳排放和安全隐患。

Claims (1)

1.一种铸轧铝板防粘连喷涂工艺方法,其特征在于:该工艺方法包括喷涂装置的制备、喷涂液的制备和喷涂液的喷涂方法,其中:
一、喷涂装置的制备:
(1)喷涂装置:包括用于配料的配料罐、Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐和喷枪,其中:配料罐中带有电动搅拌桨,配料罐的出料孔通过输料管线分别与Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐的进料口连接,Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐为炭黑喷涂液储罐,Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐为炭墨混合喷涂液储罐,两喷涂液储罐通过架体分别置于铸轧机的上部,罐内出液的液位高于喷枪位置;喷枪采用气动喷枪进行雾化喷涂,气动喷枪分为上喷枪和下喷枪,分别通过连接构件固装在铸轧机的喷涂运行装置上,在上、下喷枪的前部均带有雾化喷头,尾部均设置有两个接口,一个接口通过输气管线与空气压缩机连接通,另一个接口通过供液管线分别与Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐连接,在上、下喷枪的供液管线上分别装有能单独断开液体的阀门开关;
二、喷涂液的制备:
a)炭黑喷涂液的制备:取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐中加水混合,炭黑粉与水的比例按重量比为1︰(130~150),搅拌均匀后,制成炭黑喷涂液,通过输料管线输送至Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐中备用;
b)炭墨混合喷涂液的制备,取目数≥15000目的炭黑粉,放入配料罐中加入石墨乳液和水混合,炭黑与石墨乳液和水的比例按重量比为1︰(0.1~0.4)︰(110~140),搅拌均匀后,制成炭墨混合喷涂液,通过输料管线输送至Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐中备用;
三、喷涂液的喷涂方法:
(1)低合金铝板的喷涂:将上、下气动喷枪通过连接构件固装在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行低合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机,通过输气管线给气动喷枪提供气源,同时开启Ⅰ号喷涂液储罐的供液阀门开关,将罐内炭黑喷涂液通过供液管线供给上、下气动喷枪,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下气动喷枪沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭黑喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的低合金铝板上,即可起到低合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效;
(2)高合金铝板的喷涂:将上、下气动喷枪通过连接件连接在轧制机的喷涂运行装置上,在进行高合金铝板的轧制时,启动空气压缩机,通过输气管线给上、下气动喷枪提供气源,同时开启Ⅱ号喷涂液储罐的供液阀门开关,将罐内炭墨混合喷涂液通过供液管线供给上、下气动喷枪,由喷涂运行装置带动上、下动气动喷枪沿轧辊轴向作平行往复运动,通过喷枪的雾化喷头将炭墨混合喷涂液均匀喷涂在铸轧辊的表面及被轧制的高合金铝板上,即可起到高合金铝板与轧辊之间防粘连的功效。
